The present invention discloses a shower door sliding mechanism for soft positioning, including a track component disposed in a fastening manner, a movable door piece, a pulley component, and a flexible closer component movably disposed in the track component. A longitudinal passage in the track component is surrounded by an upper wall, a lower wall, a front wall, and a rear wall, the longitudinal passage includes a positioning component receiving groove and a sliding groove in which the flexible closer component and the pulley component can move, and the lower wall has a longitudinal opening and a sliding surface supporting the pulley component. A glass clamp component is disposed at the top of the movable door piece, and the top of the glass clamp component is connected to a threaded hole in the pulley component by using an adjusting screw.

A corner support assembly for metal framed doors reinforces mounting of a metal door, so that the door molding easily attaches to extruded vertical and horizontal frame members of the corner support assembly. A top wall of the frame members with guide lines and molding that sits into a snap-fit mating relationship with corresponding frame members; thereby negating the need for notching. A heavy shear block provides structural integrity. The shear block abuts the intersection of the horizontal and vertical frame members, sliding between molding grooves in the vertical frame member. The shear block and horizontal and vertical frame members are secured into place with at least one of: a shear screw and a plug weld. An elongated threaded bolt reinforces connections between the horizontal and vertical frame members. A rubber glass setting block rests adjacent to the top wall of frame members to receive a glass pane.

A device for mounting a sliding of door on a wall to enable slidable movement of the door to open and close a wall opening. A guide carriage includes a chassis having a rotatably supported running wheel and a connecting member for connecting the guide carriage to the furniture part. The chassis and the connecting member are configured as constructional units separate from one another and are configured to be connected to one another by a fastening device. The fastening device includes a force storage member and at least one locking element configured to be pressurized by the force storage member. The chassis and the connecting member are configured to be releasably locked to one another by a force of the force storage member. A holding device separate from the fastening device is provided for fastening the connecting member to the chassis. The connecting member is configured to be hung into the chassis via the holding device, can be pivoted about a, preferably horizontally extending, axis in the hung-in condition, and can be locked to the chassis by the locking element.
