MUSEUM SHOWCASE WITH A GUIDE SYSTEM FOR A SLIDING DOOR
A museum showcase includes a guide system for a sliding door, including upper and lower guide mechanisms. The upper guide mechanism includes primary and secondary rails. The upper guide mechanism also includes a first slide unit and a second slide unit. The first slide unit has a rolling member on an upper horizontal track of the secondary rail, and a sliding block engaged on a vertical track of the secondary rail. The second slide unit has a rolling member on a lower horizontal track of the primary rail, and a sliding block engaged on a vertical track of the primary rail. Thereby, the upper guide mechanism is extremely strong. The weight of the door, entirely supported by the secondary rail, is discharged on the first rail by the two slide units to transmit both vertical and horizontal loads.
Detachable guide assembly for a shower enclosure door
A detachable guide assembly for a shower enclosure door includes a frame member defining a boundary of the shower enclosure, a guide member arranged to receive a shower enclosure door and guide sliding movement of the shower enclosure door relative to the frame member. The guide member is detachably fixed to the frame member, and an actuator is operable to detach the guide member from the frame member. The actuator is operable from outside of the shower enclosure.
Integrated guide system and door seal for a soft close sliding door
A door system includes a door having a housing mounted in the bottom edge of the door that retains a bottom seal and a second channel for receiving a guide. A seal is formed adjacent the periphery of the door between the door and a door opening in a structure when the door is in the closed position. The seal includes deformable gaskets that extend between the structure and the door to form a seal around the door opening. A first soft close device is mounted adjacent the open positon and a second soft close device is mounted adjacent the closed position. A single activator pin is mounted on the door and positioned such that the activator pin engages the first soft close device as the door nears the open positon and engages the second soft close device as the door nears the closed position.
APPARATUSES FOR INSTALLING GLASS SHOWER DOORS
Apparatuses, such as shower door frame kits, for installing sliding shower door assemblies are provided. The apparatuses enable secure and convenient installation of the sliding shower door assemblies, while keeping water that may escape a shower area to a minimum. The apparatuses of the present disclosure also provide for efficient installation of the sliding shower door assemblies that can be completed with a single tool and/or in a single step. The apparatuses for installing sliding shower door assemblies may include one or more of a shower door header, a wall jamb, a shower header retainer, a shower door catcher, a roller assembly, a corner bracket, and a shower threshold.
TOP-HANGING SLIDING DOOR INCLUDING WEDGE DESIGN TOP SEAL
Systems and methods for providing a door seal system for top-hanging sliding doors. In some implementations, two angled mating surfaces are used, one angled surface on a fixed frame and one reversed angled surface on the slideable door panel. The slideable door panel slides directly parallel to the fixed door frame. A mating seal surface is created that is only in frictional contact for a small portion of the linear slide distance of the door panel. In some implementations, rather than placing two opposing angled seal surfaces, the sealing system has one angled surface on the fixed door frame. In such implementations, the sliding door panel is adjusted to be in a reverse angled orientation relative to the angled surface of the fixed door frame. Seal designs for the rear vertical edge of the slideable door panel are also provided herein.
Sill structure and guide rail for sliding door of motor vehicle
A motor vehicle having at least one side door opening formed in the body of the same and having a sliding door closing the same, wherein the side door opening has a sill structure for supporting and movably guiding the sliding door, wherein the sill structure has a hollow profile oriented in the vehicle longitudinal direction (x-direction) and formed as a welded part, and wherein the hollow profile on the vehicle exterior has a welding flange, extending along the sill structure and oriented in the vehicle vertical direction (z-direction), as a mounting flange for a door seal, which delimits an indentation formed in an upper section of the outer contour of the hollow profile. It is provided advantageously that a recess having at least one guide rail for a roller guide of the sliding door is disposed above the indentation, which recess is detachably secured to the sill structure.
Sliding door system
A sliding door system with a door includes a horizontally elongated member having a mounting portion with which it is mounted to a support structure, and a horizontally elongated track extending downwardly therefrom. The horizontally elongated track includes a horizontally elongated upper portion having a width, and a horizontally elongated protuberance below the upper portion having a width greater than the width of the upper portion. At least one sliding element is mounted to the top of the door and has a channel corresponding to the protuberance, and in which part of the elongated protuberance is disposed such that the sliding element is retained by and slidable on the protuberance. In some embodiments, a vertically extending rod is concealed between the front and back walls of the door and can be moved vertically in and out of an aperture in the protuberance to lock and unlock the door.
AUTOMATIC DOOR SYSTEM, IN PARTICULAR IN THE FORM OF A SLIDING DOOR OR A TELESCOPIC SLIDING DOOR OR A FOLDING DOOR
The invention relates to an automatic door system including a first door leaf of a first door leaf arrangement that can be displaced in the longitudinal direction. A floor-side guide rail arrangement extends in the longitudinal direction and includes a first floor rail arrangement. The at least one first door leaf includes an engagement element which is arranged on an underside of the at least one first door leaf. The at least one first floor rail arrangement includes at least one first floor rail and at least one connection and/or functional element, wherein the at least one connection and/or functional element is arranged on an end side of the at least one first floor rail. The at least one first floor rail includes at least one first guide groove extending in the longitudinal direction. The at least one engagement element of the at least one first door leaf of the at least one first door leaf arrangement is inserted into the at least one first guide groove and is guided in the longitudinal direction by the at least one first guide groove.
Shower door track
A shower door track for mounting in a bathtub or shower. The shower door track is supported on the bathtub or shower and has a top surface to direct water into the tub. A channel extends the length of the track. A flexible elastomeric strip is mounted in the channel and bends when the user applies a horizontal force to the elastomeric strip to prevent injury or discomfort to the user.
Multi-panel shower door assembly
A multi-panel shower door assembly includes door panels supported near the top ends of the door panels for sliding movement relative to one another within a door frame. The door panels are supported such that bottom ends of the door panels are spaced above the bottom wall of a sill member to define an unobstructed free space between the bottom wall and the bottom ends of door panels. The sill member includes a sidewall extending upwardly from the bottom wall and an elongate, downwardly opening channel extending along an upper edge of the sidewall. A first rail member near the bottom end of the first door panel has an upwardly extending lip configured to be received in the channel to facilitate sliding movement of the door panels while inhibiting tilting movement of the door panels.
