The damping assembly includes a first lever installed in the main body, the first lever being configured to be movable when the door is pressed, a second lever connected to the first lever, and a cylinder connected to the second lever, the cylinder being configured to be movable in a direction that is parallel to a movement path of the first lever.
DAMPER AND DAMPER MONITORING METHOD
A damper is provided which can more reliably prevent malfunction and breakdown and which enables efficiently performing repair and inspection operations. This damper, provided with a casing linked to a first object and a rotating part linked to a second object rotatably attached to the first object, damps rotation in either the direction closing or the direction opening the second object, and is provided with a sensor which detects prescribed change in the external environment in the damper or around the damper, and a control unit which externally communicates, over a communication network, information relating to the change in the external environment detected by the sensor, wherein the sensor is configured from at least one of: a rotation sensor for detecting the number of revolutions of the rotating part: a sound sensor for detecting sound during rotations of the rotating part; a temperature sensor for detecting temperature; and a torque sensor for detecting torque on the basis of friction during rotation of the rotating part.
FLUID DAMPER FOR BODIES THAT ARE MOVABLE RELATIVE TO ONE ANOTHER, COMPRISING A PISTON THAT IS MOVABLY GUIDED IN A CYLINDER.
The invention relates to a fluid damper for bodies that are movable relative to one another, said damper comprising a piston that is movably guided in a cylinder. At least one through opening is provided in the piston and/or between the piston and the cylinder for through-flowing fluid. Adjustment means are provided on the fluid damper for adjusting a limitation least of the maximum possible through-flow cross section for the fluid at least one passage opening. The piston is connected to a piston rod leading out of the cylinder. The adjustment means comprises detent connection which is pushed, in a radially non-twistable manner, onto the end of the piston rod located in the cylinder, and holds the piston in a desired position in the cylinder.
A HYDRAULICALLY DAMPED ACTUATOR
A hydraulically damped actuator closes a hinged closure system. The actuator includes an energy storing mechanism that stores energy when the closure system is being opened and restores the energy to effect closure of the closure system. A hydraulic damping mechanism damps the closing movement of the closure system. The actuator further includes a tubular cylinder barrel with first and a second ends and a rotatable shaft with first and a second extremeties. The shaft extends through the tubular cylinder barrel. Both extremities of the shaft are available to be connected with a mechanical connector that transfers rotation of the closure system to the shaft, which allows the actuator to be mounted in two opposing orientations depending on the handedness of the closure system.
Improvements in Movement Control Devices
A movement control device is provided comprising a housing (11) with an elongate push rod (10) mounted therein for reciprocal movement along a longitudinal axis (x). One end of the push rod extends out of the housing. A spring (12) is arranged between the housing and the push rod to provide a biasing force on the push rod in a first direction parallel to the longitudinal axis. A damping device (15) is arranged between the housing and the push rod to provide a damped resistive force in a direction opposite to said first direction. An indexing mechanism (18) controls movement of the push rod relative to the housing. The damping device is arranged to act along an axis (y) that is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the push rod and spaced apart from it.
FLAP FITTING AND ITEM OF FURNITURE
A flap fitting for an item of furniture includes a housing which can be fixed to a body. A supporting arm is rotatably mounted on the housing. The flap fitting includes a pivotably mounted control arm. The supporting arm and the control arm can be hingedly connected to a flap at an attachment point via spaced-apart axes of rotation. A damper is provided at the attachment point and can be actuated via a movement of the supporting arm and/or the control arm in the event of an opening movement of the flap, before the maximum opening position is reached.
TORQUE ADJUSTMENT FUNCTION-PROVIDED ROTARY DAMPER
A torque adjustment function-provided rotary damper capable of easily adjusting a torque without needing to use a tool, even in a case where a space cannot be secured on an end portion side of a casing. An adjustment lever is an operation member having an engagement portion and a knob portion. The engagement portion links with an adjuster by engaging with an adjustment end portion such that a cutout fits to a fitting portion. The knob portion is formed integrally with the engagement portion by protruding radially from an outer periphery side of the casing. The knob portion extends to a guide portion along an axial direction of the casing in its outer periphery. The guide portion has a semi-ring shape which is partially cut out. The guide portion is rotatably disposed along an outer periphery of a shaft side cap that closes an end portion of the casing.
HINGE AND METHOD FOR OPENING AND CLOSING A HINGE
A hinge has a side part fixable on a wall and a hinge part, which is pivotable in relation to the side part and is fixable on a door. Two levers are provided on the side part and the hinge part, which are each rotatably mounted on the side part and on the hinge part, and a linear damper having a housing and a piston rod is arranged in the side part.
FLIP-UP SUPPORT DEVICE AND FURNITURE PIECE WITH THE SAME
The present invention relates to household articles, in particular to a flip-up support device and a furniture piece with the flip-up support device. The flip-up support device comprises a base (1), an upper connecting assembly and a lower connecting assembly hinged to the base, a flip-up support member hinged to the upper connecting assembly and the lower connecting assembly, a fixing mechanism rotatably connected to the flip-up support member and the upper connecting assembly, a cushion member connected to the lower connecting assembly, and an adjusting assembly for adjusting a cushion force of the cushion member. The cushion force of the cushion member acts on the fixing mechanism via the lower connecting assembly and the flip-up support member. The structure of the flip-up support device is simple and compact, the operation is stable, and the noise is low. The cushion force of the cushion member can be adjusted by the adjusting assembly according to the actual required cushion force, thereby meeting the user's needs and being convenient for the user to use.
