Overtravel hinge
A vehicle includes a chassis, a door track, a door operatively connected to the door track and adapted to move between a closed position and an open position, and a hinge assembly coupled to the door. The hinge assembly is movably coupled to the door track and includes a first bracket coupled to the door, a second bracket coupled to the first bracket, and a transport assembly coupled to the second bracket and adapted to move along the door track as the door moves between the open and closed positions. The transport assembly includes a coupling member for releasably coupling the second bracket to the transport assembly. Upon movement of the second bracket from the first position to the second position, the door moves to an extended open position with respect to the door track.
Furniture hinge
A furniture hinge includes a first hinge portion to be fixed to a furniture carcass, a second hinge portion having a hinge cup to be fixed to a movably-mounted furniture part, a hinge axis connecting the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion, a bearing portion inserted into the hinge cup, the bearing portion including a cavity, and a spring device configured to move the furniture hinge from a predetermined angular position into a fully closed position and/or into a fully open position. A first end region of the spring device is supported on the bearing portion when the bearing portion is inserted into the hinge cup, the cavity being configured to accommodate the spring device. A convex control curve configured to interact from the predetermined angular position towards the fully closed position with the spring device. A pressure portion has a counter contour configured to be pressed against the convex control curve by the spring device. The counter contour has a concave section complementary to the convex control curve.
HINGE FOR DOORS OF DOMESTIC APPLIANCES
A hinge for doors of electrical household appliances, including a box-shaped element and a first lever pivoted on the box-shaped element by means of a pin; one of either the box-shaped element or the first lever being fixable to a frame and the other being fixable to a door, to make the door tiltably movable relative to the frame between a closed position and an open position; first elastic means supported by the box-shaped element and designed to apply an elastic action on the first lever, a rod for connecting the first lever to the first elastic means, positioned in a slidable fashion inside the box-shaped element; a hydraulic damping member for applying a damping action during the reciprocal motion between the first lever and the box-shaped element.
Sliding door stopper
The present invention relates to a door stopper (10) comprising a dampening piston (30), a pin holder (40) provided at the piston end (32) of the piston shaft (31) of the dampening piston (30), and a spring (56) connected to the pin holder (40), in order to decelerate the sliding door during opening thereof in vehicles having sliding door and in order to reduce the hitting effect. As an improvement, the present invention is characterized by comprising a first roller (60) and a second roller (70) connected to each other so as to rotate together in a coaxial manner, and a first rope (61) connected to the pin holder (40) from one end and connected to the first roller (60) from the other end and a second rope (71) connected to the spring (56) from one end and connected to the second roller (70) from the other end, and further characterized in that the first roller (60) is greater than the second roller (70).
COMPACT CLAMP FOR SLIDING GLASS DOORS WITH INCORPORATED DAMPER
Disclosed is a new compact clamp for sliding glass doors, which includes two jaws, left jaw and right jaw. One of the jaws has a damper formed by a double-effect damper with gas and oil technology, using a cylinder containing a front gas chamber and a rear gas chamber which are located at the ends of the cylinder, and a central oil tank, the gas chambers and the oil tank being separated by a blind piston and an annular piston, which are both leak tight. In the central oil tank is disposed a non-leak tight damping piston that is connected to a rod of the damper and divides the tank into two oil chambers.
Entrance handrail
The handrail for getting on and off includes a rail portion for slidably holding one end portion of the link arm which expands and contracts with the movement of the slide door, and a handrail body configured to rotate integrally with the rail portion. When the slide door closes the entrance, the entrance handrail takes a retracted posture in which one end portion of the link arm is located at the other end portion of the rail part and the handrail body is arranged along the slide door. When the slide door opens the entrance, the entrance handrail takes a deployed posture in which one end portion of the link arm is positioned on one end portion side of the rail portion so that the rail portion and the handrail body protrude toward the outside of the vehicle.
Trigger and door track unit with the same
A trigger has an upper board and a lower board. The lower board is detachably mounted on the upper board and has an open slot and an elongate board. The open slot is formed through an end of the lower board, and the elongate board is formed on the middle of the open slot and extends to the end of the lower board. The free end of the elongate board is bent perpendicularly to the elongate board. The door track with the trigger includes two installation boards, and two ribs are formed on the two installation boards respectively and extend toward each other. The upper board is mounted on the top surfaces of the ribs of the installation boards, and the lower board is mounted on the bottom surfaces of the ribs. When the sliding door collides with the trigger, the trigger can be deformed and prevents the slider of the sliding door from being restricted by the trigger.
