GATE
The gate generally includes a gatepost, and a plurality of rails pivotally connected to the gatepost and having a plurality of posts hingedly attached thereto. Hinged attachment of the plurality of posts allows them to fold substantially parallel with the plurality of rails when they in the vertical position. The gate includes a unique lift system having a translating device in communication with a sprocket, wherein the lift system provides an adjustable force to rotate the plurality of rails from a horizontal position to a vertical position. The translating device generally includes a first end attached to the gatepost and a second end attached to one of the plurality of rails, wherein the adjustable force may be provided by a turnbuckle positioned there between. The gate may further include a ground anchor system that allows axial rotation of the plurality of rails about the gatepost.
Pulley-Driven Automated Window or Door System
A motorized window with one or more motors and a frame with a slidable segment is disclosed. A drive system with pulleys engages with a belt or chain mounted to the frame or slidable segment. Rotating a first pulley in a first rotational direction causes the first pulley to pull the slidable segment in a first linear direction. Rotating the first pulley in a second rotational direction causes the first pulley to pull the slidable segment in a second linear direction. Preferably, a controller controls the operation of the motors. Sensors inform the controller, and user input via a mobile device enables both direct user control and programming of the controller.
ELECTRIC DOOR OPENER FOR MULTI-DOOR TRAILER
A door opening system for a merchandise container comprising a plurality of bay doors, the door opening system comprising a wheel in frictional contact with a bay door of the plurality of bay doors; and a motor connected in driving arrangement with the wheel. The motor drives the wheel to rotate and thereby to control a movement of the bay door of the plurality of bay doors between a closed position and an open position.
A NOISE DAMPENING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a noise dampening device for a power door or gate assembly including a chain loop adapted in use to run along and/or within a track or rail. The noise dampening device includes cushioning means attached to an internal surface of the track or rail. The cushioning means is configured to substantially follow and being in register with at least part of the chain loop.
AUTOMATED SLIDING PANEL MECHANISM WITH RACK
An automated sliding panel mechanism is disclosed. An automated sliding panel mechanism including a motor is configured to move a sliding window between a closed position and an open position, and includes a power source providing power to the motor, a rack consisting of rack teeth wherein a portion of the surface of the rack teeth are generally perpendicular to a plane, and a gear rotated by the motor and consisting of gear teeth, wherein the gear teeth are shaped to mesh with the rack teeth.
Gear-Driven Automated Window or Door System
A motorized window with one or more motors and a frame with a slidable segment is disclosed. A drive system with gears, transmission or worm drive engage with a gear track mounted to the frame or slidable segment. Rotating a first gear in a first rotational direction causes the first gear to pull the slidable segment in a first linear direction. Rotating the first gear in a second rotational direction causes the first gear to pull the slidable segment in a second linear direction. Preferably, a controller controls the operation of the motors. Sensors inform the controller, and user input via a mobile device enables both direct user control and programming of the controller.
Gate opener stand and method of manufacture and installation
A gate opener stand is comprised of a plurality of support tubing connected to a horizontal brace and a platform at one end of the plurality of support tubing. The opposite ends of the plurality of support tubing are held in place via a brace. The platform includes a pair of ears extending from opposite sides of the platform. Apertures within extended rounded ends of the horizontal brace align with the pair of ears extending from the platform. A pair of braces connects the platform to the horizontal brace and provides additional reinforcement and strength to the gate opener stand. In an alternative embodiment, a method of manufacture and assembly of the gate opener stand is disclosed.
Door operator system
An overhead door operator system (1) for opening and closing an opening (2), comprising a door frame (3) comprising a first frame section (4) at a first side (7) of the opening (2) and a second frame section (6) at a second side (5) of the opening (2). The operator system further comprises a door (8) arranged to be moved between an open and closed (C) position, the door (8) being movably connected to the door frame (3) and a drive unit (10) mounted on the door (8), the drive unit (10) comprising at least one motor (11) arranged to move the door (8) from the closed position (C) to the open position (O). An elongated transmission member (19) extends along the first side (7) of the opening (2) and the first frame section (4). The drive unit (10) further comprises a driven transmission member (18) in driving connection with the motor (11).
WINDOW ACTUATOR LINKAGE ASSEMBLY FOR ALIGNMENT ADJUSTMENT AT A MOVEABLE PORTION OF A WINDOW
A window actuator linkage assembly that includes barrel brackets, a mounting bracket, and a clamping plate for fastening to a moveable portion of a window that facilitates adjustment of the alignment of a chain extending from an actuator positioned on or within a fixed portion of a window to the window actuator linkage assembly. A window actuator linkage assembly can also include elements such as barrel brackets that have openings to receive a fastener, a T-shaped base, and a slotted base bracket having an inner surface that slidably engages with the T-shaped base, and is configured to fix the T-shaped base in a desired position along the length of the slotted base bracket.
Unmanned aerial vehicle airport, unmanned aerial vehicle system, tour inspection system and unmanned aerial vehicle cruise system
An unmanned aerial vehicle airport, an unmanned aerial vehicle system, a tour inspection system and an unmanned aerial vehicle cruise system. The unmanned aerial vehicle airport comprises a support base, a parking apron, a protective cover and a protective cover opening and closing driving device. The parking apron is installed on the top of the support base; the protective cover covers the top of the apron; the protective cover opening and closing driving device is installed between the support base and the protective cover, and the protective cover opening and closing driving device is configured to cause a bar linkage mechanism to drive the protective cover to switch between an open position and a closed position. The unmanned aerial vehicle airport is provided with the protective cover for the parking apron. If the protective cover is open, the unmanned aerial vehicle is parked on the parking apron, and takes off from the parking apron.
