DEVICE FOR CONSTRAINING THE OPENING OF DOORS OR WINDOWS
Described is a device for constraining the opening of doors or windows comprising a guide body associated with a perimeter profile of a movable leaf and equipped with a slot; an operating arm articulated, at a first end, to a fixed frame, and a second end slidably connectable, by a pin, inside the slot of the guide body so as to allow a sliding stroke of the pin along the guide slot to define an open configuration with a limited angle of the leaf; the guide body is provided with two lateral openings facing each other made on the walls defining the slot to allow a free passage, through one of the openings, of the pin of the arm housed in the slot when the leaf is in a free open configuration; a locking lever or latch articulated to a base of the guide body and configured for locking the pin of the arm when it is positioned at an end of the slot of the guide body in the open configuration with a limited angle of the leaf; an operating rod slidably inserted along the body and having a pair of protruding walls configured to temporarily close, in use, the openings of the slot at least at the passage from the closed configuration to the open configuration at a limited angle of the leaf.
PORTABLE DISMANTLING STRUCTURE FOR SMART DOORBELL
The present disclosure discloses a portable dismantling structure for a smart doorbell, including a doorbell main body; the doorbell main body is provided with a front shell and a cover plate; the front shell is provided with a main control panel and an unlock mechanism; the main control panel is connected to the unlock mechanism in a control manner; the unlock mechanism is provided with a first elastic clasp; and the cover plate is provided with a second elastic clasp matched with the first elastic clasp. To achieve locking, the second elastic clasp of the cover plate is pushed into the front shell to fasten the second elastic clasp with the first elastic clasp to achieve fastened locking of the cover plate and the front shell.

DOOR STOPPER AND OFF-ROAD VEHICLE
A door stopper includes a stopper provided at a first object that is one of a vehicle body or a door and a rod rotatably provided at a second object that is the other one of the vehicle body or the door. The rod has a first portion and a second portion bent from the first portion and rotatably supported by the second object. The first portion of the rod and the stopper move relative to each other according to opening or closing of the door. The first portion of the rod engages with the stopper when the door is opened to a predetermined degree of opening. The door stopper restricts the relative movement of the first portion and the stopper by engagement between the first portion and the stopper to limit the degree of opening of the door.

PLASTIC DOOR CHECK WITHOUT STEEL FASTENERS
A door check device for installation between a vehicle body and a vehicle door that swings in opposing opening and closing directions relative to the vehicle body is provided. The door check device comprises a housing assembly and an elongated link member. The housing assembly comprises a first mounting structure, and a plastic housing member containing a biasing structure, a first link member engaging structure and a second link member engaging structure therein. The plastic housing member has a first engagement structure. The first mounting structure includes a plastic cover that has a second engagement structure that is constructed and arranged to engage with the first engagement structure to form an area of contact therebetween. The plastic housing member and the plastic cover are secured by fusion of the materials to each other in the area of contact between the first and the second engagement structures.

TAMPER RESISTANT SASH OPENING LIMITER FOR CASEMENT AND AWNING WINDOWS
A sash limiter assembly for limiting the distance a casement window can be opened. In a jamb mounted version, the limiter is mounted in one constant location on the jamb rather than multiple locations on the sill which results in the opening distance being essentially the same for all window widths and all hinge types. In both the jamb mounted version and a sill mounted version, a hexalobular or other security screw can be used to retain a limiting arm to a stud attached to a bracket, or a stud attached to a slider which slides on a track to inhibit unauthorized removal of the limiter arm.
Casement window operator
A window operator for repositioning a window sash within a window frame. The window operator includes a crank handle for rotating a shaft with a pinion gear. The pinion gear operably engages with a rack containing cutouts, the rack having oppositely disposed first and second ends. The rack is translatable within a track disposed within the window frame. The window operator also includes an operator arm connectable between a first end of the rack and the sash wherein rotation of the shaft by the handle imparts movement to the rack and the operator arm, the rack and operator arm movement capable of transitioning the sash between a window open and a window closed position.
