A threshold sill seal assembly useful with glass wall systems is described. The assembly has a sill with a top surface. The threshold sill assembly includes a removable barrier insert that is removably engaged with a cavity provided in the top surface of the sill and has a portion substantially parallel to the movable glass wall that can act as a barrier to the intrusion of environmental conditions.

DOOR SEALING UNIT FOR PREVENTING SPREAD OF HARMFUL GASES AND VIRUSES AND HINGED DOOR STRUCTURE HAVING THE SAME
20230366259 · 2023-11-16 ·

A door sealing unit for preventing spread of harmful gases and viruses is installed on a lower end frame of a door installed in a hinged manner at a boundary between a living room and a room, and includes a fixing member having a predetermined amount of elasticity and being fitted and fixed onto the lower end frame of the door, and a sealing member formed on a lower end of the fixing member and made of a soft material, wherein the sealing member is formed to spread to both sides.

Entryway seal suitable for attachment to breakout side panel of sliding door

An entryway seal is suitable for attachment to the breakout panel of a sliding door, substantially sealing a gap disposed between the breakout panel and the adjacent floor. The entryway seal includes a first retaining member having a bottom surface, a second retaining member having a bottom surface, a first sealing member operably coupled to the first retaining member, at least a portion of the first sealing member being disposed proximate the bottom surface of the first retaining member, a second sealing member operably coupled to the second retaining member, at least a portion of the second sealing member being disposed proximate the bottom surface of the second retaining member, and a connecting member flexibly connecting the first retaining member to the second retaining member.

Method of using and distributing a weather seal assembly for an overhead door

A knock-down seal assembly for an overhead-sectional door having horizontal joints between adjacent panels and a leading lateral edge that seals the lateral leading edge of the door as the door closes against the floor or traffic area. The seal assembly includes a pair of retainer rails which do not exceed about 6 feet in overall length. Each of the retainer rails has seal channels formed so as to extend from a bottom surface thereof for receiving a flexible weather seal strip. Each of the rails also has an extension channel formed so as to extend from the bottom surface thereof for receiving an elongate retainer clip. The retainer clip can be used to join the pair of retainer rails to form a single rail.

DOOR SHOE

A door system having a door shoe including a first shoe member and a second shoe member that provide a thermal break between the members, which reduces heat transfer between the members. One or more gaskets may be operatively coupled to the first shoe member or the second shoe member. The first shoe member and the second shoe member can be operatively coupled to the door to cover different sized gaps located between the bottom edge of the door and a floor. As such, the door shoe disclosed herein may be used to cover different size gaps, provide a thermal break between the members to aid in fire resistance, and be easily installed on doors without having to remove the door from the frame.

SLIDING DOOR FOR USE IN A MODULAR WALL SYSTEM

Various aspects of the present disclosure are directed toward apparatuses, systems, and methods for a modular wall system. The modular wall system may include a panel frame; a sliding door including a first vertical side, a second vertical side, an upper surface, and a lower surface; sliding door hardware coupled to the upper surface of the sliding door configured to translate the sliding door within the panel frame; and a sliding track seal arranged with the header including a substantially linear portion extending from the header and a curved portion configured to maintain contact with the sliding door in a closed configuration, an open configuration, and in transitioning between the open configuration and the closed configuration.

A threshold assembly for use with an entryway disposed within an aperture of a structure, which has an exterior and an interior and includes a door panel moveable between open and closed positions, includes a sill and a rail. A rail is rotatably supported above the upper sill surface between an initial position when the door panel is in the open position, and a second position different from the initial position when the door panel is in the closed position. A biasing member is disposed between the upper sill surface of the sill and the rail to bias the rail from the second position toward the initial position.

Top-hanging sliding door including bottom guide and seal

Systems and methods for providing a drop seal assembly which is concealed within an opening in the bottom of a sliding door panel of a top-hanging sliding door. The drop seal assembly may include bottom guide which defines a downward facing elongated slot or track which receives a sill guide therein. The drop seal assembly also includes a drop down acoustic seal which automatically drops down to contact the floor surface below the door panel when the door panel is moved from an open position into a closed position. The distance that the seal drops down upon closing of the door panel may be selectively adjustable to accommodate variances in the air gap between the door bottom and the floor surface due to particular installation conditions. A concealed magnetic bottom seal activator may be used to provide self-adjusting activation of the door bottom seal assembly using two opposing magnets.

A garage floor barricade is inserted into a seam between two slabs of concrete at a garage floor entrance of a garage for prohibiting fluid and debris from traveling past the garage floor entrance (e.g., ground level) into the garage. The barricade includes a single and continuous body having a flanged bottom edge adapted to be inserted into a seam between two slabs of concrete at the garage floor entrance of the garage. An adhesive member adapted to be deposited into the seam and configured to be engaged with the flanged bottom edge such that a planar medial portion of the body remains sufficiently upright above the seam between the two slabs of concrete.
