Combination lock structure for simple password retrieval
A combination lock structure for simple password retrieval is provided. An inner sleeve is formed with a V-shaped groove. A clamping plate is provided with a V-shaped angle corresponding to the V-shaped groove. A hasp plate is provided with a hasp. A cylindrical flange of the inner sleeve is formed with a hasp groove for engagement of the hasp. A lower end of the hasp plate is provided with a convex point. A lock cylinder is formed with a protrusion corresponding to the convex point. When the lock cylinder is turned to an unlocked position, the protrusion urges the convex point to move upward and the hasp is moved upward so that the hasp is pressed against the cylindrical flange. When the hasp is engaged in the hasp groove, the V-shaped angle is engaged in the V-shaped groove.
TICKET DISPENSING MODULE
A ticket dispenser comprising a housing body, a lockable housing door configured to close an opening in the housing body, a ticket dispensing aperture, a lockable security cover configured to prevent the removal of tickets through the aperture, and a lock assembly, wherein the lock assembly is configured to lock the housing door and security cover when in a first orientation, wherein the lock assembly is configured to lock the housing door and not to lock the security cover when in a second orientation, and wherein the lock assembly is configured not to lock the housing door or the security cover when in a third orientation.
Lock mechanism with state indication function
A lock mechanism with state indication function includes a housing, a cap and an indicator. The indicator includes active and passive indicators arranged circumferentially around a central axis. The active indicator includes a cam matching surface extending circumferentially around the central axis and a stopping end located at an end of the cam matching surface corresponding to the pivoting center of the active indicator. The radial convex portion slides along the cam matching surface to make the active indicator rotate away from the central axis. The radial convex portion pushes the stopping end of the active indicator to make the active indicator rotate to a recovery position in which the indicating portion is covered by the cap. The passive indicator is in linkage connection with the active indicator through a gear transmission device, making the passive indicator be unfolded and folded synchronously along with the active indicator.
KNOB TO LATCH INTERFACE, METHOD OF INTERFACING A KNOB TO A ROTATABLE LATCH
According to one embodiment of the disclosure, a knob to latch interface includes a body, a latch in operable communication with the body movable between a latched position and an unlatched position, and a knob longitudinally positionable between a first position and a second position relative to the body and in operable communication with the latch, an outer radial extent of the knob being operationally engagable only while in one of the first position and the second position.
Point-of-sale (POS) terminal having a lock system
A point-of-sale (POS) terminal includes a main body, a door attached to the main body, an electric lock attached to one of the main body and the door and including a first movable part configured to move between a lock position and an unlock position using electric power, and a manual lock attached to the other one of the main body and the door and including a second movable part that is manually movable between a lock position and an unlock position. When the door is in a closed state and the first and second movable parts are both at the lock position, the first and second movable parts restrict movement of the door. When the door is in the closed state and at least one of the first and second movable parts is at the unlock position, the door is movable.
COMPRESSION LATCH HAVING A REDUCED PROTRUSION
According to one aspect of the invention, a latch is configured to fix a panel relative to a frame. The latch includes a housing configured for engagement to the panel. The latch also includes a cap mounted within the housing and a shaft extending along a longitudinal axis within the housing. A spring of the latch is configured to bias the shaft away from the cap along the longitudinal axis, and a sleeve of the latch interposed between the shaft and the housing, the sleeve defining a first slot. The latch also includes a cam interposed between the shaft and the housing, the cam defining a second slot. A pin is provided which extends into the first and second slots. The first and second slots are configured to guide the rotation and axial movement of the shaft as the cap is rotated within the housing.
Lock
A lock, attachable to a coupling in a bushing coupled to an outside structure, includes a housing, an actuatable lock assembly and a latching assembly. The actuatable lock assembly is rotatable relative to the housing assembly in a closed orientation and an open orientation, and, has a spindle member having a knob attachment portion and a coupling attachment portion. Here, the spindle member and a knob are configured to rotate relative to the housing assembly. The coupling attachment portion is extendable into a central bore and attachable to a coupling. Upon attachment, relative rotation of the spindle member and the coupling is substantially precluded. The latching assembly is positionable in one of a locked position and an unlocked position. The latching assembly is positioned within the cavity of the housing assembly and includes a motor to direct the actuatable lock assembly from a closed orientation to the open orientation.
Compression latch
A compression latch having a body including a cup having a well defining a first side of the compression latch, an exterior portion defining a second side opposite the first side, and a raised portion defining a peripheral rim surrounding the cup, the peripheral rim providing an uppermost surface of the cup is disclosed. The compression latch has a T-shaped handle mounted to the body, the T-shaped handle being foldable and reversible and having a cam lock mounted thereon, the cam lock having a keying element on one side of the handle and a rotatable locking cam on the second side of the handle, wherein when the T-shaped handle is folded in a first position, the keying element is exposed and does not protrude beyond the uppermost surface of the cup and when the T-shaped handle is reversed and folded in a second position, the rotatable locking cam is exposed and does no protrude beyond the uppermost surface of the cup.
