Latch arrangement having a handle
A latch arrangement for fastening a panel of a door or a window to a frame element is provided. The latch arrangement includes a locking element mounted on the frame element and displaceable between a locked position in which the locking element can be engaged with a depression formed on the panel locking thereby the panel to the frame element, and an unlocked position in which the locking element can be disengaged from the depression on the panel unlocking thereby the panel from the frame element; an actuating mechanism including a manually operable handle, the actuating mechanism being mounted on the panel and being configured to selectively engage the locking element and to displace the locking element away from the depression to the unlocked position.
LATCH ARRANGEMENT HAVING A STOP LATCH
A latch arrangement for fastening a panel of a door or a window to a frame element, the panel including a depression is provided. The latch arrangement includes a locking element pivotally mounted on the frame element and displaceable between a locked position in which the locking element is engaged with the depression of the panel locking thereby the panel to the frame element, and an unlocked position in which the locking element is disengaged from the depression of the panel unlocking thereby the panel from the frame element, a stop latch selectively deployable to secure the locking element in the locked position, precluding thereby displacement of the locking element to the unlocked position; and an actuating mechanism configured to selectively pivot the locking element away from the depression to the unlocked position.
Lock case interlockable with an anti-theft latch
A lock case interlockable with an anti-theft latch is mounted on a door. The lock case includes a latch coupled with a latch hole in a door frame for retaining the door in a closed position. The anti-theft latch can be operated to engage with the door frame. When the latch is picked, the anti-theft latch still remains engaged with the door frame to prevent opening of the door. When normally operated, an inner operating device or an outer operating device can be operated to disengage the latch from the latch hole while disengaging the anti-theft latch from the door frame, permitting easy, convenient opening of the door.
Tamper-Resistant Door Locking System
A lock system includes a first housing, a plug, and a deadlock system. The first housing including a first side defining an opening. The plug is disposed within the first housing and is configured to move within the opening between an open position and a plugged position. The deadlock system is disposed within the first side of the first housing and coupled to the plug. The deadlock system is configured to move between a first position and a second position. The deadlock system (i) inhibits movement of the plug in the first position and (ii) allows movement of the plug in the second position.
Adjustable Latch and Anti-Card System
The present disclosure relates to a latch including an adjustable anti-card system, as well as to a latch with a length that is also adjustable. Additionally, the present disclosure relates to a door including a latch such as the one mentioned.
