FOLDING DOOR STRUCTURE
A folding door structure is provided. The folding door structure includes an upright column, upper sliding bracket and a lower sliding bracket. The upright column is hinged to the door leaves. The folding door structure further includes a first lock component. The first lock component includes a first latch mounted inside the upright column, and both ends of which are extended out from the top and bottom of the upright column to insert into the upper slide and/or the lower slide. By providing a first lock component and an upright column, a first latch can lock the position of the upright column relative to a door frame in a direction of wind pressure. Accordingly, the stress environment of the upper sliding bracket and the lower sliding bracket is improved, and the reliability and the resistance to high wind pressure of the connection mounting structure between adjacent door leaves are improved.
Tilt-up door
A tilt-up door for a building having an opening including a door frame with vertical track members, cam surfaces extending laterally from the vertical tracks at the upper portion of the tracks and a door sized to span the opening. The door can be pivotally coupled with rollers disposed within the vertical tracks and cam followers extending laterally from the upper portion of the door to contact the cam surfaces. When an upwardly directed motive force acts on the door the cam followers come into engagement with the cam surface to lift the door generally vertically and then rotate the door inwardly as the door is raised into an open raised position.
SINGLE HUNG WINDOW CONSTRUCTION WITH AN UPPER FIXED LITE OF GLASS AND A MOVABLE BOTTOM SASH BEING GENERALLY COPLANAR
A single hung window has a window frame, an upper fixed lite of glass secured to the window frame and a movable lower sash secured to the window frame with the lower sash being generally coplanar with the upper fixed lite of glass. Lower sash retention elements secured to opposed jamb portions are operatively associated with the lower sash to facilitate securement of the lower sash in a plurality of positions. A balance system is secured within each jamb and is operatively associated with said lower sash. The lower sash may be structured to receive a screen. The sash may be employed alone without the upper fixed lite of glass.
Fixation Device Especially for Glass Folding Devices
A fixation device for limiting a gap between a first construction component and a second construction component relative to which the first construction component is movable has first and second fitting parts attached to the first and second construction components, respectively. The first fitting part has a fixation projection with first end and opposed second end. The first end is pivotable about a fixation axis fixed at the first construction component. The fixation projection is pretensioned so as to pivot the second end away from the first construction component. The second fitting part has a guiding surface and a holding element. Fixation projection and guiding surface interact such that, when the construction parts are moved toward each other, the second end glides along the guiding surface toward the holding element and catches therein. A folding device of construction components is provided with such fixation devices.
Casement Window Hinge with Enhanced Pullout Resistance
A casement window hinge provides a shoe sliding on a track to support a sash arm. The shoe is held captive within the track against outward movement by a T-bar extending rearwardly from the shoe and retained by upwardly and downwardly extending flanges from the track.
Vertical Door System With Ball Screw Drive
A vertical door system includes: a door having a door frame, the door frame having at least one frame section; an operator; two vertical supports configured to: (a) be installable on opposite sides of the door opening and (b) support the vertical door, at least one of the vertical supports having: a guide track on a surface of the vertical support facing toward the door opening; and a drive system having: an elongated threaded rod drivable by the operator via a gearing arranged between the operator and the threaded rod; and one or more blocks, each block comprising a guide track connecting portion that connects to a guide track so the connected block is freely movable along the guide track, each block having a through-bore for accepting the threaded rod so that the block is positioned on the threaded rod and is movable along the threaded rod.
Hydraulically operated overhead tilt-up door with stabilizer
The door system of the present invention includes a mounting frame assembly and a tilt-up door pivotally and slidably mounted within the mounting frame assembly. The door system is installed in a door rough opening as an integral unit, simplifying installation. At least one hydraulic cylinder is utilized to actuate the door between its open and closed positions. A stabilizer including a door component secured to the tilt-up door and a door component secured to the frame assembly are used to stabilize the door when it is in its open position.
Diagonally translating door
A door and door jamb arrangement, for securing the opening of a secure space. The door and door jamb arrangement include a safe container, a safe room or a lockable container. The door jamb arrangement further including a door and the opening. The door is adapted to be hingedly attached to a door jamb with a hinge arrangement. The door has a hinged edge or end, and non-hinged edges or ends including a top, bottom and a remote edge. The opening has a planar space defined by the door jamb and is adapted to be closed by the door in a closed position. A hinge axis of the hinge arrangement is adapted, near or adjacent the closed position, to move laterally relative to one or both of the door or the door jamb. The hinge axis of the hinge arrangement is adapted, near or adjacent the closed position, to move at least a door portion of two adjacent edges of the door relative to corresponding and adjacent jamb portions of an edge of the door jamb between overlapping and non-overlapping positions. The door is adapted to move vertically relative to the door jamb.
Hydraulically operated overhead tilt-up door
There present invention relates to a single panel, hydraulically driven door system. The door and hydraulic cylinder are mounted to the door frame so the door and door frame can be easily installed to a building rough opening. From the door closed position, the hydraulic cylinder raises the door slightly to release a locking mechanism, before the door is rotated to its open position. A control arm and guide track guide movement of the door between its open and closed positions. A variable frequency drive controls the speed of the hydraulic cylinder extension and retraction to provide a smooth transition of the door when moving between its open and closed positions.
Open top hopper window and frame
Disclosed is an open top hopper window with a hopper window and a frame. The frame includes top edge and bottom edges, and left and right sides. The inn part of the right and left sides of the frame has a guide groove located at the bottom of the side, with a hole in the frame located above such guide groove. The joining between the hopper window and the frame uses two bolts at the outer bottom sides of the hopper window sliding into the guide grooves and two arms linking the holes at the frame with two holes at the hopper window wherein the two holes are located at the 35%-40% range of the total length of the hopper window on the outer sides of the hopper window always achieving an equilibrium position which allows positioning the hopper window at different opening angles and positions without effort.
