Breathing sequence user interface
The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for breathing sequences. In some examples, a device displays a configuration user interface that comprises a prompt to select a number of cycles of a breathing sequence, adjusts the number of cycles of the breathing sequence to the selected number of cycles in response to selection, and initiates a breathing phase of the breathing sequence. In some examples, the device displays and fluctuates a progress indicator in accordance with the selected number of cycles. In some examples, a device detects a time associated with a first breathing sequence, generates a prompting criteria based on a predetermined prompting frequency and the detected time, determines if the prompting criteria has been met, displays a prompt to initiate a second breathing sequence, wherein the prompt comprises a first affordance, and displays a second breathing sequence user interface in response to selection of the first affordance.
HAPTIC RESPIRATION SIMULATOR WITH NOISE REDUCING PUMP SUSPENSION
A haptic respiration simulator includes: a pump unit; an accumulator for reducing noise originating from a pumping action of the pump, the accumulator being in fluid communication with an outlet of the pump; and a pump suspension system for reducing noise originating from operation of the pump, including: a tubular casing for receiving the pump unit at an inside thereof, the tubular casing having a substantially closed circumferential wall that prevents at least a part of the sound waves resulting from operation of the pump to transfer outside the tubular casing; an inner suspension for suspending the pump with respect to the tubular casing, the inner suspension being positioned between the pump and the tubular casing; a pair of end caps for sealing the tubular casing, and an outer suspension for suspending the tubular casing with respect to a housing.
COMMUNICATION OF PARENT PHYSIOLOGICAL DATA TO INFANT
Communication of parent physiological data to an infant may include a first interface device which includes a sensor to record physiological data associated with a heartbeat of a parent, a processor to receive the physiological data from the sensor, and a transceiver; a server which receives the physiological data from the transceiver, accesses an instance of the physiological data from a replay storage location during a loss of communication, assigns a unique identifier, processes the physiological data, modifies the physiological data to be within an allowable threshold or accesses physiological data within the allowable threshold when the physiological data is outside an allowable threshold, filters the physiological data to apply an effect, and transmits the physiological data based on the unique identifier; and a second interface device which includes a transceiver to receive the physiological data and a communication element to communicate the physiological data to the infant.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SLEEP MANAGEMENT
A processing system includes methods to promote sleep. The system may include a monitor such as a non-contact motion sensor from which sleep information may be determined. User sleep information, such as sleep stages, hypnograms, sleep scores, mind recharge scores and body scores, may be recorded, evaluated and/or displayed for a user. The system may further monitor ambient and/or environmental conditions corresponding to sleep sessions. Sleep advice may be generated based on the sleep information, user queries and/or environmental conditions from one or more sleep sessions. Communicated sleep advice may include content to promote good sleep habits and/or detect risky sleep conditions. In some versions of the system, any one or more of a bedside unit 3000 sensor module, a smart processing device, such as a smart phone or smart device 3002, and network servers may be implemented to perform the methodologies of the system.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING A THERAPEUTIC SESSION
The present invention is in the field of clinical therapy. In particular, the present invention provides systems and methods for generating at least a part of a therapeutic session for controlling a subject via sensory stimulations, such as graphical and/or auditory stimulations.
Wearable respiration management device
Various implementations include wearable devices and methods for managing respiration and user health. In some particular implementations, a wearable device includes: a mount sized to couple with a body part of a user; and a housing coupled with the mount. The housing at least partially contains: a contact element for applying pressure to the body part; and an actuator coupled with the contact element, the actuator configured to actuate the contact element in applying pressure to the body part according to a prescribed pattern. The prescribed pattern includes at least two repetitions, each repetition having: a first segment at a progressively increasing pressure; a second segment at a substantially constant pressure, following the first segment; a third segment at a progressively decreasing pressure, following the second segment; and a fourth segment at a substantially constant pressure that is less than the substantially constant pressure of the second segment.
