Device for moving at least one door leaf, vehicle provided therewith and associated method

A device for moving at least one door leaf, includes a fixed beam that is fixed to the frame, a moving beam that is connected to the fixed beam by swinging rails which allow it to move transversely with respect to the axes of elongation of the fixed and moving beams, a motor which drives the leaf in a movement parallel to the axis of elongation of the moving beam and which, during the swinging of the leaf, also drives a drive cam which is provided with a slot in which there is engaged a pin that is fixed to the fixed beam, and a central roller which is connected to the moving beam and circulates in a groove in the fixed beam during the movement of the leaf.

A sliding door system includes a support guidance for suspending a door leaf with respect to a framework. A steering track is fixed to the framework and an engaging front lever is mounted at a front edge of the door leaf. The support guidance is arranged independent from a steer guidance which provides a design freedom in which a rigidity of the support guidance can be increased independent from the steer guidance. The steer guidance can be designed with a compact configuration. A mechanical chain of connections of the door leaf to the swing shaft can be made more robust by adapting at least one of a slide bar, a sliding carriage and a swing arm, such that a substantial support of the door leaf is provided by this mechanical chain of connections.

A door system for a vehicle, such as a rail vehicle, includes a door leaf movable from a closed state to an open state and vice versa. The door system includes a longitudinal beam extending along a longitudinal vehicle axis (X) and having a longitudinal guide in which the door leaf is movably guided; a transverse beam arranged firmly on the vehicle, which extends along a transverse vehicle axis (Y) substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal beam, wherein the longitudinal beam is movably guided via a guiding device in a transverse guide of the transverse beam; and a locking device configured for blocking a relative displacement between the longitudinal and transverse beams in a locking position and for enabling a displacement of the longitudinal beam relative to the transverse beam in an open position. A door system of this type is more cost-effective and meets higher security standards during locking.
