FORCIBLE ENTRY DOOR STILE SYSTEM
A training door, door frame, and system are disclosed that allow first responders to train on breaking open locked doors. The door frame provides a channel for a replaceable rod or bar formed of a door material, so that during training, while the rod or bar may be disfigured by repeated training exercises, the remainder of the door and frame remain intact. In this manner, only the rod or bar may need to be replaced after repeated training, rather than the entire door or frame.

Inserts for hollow structural members
A pre-formed insert with stable dimensions for mechanical insertion into a hollow member and that reduces the Nusselt number and convection across the hollow member. The insert may be formed of a low heat conducting material like PVC and have extensions and internal voids that impede convection in the hollow and conduction through the insert. The inserts may be used in heads and sills of aluminum windows, doors and frames. In one embodiment, an insert is received in an open hollow and may cooperate with an insert in a frame hollow to decrease convection at the head end of a sliding window or door. An insert may be placed within the hollow of a window or door beside a roller assembly.

EXTENDABLE EXTRUDED DOOR FRAME
A door frame component is provided. The door frame includes: a front wall, a rear wall, an outer wall and an inner wall; a length of the front wall being substantially the same as a distance between the inner wall and the outer wall; an internal cavity at least partially defined by space between the inner wall and outer wall; and opposing first and second gripping sections defined in the internal cavity at least partially by first and second internal flanges in the internal cavity. The frame has sufficient structural integrity such that when the frame is cut height wise between the first and second internal flanges into front and rear sections, the front section can support a door on its own without the rear section.

Concealable flush wall door structural frame and flush wall door assembly including same
A concealable structural frame for mounting a hinged door flushed to a surface of a drywall structure. The concealable structural frame comprises a frame body including a stud facing wall, a door facing wall, a front surface wall, a rear surface wall, a stud engaging wall and a hinge engagement support. The door facing wall is spaced apart from the stud facing wall and includes a door receiving recess. The front surface wall and the rear surface walls are spaced apart and at least partially extend between the stud facing wall and the door facing wall. The stud engaging wall projects outwardly from the stud facing wall and defines a plasterboard receiving recess. The hinge engagement support is positioned between the stud facing wall and the door facing wall and extends along at least a portion of the door receiving recess.
Systems and methods for providing a window wall with flush slab edge covers
Certain embodiments provide systems and methods for providing a window wall with flush slab edge covers. A window wall system can include a sill receptor configured to fixably attach to a top surface of a slab. The window wall system may include a head receptor configured to fixably attach to an underside surface of the slab. The window wall system can include a window wall panel including panel infill and a panel sill configured to detachably couple to the sill receptor. The window wall system may include a slab edge cover including cover infill. The slab edge cover can be configured to detachably couple to the window wall panel and the head receptor. In various embodiments, an exterior surface of the panel infill and an exterior surface of the cover infill are configured to flushly align when the slab edge cover is detachably coupled to the window wall panel.

INSULATING DOOR AND FRAME
Door, frame, and door and frame assembly embodiments are disclosed herein. The disclosed embodiments can provide one or more useful insulating features in a variety of applications. One embodiment of a door includes a glass unit and a rail assembly receiving the glass unit. The rail assembly can include a first body having a first sidewall and a first insulating member secured to the first sidewall. The first insulating member can have a first wall and a second wall spaced from the first wall by a first support and a second support. The first wall, the second wall, the first support, and the second support can define a first cavity of the first insulating member.
