The invention discloses a locking device and a refrigerator, wherein the locking device comprises a first lock block and a second lock block; the first lock block comprises a base and a tongue; the second lock block comprises an accommodating cavity, a clamping block, a return spring and a pushing block; the pushing block pushes the clamping block to slide in the sliding groove; and the tongue enters the tongue channel to be engaged with the clamping block so that the two lock blocks are engaged with each other. The locking device has the function of automatically adjusting the height difference between different cabinet doors and cabinet bodies, and is therefore more flexibly suitable for locking various cabinets or refrigerators.

Dual latch assembly for openable structures

Latch systems for opening and closing openable structures including a first latch assembly, a second latch assembly separated from the first latch assembly, and an assembly connector operably connecting the first latch assembly to the second latch assembly such that operation of one of the first latch assembly and the second latch assembly causes operation of the other of the first latch assembly and the second latch assembly through the assembly connector. Lateral movement of a portion of the first latch assembly in operation causes lateral movement of the assembly connector which causes lateral movement of a portion of the second latch assembly to thus operate the second latch assembly.

LOCK FOR A CLOSURE ELEMENT OF A REAL ESTATE PROPERTY, AND CORRESPONDING CLOSURE ELEMENT

A lock for a closure element of a real estate property, includes a pivoting catch on which a spring acts in a preferred direction, a locking member, and a manual or mechanical drive device. The locking member is designed as a rotary locking member that is driven by the drive device in a circulating manner about a locking member axis in only one rotational direction and comprises multiple locking elements which are offset to one another over the angle at the circumference of the locking member and which interact with the pivoting catch as respective tumblers depending on the rotational angle. Only one of the locking elements constantly acts directly on the pivoting catch for a locking and unlocking process, and the adjacent locking element opposite the rotational direction of the rotary locking member acts on the pivoting catch by rotating the rotary locking member for a subsequent locking and unlocking process.

ARTICULATING HOOD PIN ASSEMBLY AND HOOD LATCH ASSEMBLY INCORPORATING THAT ARTICULATING HOOD PIN ASSEMBLY

An articulating hood pin assembly includes a double-ended ball stud, a receiver, a retention element holding the double-ended ball stud and a snap ring securing the retention element in the receiver. A hood latch assembly includes a latch mechanism and the articulating hood pin assembly.

ELECTRONIC LOCK

A lock can include a motor assembly, a gear assembly, and an unlocking assembly. The motor assembly can include a motor and a drive shaft. The gear assembly can include a cam, a pinion gear, and a pinion. The pinion gear can include a plurality of teeth disposed along only a portion of a perimeter of the pinion gear. The pinion gear can be configured to engage the pinion. The pinion can be configured to translate laterally to release a biasing member to unlock a door of a container.

Hand-actuated closing device with a delaying system

A hand-actuated closing device is provided. The closing device includes two closing parts which are fittable together along a closing direction, are mechanically interconnected in a closed position and are releasable from one another as by releasing the mechanical connection. One of the closure parts includes a housing and a locking element which is arranged so as to be movable on the housing and is in connection with the other closure part in the closed position to produce the mechanical connection between the closure parts. In the closed position, the locking part assumes a first position on the housing, is manually movable from the first position into a second position to release the closure parts and is resettable from the second position into the first position under the action of a resetting force. The closing device further includes a delaying system.

SECURITY LOCK FOR VEHICLES
20190218830 · 2019-07-18 ·

The present invention relates to a security lock for vehicles, especially for the cargo compartments of lorries or vans, but also usable on other doors. The lock system uses a clamp having two halves or plates such that same hold a bolt, increasing the contact area in the event of a possible attack or leverage, and, if the surface of the vehicle becomes deformed, the two halves jam the bolt, further increasing security and reducing the possibility of opening. Using this invention, the system of inside opening by means of a cable is eliminated. Now, opening from the inside is performed by rotating a shaft or handle perpendicular to the surface of the vehicle, preventing the vehicle from being accessed from the outside.

Door Latch

A rotatable door latch for a door hingedly attached the housing of a device, which in some embodiments may be a medical device for handling fluids, such as a peritoneal dialysis cycler with pump cassette. In an embodiment, the door is configured to close over an installed cassette against a front panel of the housing, the door latch configured to capture the head of a post mounted to the housing. After capturing the head of the post and rotating the door latch, a slot in the latch flanked by a ramp or cam feature slides against the post head, the ramp increasing in thickness to progressively increase the closing force between the door and the post head. Upon full closure of the door latch, a detent at the end of the slot provides a maintenance closing force between the door and the post head. The thickness of at least a portion of the detent is less than the terminal thickness of the ramp, so that a release force needed to move the detent off the post head is greater than the maintenance force between the detent and the post head.

Household electric appliances having door key linked to rotation of door

A household electric appliance in which a door key is operated in association with an opening/closing operation of a door and is drawn into an inside of the door in the door opening operation is provided. The household electric appliance includes a main body having a space therein, a door coupled to the main body to be rotatable about a first rotation axis to open and close, respectively, the space, and a door key coupled to one of the main body and the door, the door key rotatable about a second rotation axis, so that a rotation of the door about the first rotation axis causes the door key to rotate about the second rotation axis.
