SWITCH DEVICE FOR TURNSTILE PASSAGE
The objective of this application is to provide a switch device of a turnstile passage, consisting of a flap, a base, a frame, a guide rail mechanism arranged on the base and movably connected to the flap, a connecting rod swing mechanism 5 arranged on the frame 3, and a driving mechanism 6. One end of the connecting rod swing mechanism is rotationally connected to the flap so that the flap on the guide rail mechanism reciprocates between a closed position and an open position of the turnstile passage when the connecting rod swing mechanism swings; and the other end of the rod connecting rod swing mechanism is rotationally connected to the driving mechanism for driving the connecting rod swing mechanism to swing.
Power drive module for vehicle doors
A power drive module for a vehicle power door includes a housing, a drive mechanism arranged in the housing and configured to move a drive element, and a brake assembly arranged in the housing. The brake assembly includes a brake ring operatively coupled to the drive mechanism. A brake band is wrapped about the brake ring and movable between a normally engaged position relative to the brake ring and a disengaged position relative to the brake ring. A brake release actuator is operatively connected to the brake band and configured to move the brake band between the engaged and disengaged positions with the brake ring in response to an electrical signal.
Vehicle door actuator assembly
A vehicle door actuator assembly includes a base plate having a first portion and a second portion, a first gear disposed proximate the first portion of the base plate, a second gear disposed proximate the second portion of the base plate, a third gear connected to the base plate, and a linkage engaging the first, second, and third gears. The base plate of the vehicle door actuator assembly is rotatable between a first position and a second position. As the base plate rotates between the first and second positions, the vehicle door actuator assembly maintains an outer surface of the vehicle door substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle at all points along a travel path of the vehicle door.
MODIFIED DOOR OPERATION FOR A MOTORIZED VEHICLE
A door opening assembly is provided for moving a door of a vehicle between an open position and a closed position. The assembly includes a frame member coupled to the vehicle, a link is coupled to the frame member, and a link arm pivotally coupled to the link. A pivot arm is pivotally coupled to the frame member and a pivot bracket is pivotally coupled to the door and the pivot arm. The pivot bracket includes a slot such that a pin on the link arm slides therethrough. The assembly includes a gear rack and a gear operably coupled to the gear rack. The gear is driven by a motor as the door moves between its open and closed positions. The assembly further includes a guide track coupled to the vehicle and a roller rotatably driven along the guide track as the door moves between its open and closed positions.
VEHICLE DOOR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
A vehicle door actuator assembly includes a base plate having a first portion and a second portion, a first gear disposed proximate the first portion of the base plate, a second gear disposed proximate the second portion of the base plate, a third gear connected to the base plate, and a linkage engaging the first, second, and third gears. The base plate of the vehicle door actuator assembly is rotatable between a first position and a second position. As the base plate rotates between the first and second positions, the vehicle door actuator assembly maintains an outer surface of the vehicle door substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle at all points along a travel path of the vehicle door.
MOTORIZED ACTUATOR AND MOVABLE BARRIER PROVIDED WITH SAID ACTUATOR, PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR AUXILIARY OR EMERGENCY DRIVES
The motorized drive according to the application is particularly suitable for auxiliary or emergency drives and is configured to open or close a wing of a barrier such as a door. The motorized drive includes a motor and a reduction unit through which the motor can open or close the wing, an auxiliary motor including a helical spring which is able to absorb mechanical energy during the opening of the wing and release it during the closing of the same, a reduction unit connecting the auxiliary motor to the wing. A first and a second toothed profile realize a gear with a variable transmission ratio. The first and/or the second toothed profile form at least one toothing having a pitch profile which is substantially non-circular or not formed by a simple arc of a circle or a straight line.
POWER DRIVE MODULE FOR VEHICLE DOORS
A power drive module for a vehicle power door includes a housing, a drive mechanism arranged in the housing and configured to move a drive element, and a brake assembly arranged in the housing. The brake assembly includes a brake ring operatively coupled to the drive mechanism. A brake band is wrapped about the brake ring and movable between a normally engaged position relative to the brake ring and a disengaged position relative to the brake ring. A brake release actuator is operatively connected to the brake band and configured to move the brake band between the engaged and disengaged positions with the brake ring in response to an electrical signal.

A door drive assembly including: a drive arm including a first end configured to be rotatably coupled to the body and a second end configured to be rotatably coupled to the door. The door drive assembly also includes a drive mechanism coupled to the drive arm and configured to rotate the drive arm between an open position and a closed position. The door drive assembly also includes a control arm including a first end configured to be rotatably coupled to a vehicle body and a second end configured to be rotatably coupled to the door. The door drive assembly also includes a race configured to be disposed between the body and the first end of the control arm where the first end of control arm is configured to translate by a first distance along the race as the drive arm rotates between the open and closed positions.
Driving Apparatus for Swing Door
An embodiment driving apparatus for a swing door includes a drive shaft that is linearly movable, a drive casing rotatably disposed around the drive shaft, and a conversion mechanism configured to convert a linear movement of the drive shaft into a rotational movement of the drive casing, wherein the conversion mechanism includes a first spiral groove provided in an exterior surface of the drive shaft, a second spiral groove provided in an interior surface of the drive casing, and a plurality of balls interposed between the first spiral groove and the second spiral groove.
