SPRING AND TROLLEY BRACKET
A one-piece bracket is usable to secure a garage door system. The bracket includes a spring mount configured to secure a torsion spring of a movable barrier system; a trolley mount configured to secure a trolley track of a movable barrier system; and a spine portion extending between and connecting the spring mount to the trolley mount in a fixed relationship. At least one of the spring mount, the trolley mount, and the spine portion includes a mounting portion for fixation of the bracket to a structure.
Anchor system for a bracket of a movable barrier
An anchor system for securing a lift cable to a bracket of a movable barrier is provided. The anchor system may include a clevis pin sized to be received in a loop of a lift cable of an upward-moving moveable barrier. In some aspects, the clevis pin may include a first interface portion. The anchor system may also include a lock having a longitudinally extending main body having a second interface portion. The second interface portion may be configured to interface with the first interface portion to prevent axial removal of the clevis pin from the loop of the lift cable.
Door operator device and sectional overhead door system with anti-pressure and anti-theft functions
The present invention relates to a door operator device and sectional overhead door system with anti-pressure and anti-theft functions, principally having a small-tooth-difference reduction gear and a ratchet-locking device. An input end of the small-tooth-difference reduction gear is kinematically connected to an input shaft; an output end of the small-tooth-difference reduction gear is kinematically connected to a shaft; the small-tooth-difference reduction gear includes a ratchet on its outer circumference; the ratchet-locking device is controlled to selectively lock or unlock the ratchet. When the ratchet-locking device locks the ratchet, it can realize the anti-theft function; when the ratchet-locking device unlocks the ratchet, and the shaft is driven by the input shaft through the small-tooth-difference reduction gear, but the shaft decelerates, stops, or even reverses due to an obstacle encountered or other factors, the input shaft and the small-tooth-difference reduction gear will idle automatically.
TORSION SPRING TENSIONING TOOL
Torsion spring tensioning tool (100) for tensioning a torsion spring of a counterbalancing mechanism of an overhead door, wherein the torsion spring tensioning tool (100) comprises a housing (80), a gear wheel arrangement (20) adapted to be mounted on a shaft of the counterbalancing mechanism, said gear wheel arrangement (20) comprising a gear wheel (21) rotatably arranged in the housing (80), the torsion spring tensioning tool (100) further comprising a gear mechanism (54) coupled to the gear wheel (21) for rotating said gear wheel (21). The gear wheel arrangement (20) comprises a first and second engaging arrangement (32, 60) arranged to be fixed relative to the gear wheel (21).
