VEHICULAR OPERATION DETECTING APPARATUS
A vehicular operation detecting apparatus includes: sensors provided side by side in a vehicle, and individually outputting detection signals that change when a detection target comes into contact with or approaches the sensors; a computing unit computing a ratio value which is a value of a ratio of a first detection signal to a second detection signal, which are detection signals of a first sensor and a second sensor that are one and another one of the sensors, respectively; an operational direction detection unit detecting a direction of movement of the detection target from the first sensor toward the second sensor if the computed ratio value decreases, and detecting the direction of movement from the second sensor toward the first sensor if the computed ratio value increases; and a drive control unit controlling the driving of an opening and closing body in accordance with the detected direction of movement.
METHOD OF DETECTING THE APPROACH OF A USER'S HAND TO A VEHICLE DOOR HANDLE OR THE CONTACT OF A USER'S HAND THEREWITH, AND ASSOCIATED DETECTION DEVICE
Disclosed is a method of detecting the approach and/or contact of a user's hand to a door handle, the handle having a first outer surface oriented toward the vehicle and a second outer surface oriented toward the user, the handle including at least one detection electrode and an additional electrode, positioned face to face in advance. The method includes: the two electrodes are electrically connected to the same power supply source; a first capacitance value is measured at the terminals of the detection electrode; a second capacitance value is measured at the terminals of the additional electrode; and the first and second values are compared, during a measurement period, with one another and/or with a predetermined threshold value, in order to detect the approach of a user's hand toward the first outer surface or toward the second outer surface and/or the contact of his hand with one of these surfaces.
DOOR HANDLE DEVICE
A control unit 20, including a circuit board and a switch unit, is arranged in a housing space in a door handle. The switch unit has a switch component, which is fastened to the circuit board, a hard switch case, which covers the switch component, a soft pushbutton, which operates the switch component, and a hard cover member, which is fastened to the switch case. The pushbutton has a pushing part in the shape of a cap, a flange, which extends from the bottom end of the pushing part, and an operation projection, which is inserted into an insertion opening in a roof. The switch case and the pushbutton are united by the cover member, and the flange is brought into close contact with the roof all the way therearound, by the cover member.
Cover flap arrangement for a handle arrangement of a motor vehicle door
The invention relates to a cover flap arrangement for a handle arrangement of a motor vehicle door, the handle arrangement having an, in particular, elongate handle section with a gripping region and two gripping openings which are arranged on both sides of the handle section towards the gripping region. It is proposed that the cover flap arrangement has two cover flaps which can be adjusted in each case between a covering position, in which, in the installed state, they in each case cover a gripping opening, in particular sealingly, and an exposing position, in which, in the installed state, they in each case expose a gripping opening.
Safety system for a motor vehicle door, comprising at least two sensors
The invention relates to a safety system for a door in a motor vehicle, comprising an electronic unit that includes at least one first and a second sensor. Each sensor has its own monitoring zone on the motor vehicle door. The safety system further comprises a lock which is arranged on the motor vehicle door and can be switched between a locked position and an unlocked position, as well as a user-held identifier which can be brought into data communication with a transceiver unit in the motor vehicle for authentication purposes. The electronic unit is designed in such a way as to be able to generate a trigger signal by having the user execute at least one defined movement pattern within the monitoring zones, thus allowing the position of the lock to be switched.
DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY HAVING AN ADJUSTING MECHANISM FOR A DOOR HANDLE
A door handle assembly may have an adjustable door handle having a handle support structure and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the door handle between a non-use position and a use position. The adjusting mechanism may have at least one drive unit and a force transfer element. The force transfer element can be moved by the drive unit between a closed position corresponding to the non-use position of the door handle, an open position corresponding to the use position of the door handle, and a correcting position. The force transfer element may be in operative connection to the handle support structure to move the door handle between the non-use position and the use position. The force transfer element, during a movement from the closed position into the correcting position, actuates the retraction device so that the door handle is moved into the non-use position.
Alarm device for vehicle
An alarm device for a vehicle has a sensor section detecting that the hand of a passenger approaches an opening and closing operation section H and sending an operation detecting signal, a vehicle detector detecting another vehicle approaching from behind and sending a vehicle detecting signal, a vibration unit vibrating the opening and closing operation section H, a lamp section arranged on a pillar and displaying a warning sign with the irradiation of light, and a ECU (Electric Control Unit). When the ECU receives the vehicle detecting signal and the operation detecting signal, the vibration unit operates and a warning sign is displayed on the lamp section. Thereby, when another vehicle approaches, it is possible to prevent the passenger from opening operation of the door body.
DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A door handle assembly for a motor vehicle includes a handle carrier, a handle part that is arranged such that it is strake-flush with a door in a resting position and projecting out of the door in an actuation position, a lever element that moves the handle part, and a transmission element. For an electrically operated normal operation, the transmission element is designed such that it can move in an entirely electrically driven manner into a first normal operation position, in which the transmission element moves the handle part into the actuation position via the lever element. The handle part can be moved and actuated in order to open the door, even in the event of a failure of the motor drive. For this purpose, for a currentless emergency operation, the transmission element is designed such that it can move from an initial position into an emergency operation position, in which the transmission element swivels the lever element at least in order to move the handle part into the actuation position.
DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A vehicle door handle includes a sensor assembly for detecting an operation request. The door handle is fixed and actuates an electric lock. The sensor assembly includes a first capacitive sensor arranged in the door handle and oriented towards an inner side of the handle. It monitors a first handle section gripped when actuating the handle. Second and third sensors are arranged along an axial extension of the handle. The second sensor is oriented towards an outer side of the handle and monitors a touching from the outer side in a second handle section. The third sensor is oriented towards the inner side of the handle and monitors a touching from the inner side. The electronic control and evaluation device generates an opening signal when both the capacitive sensor detects a gripping of the door handle and the second sensor and the third sensor simultaneously each detect a touching.
