Provided is a train platform safety device for preventing a safety accident, the train platform safety device including: at least one pair of lift drive units 10 installed at a position selected in a section from an entrance of a platform, where a train enters, to an exit of the platform; a plurality of movable bodies 20 provided inside the lift drive units 10 so as to be movable in a vertical direction; rope groups 30A and 30B including a plurality of ropes connecting the movable bodies 20 in a horizontal direction; and an interval maintaining unit 100 configured to connect, in the vertical direction, any one rope in the rope group 30B positioned at an upper side and any one rope in the rope group 30A positioned at a lower side so that a vertical interval between the rope groups 30A and 30B is maintained when the rope groups 30A and 30B are staggered as the plurality of movable bodies 20 and the rope groups 30A and 30B are moved downward by operations of the lift drive units 10. According to the present invention, the plurality of rope groups may be connected to one another in the vertical direction to maintain the vertical interval therebetween, thereby preventing a passenger from passing between the rope groups. In addition, the present invention has an effect of minimizing sagging of the rope group. Furthermore, the present invention has an effect of improving durability and service life because the structure is simple and the maintenance may be easily performed.

A window regulator includes a carrier plate to support a window glass of a vehicle, a guide rail along an ascending/descending direction of the window glass to slidably support the carrier plate, a wire to pull the carrier plate, a driving portion arranged at one end of the guide rail in the ascending/descending direction to drive the wire, and a turnaround portion arranged at an other end of the guide rail in the ascending/descending direction to turn the wire around. The wire arranged between the turnaround portion and the carrier plate is positioned shifted from the guide rail. The wire arranged between the driving portion and the turnaround portion is positioned on the guide rail to push and contact the guide rail.

ACTUATOR AND CABLE-OPERATED DRIVE MECHANISM FOR CLOSURE PANEL
20220154515 · 2022-05-19 ·

A cable-operated drive mechanism for a vehicle sliding closure panel includes a housing and a motor configured to selectively rotate an output shaft. A cable drum is supported in the housing for rotation in response to rotation of the output shaft. A first cable coupled to the cable drum extends through a first cable port for operable attachment to the vehicle sliding closure panel. An adjuster pulley in the housing is moveable between assembly and installed positions. A second cable coupled to the cable drum engages the adjuster pulley and extends, in non-reversed bending fashion, through a second cable port for operable attachment to the vehicle sliding closure panel. The second cable has an assembly free-length when the adjuster pulley is in the assembly position and an installed free-length when the adjuster pulley is in the installed position, with the installed free-length being less than the assembly free-length.

DOOR MODULE OF A VEHICLE DOOR AND VEHICLE DOOR HAVING THE DOOR MODULE

A door module of a vehicle door includes a carrier plate having a cable window regulator with at least one guide rail, and a door structure which is or can be joined to the carrier plate. A cable deflection region of the guide rail extends beyond an outer edge of the carrier plate. The cable deflection region is provided with a joining contour which, when joined, is form-lockingly inserted in a receiving contour of the door structure. The joining contour engages behind the receiving contour in such a way that the cable deflection region is stabilizingly held in a direction perpendicular to the cable deflection region. A vehicle door having the door module is also provided.

MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR

A motor vehicle door having a frame defining a window opening, and a window lift system having a first guide rail, a first sliding piece guided on the first guide rail, a second guide rail, a second sliding piece guided on the second guide rail, a cable drum and a drive cable driven by the cable drum and coupled to the sliding pieces, the drive cable guided in a Bowden cable sheath between an upper end region of the second guide rail and a connection region located between an upper end region of the first guide rail and a lower end region of the first guide rail. The Bowden cable sheath fastened in the upper end region of the second guide rail and in the connection region of the first guide rail.

DRIVE UNIT AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING SAME
20220136314 · 2022-05-05 · ·

The present invention provides a drive unit and a method for attaching the same with which it is possible to improve the ease of attaching the drive unit to an attachment object. A limiting member is configured so as to limit the rotation of a drum when a lock member has fixed a pulley in a first position, and to allow rotation of the drum when a coil spring has caused the pulley to move to a second position. This makes it possible to prevent rotation of the drum in the state (vehicle mounting preparation state) before attaching the drive unit to a vehicle body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a pair of cables from loosening inside a drum housing and catching on other constituent components. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the ease of attaching the drive unit to a vehicle body.

WINDOW REGULATOR WITH OPTIMIZED MOTOR CONFIGURATION

A window regulator for raising and lowering a window of a vehicle, including: a guide rail; a cursor slidably mounted to the guide rail; a flange portion mounted to a bottom end of the guide rail, wherein the flange portion has a rail mounting portion and an arm portion extending from the rail mounting portion and a mounting portion extending from the arm portion; and a motor operably coupled to the cursor such that operation of the motor will cause the cursor to slide along the guide rail, the motor being mounted to the mounting portion, wherein the motor when mounted to the mounting portion is located adjacent to a side of the guide rail located between the bottom end of the guide rail and a top end of the guide rail.
