LOW FRICTION SLIDE MEMBER
A slide member having a slide surface coated with a lacquer comprising a resin. The lacquer is in turn at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating. The lipophilic composition coating provides a slide layer on the slide member with low friction.
VEHICULAR REAR SLIDER WINDOW ASSEMBLY WITH SLIDER BEARING TRACK
A vehicular rear slider window assembly includes a fixed window panel, a movable window panel, a frame portion fixed relative to the fixed window panel, and an opening through the fixed window panel. The movable window panel is movable along upper and lower rails of the frame portion between closed and opened positions. A slider bearing system includes a guide element disposed at least partially along the lower rail and a carriage disposed at a lower perimeter region of the movable window panel. The guide element includes a bearing element that is slidably and non-rotatably received at a bearing receiving portion of the carriage. The carriage moves in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the bearing element when the movable window panel moves between the closed position and the opened position.
MOVABLE CLOSURE SYSTEM
Improvements to movable closure systems which aid installability and reliability of said systems can include wheels running along the top and bottom of individual slidable elements, the wheels oriented horizontally and disposed within a track configured for receiving the horizontal wheels. The horizontal wheels reduce the vertical profile of the track-engaging portions of the slidable elements, enabling more of the slidable element to be used for glass or other aesthetically-preferable transparent materials. A track leveling system enables installers to more easily deploy and properly tune the system between floors and casings which are not perfectly flush. A compression jamb permits closure of the system via slidable elements pressing into the jamb to deflect it in order to better seal the closure comprised of the individual slidable elements. A durable hinge mechanism permits the sliding elements to rotate in order to stack the sliding elements at one end of the system.

Sliding door assembly for a refrigerated display case
A sliding door assembly for a refrigerated display case is provided. The sliding door assembly includes a door frame having a top frame segment and a plurality of sliding bearings that slide along channels within the top frame segment. A plurality of display case doors are coupled to the sliding bearings and configured to slide, along with the sliding bearings, between an open position and a closed position. The display case doors may be suspended from the sliding bearings. The sliding door assembly may include an automatic closure system coupled to the display case doors and configured to apply a closing force that automatically returns the display case doors to the closed position. One or more magnets may apply a magnetic damping force as the display case doors approach the closed position to facilitate a soft closure of the display case doors.
Carriage assembly with overload protection
A carriage slider and rail assembly is disclosed. The assembly may include a linear rail including one or more surfaces that define a channel. The assembly may include a carriage slider sub-assembly. The sub-assembly may include a slider configured to be axially displaceable within the channel of the linear rail. The sub-assembly may include one or more overload protection lobes including a first overload protection lobe positioned adjacent to a first end of the slider and a second overload protection lobe positioned adjacent to a second end of the slider. The sub-assembly may include one or more friction reducing portions. The overload protection lobes may make contact with the channel of the linear rail when an abuse load is applied to provide overload protection. The overload protection lobes may be configured to not make contact with the channel of the linear rail when an abuse load is not applied.
Electrically driven sliding window for vehicle and vehicle
An electrically driven sliding window for vehicle and a vehicle include a window aperture, guide rails, bases, slide blocks, a movable glass unit and an electric drive mechanism, the guide rails are provided on two opposite sides of the window aperture respectively, the slide block includes a base mating portion and a guide rail mating portion, the slide block is slidably mounted on a base via the base mating portion and is mounted on a guide rail via the guide rail mating portion, the movable glass unit is fixed on the bases, and the slide blocks are slidable along the guide rails and are slidable relative to the bases by means of the electric drive mechanism, to drive the bases to perform a sliding movement parallel to a direction of the guide rails and a movement for alignment perpendicular to the direction of the guide rails.
Electric door driving mechanism for machine tool
An electric door driving mechanism includes a base mount having an accommodation groove, a sliding groove below the accommodation groove and a bottom opening communicated with the sliding groove, a slide slidably moveable in the sliding groove, a door panel mounting member moveable along with the slide, a linear motor having a stator disposed in the accommodation groove, and a mover fixed on the slide and drivenable by the stator to move, and front and rear water-resistant pieces fixed to the base mount and partially abutted with each other to close the bottom opening while a body portion of the door panel mounting member passes between the front and rear water-resistant pieces and has front and rear sides abutted against the front and rear water-resistant pieces, respectively, thereby preventing foreign objects and liquid from entering the inside of the electric driving mechanism via the bottom opening.
Sliding screen sliding system
A sliding screen system for a sliding screen comprising a linear slide bar and at least one sliding member. The linear slide bar has a slide surface coated with a lacquer comprising a resin. The lacquer is in turn at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating. The lipophilic composition coating provides a slide layer on the slide bar with low friction. The sliding system is arranged to support a sliding screen, such as a sliding door or a sliding curtain, connected to the sliding member to allow for linear movement of the sliding screen along the longitudinal axis of the linear slide bar.
