LEAK CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A leak containment system includes a mounting bracket, a tray, and a locking mechanism. The mounting bracket has a first rail, a second rail, and a panel extending between the first rails and the second rail. The panel is vertically offset from feet formed on the first rail, and a channel is defined by at least the first rail and an underside of the panel. The tray is removably received within the channel. The tray includes a bottom surface surrounded by perimeter walls that together define a fluid container. The perimeter walls include a front perimeter wall that extends upwardly above the other walls. The locking mechanism is coupled to the mounting bracket and is configured to selectively engage the front perimeter wall of the tray to restrict movement of the tray outward from the channel.
LOCKING ASSEMBLY AND MOVABLE PLATFORM
The present disclosure relates to a locking assembly for locking at least one second body to a first body. The first body may have at least one accommodating cavity for accommodating the at least one second body respectively. The locking assembly may include a knob on the first body and a pushing device between the knob and the first body. The knob may be configured to rotate around an axis to switch the locking assembly between a locked state and an unlocked state. The pushing device may be configured to apply an elastic pressing force on the knob in a direction away from the first body during rotation of the knob.
Device for holding blower equipment in truck
A baseplate with multiple mounting holes is configured to be mounted in a vehicle. Flange head posts or flange engaging ears are attached to the baseplate and are configured to engage a flange on the bottom plate of a blower. Engaging pins are also attached to the baseplate and are configured to engage with a recess or hole in the flange. A retaining bar with a lock engaging feature is pivotally attached to the baseplate and is configured to capture the flange between itself and the two engaging pins and/or to capture the flange between itself and the two flange head posts or flange engaging ears. A lock device is attached to the baseplate opposite the hinge or pivot. The lock engaging feature of the retaining bar and the lock device cooperate to secure the retaining bar in place over the flange on the bottom plate of the blower.
MECHANICAL RELEASE APPARATUS AND METHOD
A latch mechanism is disclosed. The latch mechanism has a first member, and a second member that is rotatable relative to the first member, the second member being rotatable in a first direction between a first position and a second position. The second member contacts the first member and is received by the first member when the second member is in the second position. The first member includes a shape memory alloy portion. The shape memory alloy portion is movable between a first shape when in a first state and a second shape when in a second state. The shape memory alloy portion moves from the first shape to the second shape based on a temperature of the shape memory alloy portion exceeding a threshold transition temperature of the shape memory alloy portion.
A WINDOW FASTENER
A window fastener including: a base configured for connection to a window sash; a handle carrying a latching tongue, pivotally connected to the base between a latched position and an unlatched position; and an interface between the base and the handle, wherein the interface causes the latching tongue to move axially closer to the base when the handle pivots from the unlatched position to the latched position; and wherein the interface causes the latching tongue to move axially away from the base when the handle pivots from the latched position to the unlatched position.
Cabinet locking device
A cabinet locking device prevents undesirable movement of the cabinet drawer or pivotably swinging cabinet door from a closed position to an opened position relatively to the cabinet stationary base. The cabinet locking device includes a screw busing, comprising a an inner and outer threads and a spline, and a locking member, comprising an extended portion, which includes an outer thread, and a locking member head, which includes a first and second projections.
Locking mechanism for container
A locking mechanism is disclosed. In one particular embodiment, the locking mechanism may include a hook component configured to be mounted onto an interior surface of a body of a container, a swivel component configured to engage with the hook component when the locking mechanism is locked, and a mount component to which the swivel component is rotatably mounted. The mount component may be configured to be mounted onto an interior surface of a lid of the container. When the container is in an upright position, the locking mechanism may be unlocked by applying an upward force onto the swivel component. When the container is an upside down position, the locking mechanism may unlock automatically.
REMOVABLE VEHICULAR WINDOW PANEL WITH INTEGRATED LATCHING ELEMENT AND CARRYING HANDLE
A vehicular glass window panel assembly includes a glass panel having an inner side and an outer side, and a handle and catch element adhesively bonded along a first perimeter region of the inner side. The handle and catch element includes a handle portion and a catch configured for engaging a latching element of a vehicle when the window panel assembly is mounted at the vehicle to close over an aperture of the vehicle. The handle and catch element is formed as a single component via a plastic injection molding process. With the latching element engaged with the catch, the window panel assembly is secured at the vehicle. With the latching element disengaged from the catch, the window panel assembly is removable from the vehicle. With the window panel assembly removed from the vehicle, the handle portion is graspable by a user to carry the window panel assembly.
Laboratory cabinet
A laboratory cabinet, for instance a cold chamber, a heating cabinet, a drying cabinet, or an incubator, can have a housing featuring at least one exterior door, featuring at least one interior space which can be closed by means of an interior door, such that the laboratory cabinet features adjustable means, such that as a function of the position of the means, the interior door can be opened together with the exterior door or independently of the exterior door, such that the means are inaccessible when the exterior door is closed.
Adjustable gate latch assembly
A gate latch assembly includes a first door mountable portion including a first body and carrying a pivotable latch bar that extends outward from a side of the first body, and a first handle part operatively connected to effect pivot of the latch bar when the first handle is rotated, a second door mountable portion including a second body and carrying a pivot bar, and a second handle part operatively connected to effect pivot of the pivot bar when the second handle is rotated. The gate latch assembly can be assembled in either a first configuration to permit rotation of the pivot bar away from its neutral position in only a first direction, or a second configuration to permit rotation of the pivot bar away from its neutral position in only a second direction that is opposite the first direction.
