METHOD OF DOOR CONTROL WITHOUT HAND CONTACTING AND THE DEVICE CARRYING OUT THIS METHOD
20190048638 · 2019-02-14 · ·

The method of door control without, hand contact, wherein, when the door leaf is in its stationary closed position, all the energy necessary for automatic opening and subsequent closing the door leaf, initiated by an actuating force, preferably realized by means of a foot lever, is accumulated in an opening and closing mechanism during the actuating action of the controlling mechanism. During the automatic opening, the only acting force is the tension of the opening member, and during the subsequent automatic closing, the only acting force is the tension of the closing member. By means of the bimodal opening and closing mechanism, the tensions of these two members act separately, not against each other.

Systems and methods for a refueling request

Methods and systems are provided for opening a refueling door. In one example, a method may include gradually opening the refueling door in proportion to a fuel tank depressurization rate.

Trackless Free-Swinging Bi-fold Door
20180209206 · 2018-07-26 ·

A trackless free-swinging bi-fold door that eliminates the standard guide tracks of conventional bi-fold doors and replaces them with two pivot pin hinges, a simple door modification and a magnet catch. The door modification consists of a spring mechanism connecting the two door panels. The door can be opened as a straight swinging door, and as a conventional bi-fold door. A hinge attaches the door to a door panel that allows the door to swing entirely out of the way of the door portal.

OPENING AND CLOSING MECHANISM COMPRISING A DEAD-CENTER SPRING ELEMENT
20180155973 · 2018-06-07 ·

An opening and closing mechanism includes a dead-center spring element for, for example, a swivel compartment, and proposes that a control curve be provided on a side wall of the swivel compartment, at which the dead-center spring element engages via a swivelable control lever. The opening and closing force progression can be controlled with the aid of the control curve.

Deadbolt and passage lock adapter

A flexible display device having an auxiliary apparatus for unfolding and folding a flexible display panel. The auxiliary apparatus for unfolding and folding a flexible display panel includes a support plate structure configured to be fixedly attached to the flexible display panel and having a first state and a second state, wherein the support plate structure is configured to assist in the first state the flexible display panel to be in a folded state, and assist in the second state the flexible display panel to be in an unfolded state, and a locking mechanism configured to lock the support plate structure in the first state.

Automatically closing vehicle door

A door assembly for a vehicle includes a door and a check strap pivotally coupled to the door. An engagement member is releasably engageable with the check strap. A spring is positioned to bias the check strap toward the engagement member. When the engagement member is engaged with the check strap, the check strap maintains the door in an open position. When the engagement member is disengaged with the check strap, the door is swung to the closed position under the bias of the spring.

PIVOT STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
20170208703 · 2017-07-20 · ·

A pivot structure includes a base, a bracket, an elastic member and a positioning assembly. The bracket is rotatably connected to the base. The elastic member is disposed on the base. The positioning assembly includes a linkage member and a sleeve. The linkage member is pivoted to the bracket and has a positioning portion. The sleeve is pivoted to the base. The sleeve is fitted around the linkage member and has a releasing segment and a positioning segment. The bracket is adapted to be expanded to a first expanding state relative to the base by the elastic force of the elastic member, so as to drive the positioning portion to move along the releasing segment. The bracket is adapted to receive an external force to be continually expanded to a second expanding state relative to the base, so as to drive the positioning portion to move to the positioning segment.

Hinge assemblage

A hinge assemblage includes a leaf mechanism, an actuating unit and a damping unit. The leaf mechanism includes a first leaf, and a second leaf pivotable relative to the first leaf such that the hinge assemblage is convertible between first and second states. The actuating unit is mounted to the leaf mechanism, and generates an actuating force during the conversion of the hinge assemblage. The damping unit is mounted to the leaf mechanism for generating a damping force. The damping force generated by the damping unit during the conversion of the hinge assemblage toward the first state is different from the damping force generated by the damping unit during the conversion of the hinge assemblage toward the second state.
