SLIDING DOOR MECHANISM
A sliding door mechanism includes a track that is fixed in position relative to a door opening, a post fixed in position relative to the track, and a member that is moveable longitudinally with respect to the track, the member being configured to be guided by the track. The mechanism further includes an arm mounted to the member, the arm rotatable about a vertical axis and configured to be pivotably attached to the sliding door. The arm defines a slot that is configured to receive the post as the door is moved from an open position toward a closed position such that the post urges the arm to rotate relative to the carriage such that the arm transmits a force to the door to urge the door to move laterally into the door opening.
SLIDE DOOR SUPPORT DEVICE
A slide door support device supports a slide door that opens and closes a door opening formed on a side surface of a vehicle body. The slide door support device includes first and second lower rails, an upper rail, and lower and upper guide units. The upper rail includes a straight portion extending to a vehicle front, and a curved portion curved so as to extend inward in a vehicle width direction as a position shifts from a front end of the straight portion to the vehicle front. The upper guide unit includes first and second upper guide rollers that move along the upper rail, an upper load roller rolling on a rolling surface that extends along the upper rail, and an upper rotational arm connected so as to be rotatable relative to the slide door and supporting the first and second upper guide rollers and the upper load roller.
SLIDE DOOR SUPPORT DEVICE
A slide door support device supports a slide door that opens and closes a door opening formed on a side surface of a vehicle body. The slide door support device includes first and second lower rails and a lower guide unit. The lower guide unit includes a first lower guide roller moving along the first lower rail, a second lower guide roller moving along the second lower rail, a lower fixed portion fixed to the slide door, a lower rotational arm rotatable relative to the lower fixed portion and supporting the first and second lower guide rollers, and a pressing member pressing the lower fixed portion. An arm angle made by the lower fixed portion and the lower rotational arm gradually decreases as an opened degree of the slide door decreases. The pressing member presses the lower fixed portion in a direction of increasing the arm angle.
SLIDING DOOR DEVICE
Provided is a sliding door device which is capable of retracting a sliding door diagonally. Such a sliding door device 1 includes rails 7a and 7b for guiding the sliding door 2 to move in a retracting direction A from an open position to a closed position with respect to a main body 3 and guiding the sliding door 2 to move forward or backward in a front view of the sliding door 2 until reaching the closed position, a rod-shaped trigger 8 provided on one of the main body 3 and the sliding door 2, and a retracting device 9 provided on the other of the main body 3 and the sliding door 2 and retracting the trigger 8 while sliding in an axial direction D of the trigger 8 so that the sliding door 2 can move forward or backward.
Roller track assembly for a tiltrotor proprotor door
A door track assembly for cooperation with a door roller mechanism, including a housing having a longitudinal channel along a length of the housing, wherein the channel descends at an end of the housing to form a stowage recess for the door roller mechanism, and a first track and a second track that are disposed on the housing along a length of the channel and that descend into the stowage recess and along which the door roller mechanism traverses.
Vehicle door operator system
A system with a base may be mounted on a vehicle, and a carriage assembly that may be movably connected to the base and may move with respect to the base. The carriage assembly may include a motor including a motor output shaft and motor housing, and a driving mechanism may couple to a door and to the motor output shaft or the motor housing. The carriage assembly may also include a coordination bar may be coupled to the motor output shaft or the motor housing, the motor output shaft or the motor housing may rotate the coordination bar responsive to operation of the motor. At least one linkage assembly may extend or retract to move the carriage assembly to move the door between an open position and a closed position based on rotation of the coordination bar.
Overtravel hinge
A vehicle includes a chassis, a door track, a door operatively connected to the door track and adapted to move between a closed position and an open position, and a hinge assembly coupled to the door. The hinge assembly is movably coupled to the door track and includes a first bracket coupled to the door, a second bracket coupled to the first bracket, and a transport assembly coupled to the second bracket and adapted to move along the door track as the door moves between the open and closed positions. The transport assembly includes a coupling member for releasably coupling the second bracket to the transport assembly. Upon movement of the second bracket from the first position to the second position, the door moves to an extended open position with respect to the door track.
Roller unit and vehicular opening-closing body driving device
A roller unit includes a base bracket (2) that supports a slide door, a cable holder (11) formed integrally with the base bracket (2) and that holds cable ends (112a and 113a) of cables (112 and 113), and a cable guide (40) detachably installed at the cable holder (11) and that guides the cables (112 and 113), wherein the cable guide (40) is formed to separate the cables (112 and 113) from the base bracket (2), and a load applied to the cable guide (40) by tensile forces of the cables (112 and 113) is received by the cable holder (11) and the base bracket (2).
Vehicle door check mechanism and vehicle door opening and closing apparatus having the same
A vehicle door check mechanism includes a strap body mounted on a portion of a vehicle door adjacent to a rotation axis of the vehicle door, and configured to move with the vehicle door as the vehicle door swings around the rotation axis, and a hold unit configured to allow the strap body to be held at regular intervals, wherein the strap body is curved to have a predetermined curvature radius. A center of the curvature radius is located on the rotation axis of the vehicle door, and the strap body has a fixed end which is fixed to the vehicle door, and a free end which is spaced apart from the vehicle door.
SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
A sliding door system for a vehicle includes a door frame defining a door opening and a sliding door covering at least a portion of the door opening in a closed position. An upper door slide assembly and a lower door slide assembly collectively interconnect the sliding door to the door frame and each are configured to slide the sliding door relative to the door frame from the closed position to an open position to dispose the sliding door either forward or rearward of the door opening. The lower door slide assembly includes a lower track extending along the sliding door and a lower hinge assembly pivotably connected to the door frame and slideably mated with the lower track for effectuating pivoting and sliding movement of the sliding door between the open and closed positions.
