INTERLINK LOCK MECHANISM FOR MULTI-LAYERED DRAWER FURNITURE

Disclosed is an interlink lock mechanism for multi-layered drawer furniture. A cabinet is provided with the interlink lock mechanism, and the interlink lock mechanism includes a track seat, two fixing assemblies, and a plurality of self-locking adjustment assemblies. Each of the self-locking adjustment assemblies includes a connecting rod, an opening block, and two functional blocks, where a gap between the two fixing assemblies can allow only one opening block to rotatably enter between the two functional blocks or between the functional block and the fixing block. According to the present application, two or more drawers of the cabinet can be prevented from being drawn out at the same time.

Furniture assembly

A furniture assembly includes a first object, a second object, a self-closing device, an aiding member, an interlock mechanism and an actuating part. The second object is displaceable relative to the first object. The self-closing device is arranged on the first object and includes a base, a working member and a resilient member. The working member and the aiding member are movable relative to the base. The interlock mechanism is arranged on the first object. The actuating part is arranged on the second object. When the second object is located at the extended position and the working member returns to an initial position from an engaging position in response to a self-closing resilient force provided by the resilient member, the aiding member is located at a predetermined position to retain at least one locking member of the interlock mechanism at a locking position.

An interlocking anti-tipping cabinet comprises a cabinet body, multiple drawers, which are mounted inside the cabinet body, and a linkage mechanism. An assembling groove vertically elongates and is formed inside the cabinet body. Each of the multiple drawers has a guiding rail and a blocking chunk, which protrude and face the assembling groove. The linkage mechanism is up-and-down moveable, is mounted in the assembling groove, and has multiple wheels respectively corresponding to the multiple drawers. By structural designs of the guiding rail and the blocking chunk of each of the multiple drawers and the linkage mechanism, the interlocking anti-tipping cabinet locks other drawers when one drawer is pulled open. At the same time, an overall structure of the cabinet is simplified, hence effectively decreasing the assembling difficulty and costs of materials and processing.

Coupling element, locking system and furniture

A coupling element for coupling a locking bar of a piece of furniture has a plurality of pull-out furniture parts to an activator coupled directly or indirectly to one of the pull-out furniture parts has a housing which can be placed against the locking bar, a driver which is mounted displaceably in the housing and is operatively connected to the locking bar for locking an extension movement of the other furniture part or parts, wherein the housing has a guide track in which a pin of the driver is guided, wherein the housing has at least one spring element serving to fix the housing relative to the locking bar. Furthermore, a locking system and a piece of furniture are described.

Furniture assembly and interlock kit thereof

A furniture assembly is provided and includes a cabinet body, a drawer and an interlock kit. The interlock kit includes a first fitting member, a second fitting member and an interlock mechanism. The first fitting member is detachably mounted on the cabinet body and has a first predetermined height. The second fitting member is detachably mounted on the drawer and has a second predetermined height. A predetermined gap is defined by a difference between the first predetermined height and the second predetermined height. The interlock mechanism is arranged on the first fitting member. The second fitting member can always be moved by the drawer to cause the interlock mechanism to be operated normally as along as the second fitting member is mounted at a position within a mounting range defined by the predetermined gap and a position of the first fitting member. Besides, a related interlock kit is also provided.

A drawer unit including at least two drawers, each drawer having respective drawer runners to allow each drawer to move with respect to the drawer unit. The drawer unit further includes a drawer lock mechanism to permit the opening of a single drawer at a time. The lock mechanism includes a cam unit incorporating at least a cam lever, and a cam follower including a surface operable to engage with said cam lever associated with each drawer. The cam lever is operable to be rotated by action of the opening of its respective drawer, and engage with said cam follower, wherein movement of the cam follower and/or the cam unit causes compression of one or more compression means, and wherein the surface of the cam follower operable to engage with said cam lever is slanted when the drawer unit is in standard orientation at an angle of 15 to 25.

Slide rail mechanism

A slide rail mechanism is configured to a cabinet. The slide rail mechanism includes a first rail assembly, a second rail assembly and a working member. The first and second assemblies are arranged on the cabinet. The working member is shiftable with respect to the cabinet. When a second rail of the first rail assembly is opened with respect to a first rail, the working member is moved in a transverse direction for preventing a fourth rail of the second rail assembly to be opened from a retracted position with respect to a third rail.
