A locking device includes a lever configured to sway around a rotation axis and including a restriction part restricting an operation of a handle, a hole, and an attaching portion where a moving member configured to move in accordance with an operation of an actuator is attached; and a pressure member disposed in the hole and configured to make a first back-and-forth movement in accordance with an unlocking operation of a key. The pressure member moves the restriction part from a position for restricting the operation of the handle to a position for allowing the operation of the handle by swaying the lever around the rotation axis by pressing a first portion which is a portion of the hole in a forward movement of the first back-and-forth movement, and moves away from the first portion without swaying the lever in a backward movement of the first back-and-forth movement.

A combination sash lock and tilt latch secures a sash window that is slidable and tiltable with respect to a master window frame. The fastener includes a lock assembly and latch assembly. The lock assembly is releasably mounted upon the sash window meeting rail without screws, using legs received within corresponding openings in the rail. The lock assembly is releasably secured thereto by a spring causing engagement between the legs and rail openings. The lock assembly includes a pivotable cam to releasably engage a keeper on the master frame, and a pivotable arm extending into the meeting rail. The latch assembly includes biasing means and a latch member with a plurality of openings, each configured to receive the post of the lock assembly, within the meeting rail, with the lock assembly installed thereon in any one of a plurality of positions corresponding to said openings in said latch member.

A latch mechanism for joining two portions of a gas turbine engine. The latch mechanism is moveable between an open and a closed position and includes a first member configured to be attachable to a first portion of a gas turbine engine and a second member pivotally attached to the first member. The first member is attached to the second member at a first position. The latch mechanism also includes a handle pivotally attached to the second member that is attached to the second member at a second position, and third member pivotally attached to the second member. The third member is attached to the second member at a third position, the third position being between the first position and the second position, and wherein the third member comprises securing means for securing the third member to a second portion of a gas turbine engine.

A locking device for a sash window having a window sash moveably mounted in a window frame, the locking device comprising a body and a locking element moveable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The device includes a sensor system to detect whether the window sash is in a closed position in the window frame and also to detect whether the locking element is in the locked position. The device includes a first sensor comprising a first lock sensor component mounted for movement with the locking element and a second lock sensor component mounted to the body. The device also includes a second sensor comprising a first window sensor component arranged to be mounted to the sash window and a second window sensor component mounted to the body. The device includes a detent mechanism which acts with the positional arrangement of the sensors to provide a reliable system.

The disclosure relates to a door locking assembly for locking a door of an aircraft, comprising a locking hook adapted for blocking in a locking position a lockable arm of a door of an aircraft; a release lever connected to the locking hook for moving the locking hook from a releasing position into the locking position in response to being actuated by a lockable arm of a door of an aircraft; an operating handle connected at least to the release lever and rotatable for moving the locking hook from the locking position to the releasing position; and a locking indicator connected to the locking hook for indicating positioning of the locking hook in one of the locking position or the releasing position.
