Driving assembly for a lever-type door lock
Disclosed is a lever-type door lock driving assembly which can be installed inside a mounting hole to enable miniaturization of the device, ensure general versatility, and prevent a fragile area from being generated inside the door. The present invention relates to a driving assembly for a lever-type door lock arranged in an installation hole to drive a latch operating body, wherein the mounting assembly comprise a mounting module having a truncated disc shape and having at least one driving plate therein; and a motor unit mounted on the truncated area of the mounting module and having a disk shape in a state of being coupled to the mounting module.
Clutch engagement assembly of door lock and driving device thereof
A clutch engagement assembly for a door lock device includes a first shaft having at an end thereof an insertion end portion in which a channel is formed; a second drive shaft having a hollow engagement end portion into which the insertion end portion of the first shaft is inserted; a driving member which provides a driving force; and a pin member that is installed in a state of being elastically supported in the engagement end portion of the second shaft and is movable by the driving member so as to extending through (be inserted in) at least a part of the first shaft and at least a part of the second shaft, thereby causing a clutch engagement or a disengagement between a first shaft and a second shaft. The clutch engagement assembly may provide a relatively small size structure of the door lock device and a firm engagement force.
LOCKING ASSEMBLY WITH SPRING MECHANISM
An electronic lock with a latch assembly, an interior assembly, and an exterior assembly. The latch assembly includes a bolt movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The assembly includes an internal spring actuating mechanism. The assembly also includes a touch keypad subassembly configured to detect touches to at least a portion of its surface.
DIGITAL LOCK
A locking system is described. The locking system, includes a lock. The lock includes a semi-hard magnet and a hard magnet. The hard magnet is configured to move to open or close the lock, the lock is self-powered using near field communication (NFC), and the lock is digitally controlled using a mobile application.
Lock device with a clutch
A clutch includes an outer box and an intermediate member pivotably connected to the outer box. The intermediate member is coupled with an outer handle to pivot therewith. A torsion spring is disposed between the intermediate member and the outer box and biases the intermediate member to an initial position. A coupling member is pivotably mounted between the intermediate member and the outer box and is operatively connected to a first latch of a latch device of a lock device. When the coupling member and the intermediate member are jointly pivotable, pivotal movement of the outer handle causes the first latch to move from the latching position or the unlatching position. When the coupling member is not jointly pivotable with the intermediate member, pivotal movement of the outer handle is incapable of causing movement of the first latch. A lock device with the clutch is also disclosed.
Lock
A lock with a handle assembly and a lock articulating assembly. The handle assembly has a handle member and a lock assembly. The handle member has a central bore and a locking plug groove. The lock assembly has a lock arm with a body positionable within the central bore. The body includes a central bore and a radial bore which is alignable with the locking plug groove. The lock assembly further has an outward locking plug configured to translate along the radial bore and selectively into the locking plug groove. The lock articulating assembly includes a slider (or a second cam), an actuator, a cam coupled to a motor. The cam is selectively engageable with the slider to rotate and/or translate the slider. The actuator is coupled to the slider, so that movement to the slider imparts movement of the actuator.
Symmetrical and reversible-clutch mortise lock
The present invention relates to a symmetrical and reversible-clutch mortise lock comprising a central follower, a pair of symmetrical lateral followers, each one located on one side of the central follower to be activated by square bars of handles, a spacer which makes the movement of the two lateral followers independent and a motor, which connects to an actuation lever and which is activated when an access code is validated. The lock further comprises a clutch housed and guided in an accumulator arm able to move linearly to be housed in both lateral followers such that the corresponding lateral follower, when activated by the motion of the door handle, pushes the clutch until it makes contact with the central follower and activates the latch of the lock.
Door lock
A door lock disposed on a door leaf includes a casing, a bolt member, a latch member, an auxiliary latch member and a transmission unit. When the door lock is in an open state, the bolt member is retracted into the casing and held by the transmission unit. During a closing operation of the door leaf, the latch member and the auxiliary latch member are successively pushed into the casing to actuate the transmission unit, so that the transmission unit releases the bolt member when the door leaf is closed, and that the bolt member automatically projects out of the casing to lock the door leaf.
ROTATION CONVERTER
An exemplary rotation converter includes an input component, an output component, and an intermediate component engaged between the input component and the output component. The input component is rotatable from an input component home position in each of a first direction and an opposite second direction. The intermediate component is configured to move to an actuated position in response to rotation of the input component in either direction, and to rotate the output component in an actuating direction as the intermediate component moves to the actuated position.
Electronic deadbolt lock
A deadbolt lock assembly including a retractable and extendable deadbolt, a housing, an outside member movably mounted on the housing and being normally disconnected from the deadbolt, and an operator input device on the housing, with the operator input device connecting the member to the deadbolt in response to presentation of an appropriate credential, such that a force applied to the member by the operator is mechanically transmitted to the deadbolt to move the deadbolt.
