AUTOMATED DOOR SLIDER ASSEMBLY
An automated door slider assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes a motor unit having a body mounted to a top edge of a stationary support panel and a drive screw bracket installed at an opposite end of the motor unit and mounted to the top edge of the stationary support panel. A longitudinal drive screw having first and second ends is connected to the motor unit at the first end and the drive screw bracket at the second end. A drive screw nut is installed onto the drive screw such that the drive screw nut moves along an axis of the drive screw when the drive screw is rotated by the motor unit during operation. A door panel bracket is attached to a slide panel that moves through the door panel bracket as the drive screw nut moves along the axis of the drive screw when the drive screw is rotated by the motor unit during operation. A drive screw bushing houses the drive screw nut such that the door panel bracket is attached to the drive screw bushing and is moved along the axis of the drive screw with the drive screw nut such that the slide panel is moved between open and closed positions during operation.
ROLLER CENTERING DEVICE FOR CENTERING A SLIDING DOOR OR WINDOW
A centering device for centering a sliding door or window, including a rail; a moving member configured to be movable along the rail; and a plurality of centering rollers fixed to one of the rail and the moving member and spaced along a length thereof corresponding to a direction of movement of the door or window along the rail, the centering rollers abutting against an other of the rail and the moving member to laterally center the moving member with respect to the rail. The centering device can be implemented in a sill, header and jamb.
Adjustable guide device for a sliding element
An adjustable guide device, which serves for guiding a sliding element, such as a sliding door, with a mounting body that is mountable on the floor, a guide member that is pivotally connected to the mounting part and is designed for interacting with the lower side of the sliding element, and a locking element, with which the connection between the mounting part and the guide member is fixable or releasable. The guide member comprises a guide body and a guide foot, which are connected with one another, which guide body comprises a guide column that is aligned along a guide axis (y) and which guide foot is seated on an upper side of the mounting body and is pivotally connected by a joint element to the mounting body so that the guide foot can be turned around a pivot axis (x), which is distant from the guide axis (y).
Magnetic levitating door
A magnetically levitating door is disclosed herein. The door may have a magnet that is repelled from a magnet of a track. The track may be disposed adjacent to a door opening. The track may have a stabilizing roller to maintain vertical alignment of the magnets used to levitate the door off of the track.
Frame assembly for windows and sliding doors
A frame assembly, for use in window and door applications configured to retain a panel, comprising a frame with a cover assembly and a support assembly having a track assembly, and a sill assembly and a header assembly both interconnected to a securing surface. The cover assembly is interconnected to the support assembly. The sill assembly comprises a roller member disposed in supporting relation to the track assembly, and the header assembly is disposed in supporting relation to the support assembly so that the frame is movable relative to both the header assembly and the sill assembly. At least a portion of the frame comprises a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width. The predetermined thickness is substantially less than the predetermined width so that both cooperatively and concurrently enhance viewing through the panel and the frame's stability.
Shower door guide assembly
A shower door guide assembly is provided with a pair of spaced apart brackets. Each bracket has a receptacle formed therein. A crossbeam is provided with a guide formed therein for cooperation with a roller assembly of a door. The crossbeam has a cross-section sized so that terminal ends of the crossbeam are each received in one the receptacles of the pair of brackets for pivoting about a lengthwise axis of crossbeam and translation in the receptacle during installation of the crossbeam terminal ends into receptacles of the pair of brackets. The receptacles and the crossbeam are sized so that each terminal end of the crossbeam can be received in only one receptacle at only one orientation of the installed crossbeam to prevent improper installation. An alignment configuration extends from each bracket to engage a pair of wall jambs for alignment of the brackets to the wall jambs.
LIFT GLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY & LIFT GLIDE WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY & DUAL LIFT GLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY & DUAL LIFT GLIDE WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY
Hardware for a lift glide door assembly and lift glide window assembly provides ease of opening with an operational opening assist that urges the door or window to an open position on operation of an opening handle by use of a cable drive system. A lock mechanism actuates a lock pin, blocks opening gear mechanisms from operating and extends a security bolt for locking. A guide blade is provided for assisting the door during opening or closing operations.
