LOCKING SYSTEM FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS
A system including a barrier implement, a barrier implement frame, wherein the barrier implement frame is configured to engage said barrier implement, a bolt lock, wherein the bolt lock is configured to secure the barrier implement frame to the barrier implement in a lock position, a central locking and/or release knob, a cable or rod, wherein the cable or rod is configured to interconnect the central locking and/or release knob and the bolt lock, and wherein the central locking and/or release knob is configured to release said bolt lock by pulling in the cable or rod to move the bolt lock out of the lock position.
Multipoint door lock system
A multipoint door lock system comprises a door frame having a bolt opening and a secondary opening. A latch takes an activable position when the door is opened and a pre-armed position when the door is closed. A door-locking tip of the latch protrudes from the secondary opening of the door frame and into a secondary bore of the door when the door is closed. A transfer block moves from an inactive position to an active position upon insertion the deadbolt in the bolt opening. A biasing element causes a displacement of a translating member when the transfer block moves to the active position in the absence of a force sufficient to cause a compression of the biasing element. This action of the translating member locks the latch in its pre-armed position within the secondary bore.
Releasable latch
A latching device is mountable to a door. The device includes a rod and a pair of latches spaced apart along the rod. The rod is slidably movable relative to a channel between a first position and a second position, with the rod biased into the first position. Upon slidable movement of the rod, both the first and second latches generally move in unison to permit a releasable engagement of the first and second latches relative to two spaced apart protrusion of a frame to releasably secure the door relative to the frame. At least one of the first and second latches is slidably movable relative to the rod between a first position and a second position closer to the other respective latch.
Flush glass apparatus
A flush glass apparatus includes an operation glass including a glass portion and a frame, and a locking device including an operation handle installed on the frame, an upper lifting member installed on an upper side of the frame and including an upper cam groove and an upper locking pin, an upper operation shaft having a lower side connected to the operation handle and an upper side entering the upper cam groove and including an upper protrusion, an upper spring, a lower lifting member installed on a lower side of the frame and including a lower cam groove and a lower locking pin protruding to the lower side of the frame, a lower operation shaft having an upper side connected to the operation handle and a lower side entering the lower cam groove and including a lower protrusion, and a lower spring.
DOOR LOCK DEVICE
A door lock device is provided and includes: a lock assembly having a first lock structure and a second lock structure; an acting assembly interlocked with the first lock structure and the second lock structure; and an operation assembly interlocked with the acting assembly so as to unlock the first lock structure and the second lock structure synchronously. Therefore, when the lock assembly is in the form of top and bottom locks, the top and bottom locks can be unlocked at the same time, so as to allow an escape door to be opened quickly, thereby facilitating emergency escape.
MOUNTING APPARATUS FOR SECURITY SLIDING BARRIER
Disclosed embodiments include a mounting apparatus for a sliding security barrier that includes unique security features that ensure the sliding security barrier is secure and does not suffer problems that exist with conventional security doors and windows. The sliding security barrier is configured to be implemented using tracks that are common to conventional sliding patio screen door or windows. Additional security features include a unique striker plate, a lift protector at a corner, adjustable top and/or bottom channel caps, an interlock, and a uniquely shaped lock. These features provide greater security at a lower cost because they use an existing sliding door or window sash and channels but provide a secure attachment that inhibits tampering and removal of the sliding screen barrier.
WINDOW SASH LOCK AND TILT MECHANISM
A window lock system includes a sash lock and at least one tilt latch. The sash lock includes a first housing, a lever, a cam, a slide plate, and at least one actuator movable via the lever. The tilt latch includes a second housing configured to be slidably mounted on a window sash and an independent bolt slidingly coupled to the first end of the second housing. A drive bar couples the at least one actuator and the second housing together. The sash lock is movable between at least a locked position, an unlocked position, and a tilt position by rotating the lever. When the sash lock is in the tilt position, the at least one actuator retracts relative to the first housing and via the drive bar retracts the first end of the second housing of the tilt latch relative to a side surface of the window sash.
DAMPER DEVICE
There is provided a damper device including an annular elastic member made of an elastic resin material. One member of a pair of members is provided with a support section for supporting the annular elastic member. The other member of the pair of members is provided with a pair of facing walls between which the support section is to be inserted. The annular elastic member is provided with separated portions that are separated from the outer periphery of the support section. In a state where the annular elastic member is mounted on the outer periphery of the support section, a maximum distance A of the separated portions facing each other is greater than an opening width B between tip ends of the pair of facing walls on a side on which the support section enters.
