Adjustable flush threshold for sliding doors and windows
A sliding door or window system includes a track. The track includes an outer housing; an inner housing within the outer housing; a guide body provided with the inner housing and configured to guide a sliding movement of a door or a window; and at least one adjustable body that is provided on the outer housing, at least partially within the inner housing, and fixed with respect to the inner housing in a vertical direction, the at least one adjustable body configured to change a height of the inner housing with respect to the outer housing by rotating, such as to change a height of the guide body.
FASTENING ARRANGEMENT FOR VEHICLE SLIDING DOOR
A fastening arrangement for fastening a vehicle sliding door to a vehicle body while enabling opening and closing of the sliding door. The fastening arrangement includes a motion element configured for being movingly arranged within or on a vehicle body guiding rail for enabling movement of the motion element along the vehicle body guiding rail, and a variable-length motion mechanism connected to the motion element and configured for being fastened to the sliding door at a lower attachment area of the sliding door. The variable-length motion mechanism is configured for enabling variable distance between the motion element and the lower attachment area of the sliding door.
GUIDED SLIDING DOOR ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF CONNECTING A DOOR LEAF OF A SLIDING DOOR TO A DOOR GUIDE ASSEMBLY
A sliding door assembly includes: a door guide (20a) extending along a horizontal guide axis (G1); a first door (12a) guided by the door guide (20a); and a second door (12b) guided by the door guide (20a) independently of the first door (12a), wherein the second door (12b) comprises a first-end door coupler (32b) which interfaces in a direction towards a first guide end (16a) of the door guide (20a); and the first door (12a) comprises a second-end door coupler (34a) which interfaces in a direction towards a second guide end (16b) of the door guide (20a) to couple to the first-end door coupler (32b) of the second door, wherein the first- and second-end door couplers (32b, 34a) together define a soft-closing mechanism configured to gradually brake a relative motion between the first and second doors (12a, 12b).
FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOORS
A frame assembly, for use in window and door applications configured to retain a panel, comprising a frame with a cover assembly and a support assembly having a track assembly, and a sill assembly and a header assembly both interconnected to a securing surface. The cover assembly is interconnected to the support assembly. The sill assembly comprises a roller member disposed in supporting relation to the track assembly, and the header assembly is disposed in supporting relation to the support assembly so that the frame is movable relative to both the header assembly and the sill assembly. At least a portion of the frame comprises a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width. The predetermined thickness is substantially less than the predetermined width so that both cooperatively and concurrently enhance viewing through the panel and the frame's stability.
Roller centering device for centering a sliding door or window
A centering device for centering a sliding door or window, including a rail; a moving member configured to be movable along the rail; and a plurality of centering rollers fixed to one of the rail and the moving member and spaced along a length thereof corresponding to a direction of movement of the door or window along the rail, the centering rollers abutting against an other of the rail and the moving member to laterally center the moving member with respect to the rail. The centering device can be implemented in a sill, header and jamb.
PRESSING DEVICE FOR A WINDOW OR A DOOR
A pressing device has a roller part, a control part and a fastening part. The pressing device can be mounted to a leaf of a window or door. The roller part is movable in the mounted state of the pressing device, in particular, vertically relative to the control part. The control part is movable horizontally to the fastening part in a positively controlled manner. A spring element is provided between the control part and the roller part in order to subject the roller part, in addition to the force of gravity, to a downwardly directed spring force, i.e., towards the running rail.
Dual lower rail structure for opposite sliding doors
A dual lower rail structure for opposite sliding doors is provided. The dual lower rail structure includes a first lower rail mounted in a longitudinal direction at a lower side of a vehicle body, a second lower rail mounted in a longitudinal direction on a vehicle body at one side of the first lower rail, a first lower rail roller unit rollably connected to the first lower rail, a second lower rail roller unit having one end rollably connected to the second lower rail, and the other end connected to a sliding door, and a lower rail swing arm rotatably connected to the first lower rail roller unit and the sliding door.
Interior Pre-Hung Hinged Door And Pocket Sliding Security Gate
The invention relates to a sliding security gate inside a pocket attached to an interior pre-hung hinged door. These pocket sliding security gates can be assembled inside any doorway opening of one's home for the protection of babies, toddlers, pets, and disabled elderly. On one hand, the Pre-Hung Hinged Door and Pocket Sliding Security Gate can be used as a dual functioned component that can be used in a normal setting to provide privacy; on the other hand, the Pre-Hung Hinged Door and Pocket Sliding Security Gate can be used as a half door that is assembled as a pocket sliding security gate to provide safety and security to the vulnerable population listed above. In addition, this pocket sliding security gate also has an alarm attached to the security gate so that when it opens, the alarm sounds to let the gatekeeper know that the security has been breached.
Gate Opener Assembly and Method of Installation
A gate opener assembly is comprised of a gate and an anchor assembly having a platform. A plurality of track assemblies on the platform provide a track on which the gate may slide from a first position (closed) to a second position (open) and any position in between. A guidepost having a “Shepherd's hook” configuration guides the gate as the gate passes therethrough. A pair of rollers within the interior of the top of the guidepost makes continuous contact with each side of the top of the gate both while the gate is stationary and in motion. A gate opener controller contains the required electrical connections to fully the operate gate opener assembly. Subterrain anchor supports provide the necessary support for the gate opener assembly. An alternative embodiment accommodates nontraditional configured gates. Installation of the gate opener assembly is performed by do-it-yourselfers in minimal time.
POCKET SLIDING SECURITY GATE
The invention relates to a sliding security gate inside a framed pocket unit. These Pocket Sliding Security Gates can be assembled and installed inside of the wall and positioned to close off rooms, hallways, and/or stairs for the protection of babies and toddlers, pets, and the disabled elderly. The Pocket Sliding Security Gate can be placed during construction where it can close across openings or hallways at the top or bottom of the stairs to provide safety and security to the vulnerable population listed above. In addition, this Pocket Sliding Security Gate also has an alarm attached to the end of the security gate so that when it opens, the alarm sounds to let the gatekeeper know that the security has been compromised.
