A connector device includes a connector component and a housing body. The connector component has a connector head. The housing body includes a first body portion and a second body portion. The first body portion has an accommodating space for the connector head. The second body portion is coupled to the first body portion and is rotatably movable with respect to the first body portion, wherein the second body portion has a first position and a second position. When the second body portion rotates to the first position, access in and out of the accommodating space is allowed for the connector head. When the second body portion rotates to the second position, the second body portion blocks the connector head access into or out of the accommodating space.

Heavy Duty Lock Case
20240200364 · 2024-06-20 ·

A heavy duty lock case is mounted on a door and includes a latch coupled with a door frame for retaining the door in a closed position. An anti-theft latch can be operated to engage with the door frame. The latch cooperates with an anti-pick member to avoid the latch from being picked to disengage from the door frame when the door is in the closed position. When normally operated, an inner operating device or an outer operating device can be operated to disengage the latch from the door frame while disengaging the anti-theft latch from the door frame, permitting easy, convenient opening of the door.

DOOR-STRIKE

The invention discloses a door opener for a door having a wing pivotally mounted to a door frame, said door opener comprising: a main body; a door opener latch hingedly mounted in the main body and pivotable between a closed position and an open position; a blocking member that is displaceable from a locking position into a release position and back, the blocking member in its locking position forming a stop for the door opener latch in the closed position to prevent pivoting of the door opener latch into the open position, and the blocking member in its release position being so far offset from the door opener latch that the door opener latch may be pivoted from the closed position to the open position and back without any restriction of movement by the blocking member; and an actuator coupled with the blocking member for releasing or locking the door opener latch.

The actuator comprises a motor having a rotatable shaft supporting a worm thread, and a spring member having two end portions is provided, wherein a first end portion of the spring member engages with the worm thread in order to displace the spring member linearly in the direction of extension of the rotatable shaft by rotating the worm thread, and wherein a second end portion of the spring member is coupled with the blocking member.

Automatic Locking Device for Snow Skid Chains

This invention discloses an automatic locking device for snow anti-skid chains. Wherein the snow anti-skid chain comprises a ratchet wheel lock catch and a anti-skid chain; the anti-skid chain is respectively fixed at the buckle and the outer part of the housing aforesaid, and extends towards three directions. The ratchet wheel lock catch is used to make the anti-skid chain to attach to automobile tires firmly and is controlled by pressing two buttons on its lower side, which is different from existing operational actions of braking off and twisting. The pressing action is simple and available for one hand operation. The overall structure is simple and reliable, conforming to use habits of control actions by users.

Lock

A lock includes a housing and a lock mechanism with a dead-bolt disposed in the housing, wherein the dead-bolt is retractable and protrudable between its two terminal positions. The lock further includes at least one bending element disposed in the housing connected to a mechanical component of the lock mechanism at a connecting location, wherein the longest extension of the bending element is defined along a first axis. When the dead-bolt retracts and protrudes, the connecting location of the mechanical component moves along a second axis. The first axis is angled with regard to the second axis, such that when the dead-bolt is displaced into at least one terminal position, the bending element elastically bends and the bending element maintains the lock mechanism in the terminal position.

CLOSURE LATCH ASSEMBLIES

Latch assemblies for opening and closing openable structures having a housing defining a cavity, a handle movably mounted to the housing, and a latching mechanism between the handle and the housing. The latching mechanism includes at least one guide pin mounted to the housing, a first body movable along the at least one guide pin and having a first latching element extending through the housing, a second body movable along the at least one guide pin and having a second latching element extending through the housing, a first link attached to the first body, a second link attached to the second body, and a link connector operably connecting the first link to the second link, wherein movement of the link connector urges the first latching element and the second latching element apart through movement of the first link and the second link and the first body and the second body.

DUAL LATCH ASSEMBLY FOR OPENABLE STRUCTURES
20180171689 · 2018-06-21 ·

Latch systems for opening and closing openable structures including a first latch assembly, a second latch assembly separated from the first latch assembly, and an assembly connector operably connecting the first latch assembly to the second latch assembly such that operation of one of the first latch assembly and the second latch assembly causes operation of the other of the first latch assembly and the second latch assembly through the assembly connector. Lateral movement of a portion of the first latch assembly in operation causes lateral movement of the assembly connector which causes lateral movement of a portion of the second latch assembly to thus operate the second latch assembly.
