Combination lock with electronic override key
11913256 · 2024-02-27 ·

A combination lock can be operated manually via the manipulation of dials and by way of an electronic key. The lock includes one or more rotatable selectors each having multiple indicia disposed thereon. Rotation of the rotatable selectors to predetermined indicia places the lock in the unlocked position. The lock can further include an electronic port and an actuator. Upon receipt of a predetermined credential via the port, the actuator can place the lock in in the unlocked position. The lock further includes a knob that, when the lock is in the unlocked position, can be rotated between a first position in which the lock is in a closed position and a second position in which the lock is in an open position. The combination lock may automatically scramble the positions of the dials upon opening for security purposes.

Universal lock with sliding blocking mechanism

A lock having a housing defining a cavity with first and second opposing side walls and an opening for receiving a locking bolt, the locking bolt moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position is provided. The lock includes a rotary actuator having a rotary output and responsive to entry of an electronic combination input by a user; and a sliding blocking mechanism responsive to said rotary output and moveable between a blocking position for blocking the locking bolt in the locked position and an unblocking position for allowing the locking bolt to move into the unlocked position.

The invention provides a digital lock including at least two magnets. One magnet is a semi hard magnet and the other magnet is a hard magnet. The hard magnet is configured to open or close the digital lock. The semi hard magnet and the hard magnet are placed adjacent to each other. A change in magnetisation polarisation of the semi hard magnet is configured to push or pull the hard magnet to open or close the digital lock.

Electronic lock with movable in-line locking lug

A lock assembly is disclosed to lock a moveable structure to a fixed structure. The lock assembly includes an electric actuator operable to move a locking lug between first and second axial positions to correspond with a locked and unlocked configuration of the lock assembly. A resilient member can couple the locking lug to the electric actuator and drive the locking lug between the first and second positions.

A locking system is described. The locking system, includes a lock. The lock includes a semi-hard magnet and a hard magnet. The hard magnet is configured to move to open or close the lock, the lock is self-powered using near field communication (NFC), and the lock is digitally controlled using a mobile application.

Intelligent electronic lock

The disclosure is an intelligent electronic lock. The intelligent electronic lock includes: an electronic lock shell, a wireless communication module, an instruction input device, the instruction input device is arranged on the electronic lock shell for instruction input, a processor, the processor is connected to the wireless communication module and the instruction input device is connected to receive and send signals, and the electronic rope.

Electric latch mechanism

An exemplary latchbolt assembly includes a latchbolt, a locking sleeve, and a roller engaged between the latchbolt and the locking sleeve. The latchbolt is configured to drive the roller from a first position to a second position as the latchbolt moves from a projected position to a depressed position. The locking sleeve includes a blocking surface and a recessed portion. When the blocking surface is aligned with the roller, the locking sleeve retains the roller in the first position, thereby retaining the latchbolt in the projected position. When the recessed portion is aligned with the roller, the locking sleeve permits movement of the roller from the first position to the second position, thereby enabling depression of the latchbolt.

MOTOR VEHICLE LOCK

The disclosure relates to a vehicle lock having a locking mechanism, a lock mechanism and an electrical setting arrangement, wherein the setting arrangement has a rotor arrangement, wherein the stator forms at least two magnetic, unlike stator poles of the stator magnet arrangement, wherein at least one of the magnet arrangements is associated with a coil arrangement, wherein by supplying current to the coil arrangement and a resulting magnetic interaction between rotor and stator, a drive torque to the rotor and thus an adjustment of the rotor can be generated in a predetermined number of actuator positions. Proposed is that the rotor magnet arrangement and the stator magnet arrangement are stationarily fixed to a support section of the motor vehicle lock, and the rotor is pivotable about a rotor axis relative to the support section and relative to the rotor magnet arrangement.
