Curtain of a vertical sliding roll-up door, provided with a lateral air seal
A vertically sliding roll-up door has a portal structure including vertical uprights provided with guide rails for guiding the sliding of blocks fixed along the lateral edges of the curtain, to allow the curtain to move vertically with respect to the portal structure. The curtain includes air-sealing gaskets which extend substantially over the entire length of the longitudinal edges of the curtain at the blocks, in order to block the passage of air between the guide rails and the blocks.
Gate with a crash-down prevention mechanism and method for triggering the crash-down prevention mechanism
The preset invention relates to a gate with a crash-down prevention mechanism, comprising a gate panel which can be opened and closed by the rotation of a gate panel drive, a motor which is coupled to the gate panel drive, and a braking assembly with which opening and/or closing the gate panel can be decelerated, and a first measuring device for determining at least one movement parameter of the gate panel. In order to improve such a gate to the extent that a crash down of the gate can be reliably detected, and a braking assembly which brakes the gate quickly and avoids damage to the gate is triggered just as reliably, it is proposed to provide a second measuring device for determining at least one movement parameter of the motor, and a comparator which compares the measured movement parameters of the gate panel and the motor and triggers the braking assembly when the measured movement parameters of the gate panel and the motor fall outside of a defined relationship to each other.

METHODS AND APPARATUS TO OPERATE POWERED DOORS
Methods and apparatus to operate powered doors are disclosed. A door system includes a panel, and a track including a first track wall and a second track wall opposite the first track wall. The first and second track walls define a channel therebetween. A lateral edge of the panel is to move along the channel as the panel moves between a closed position and an open position. The door system further includes a first refeed block to be aligned with the first track wall. The first refeed block is to extend a first distance above the first track wall. The door system also includes a second refeed block to be aligned with the second track wall. The second refeed block is to extend a second distance above the second track wall. The first distance greater than the second distance.
RETRACTABLE DOOR SILL
A retractable door sill, including: a mounting base, the mounting base including an upper fixing base and a lower fixing base; a rotating drum, the rotating drum being arranged between the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base, a partition cloth, a torsion spring being configured to make the rotating drum rotate in one direction around its axis, the rotating drum wind up the partition cloth; and an adjusting device, the adjusting device comprising an adjusting rod and an adjusting mechanism, one end of the torsion spring being connected to the rotating drum, the other end of the torsion spring being connected to the adjusting rod of the adjusting device, the adjusting mechanism being configured to enable the adjusting rod to rotate unidirectionally around its own axis, and the adjusting rod being configured to change a torsional deformation of the torsion spring through its own rotation.
TENT FEATURING RETRACTABLE ROOF AND SIDE CANVAS PANELS OR SHEETS
Retractable roof and/or wall panels are disclosed herein. Such panels may be used as roof or wall portions for tents or other temporary structures allowing for variable outdoor exposure and easy transitions from indoor to outdoor spaces.
Retractable security barrier
A retractable, coilable, security barrier screen easily mounted around a door, window or other building opening such as a hallway entrance. The barrier is designed to withstand considerable forces from blunt force strikes, bullets and edged weapon slashing. As such, it has a strengthened spool tube, novel security barrier attachment methods, and redundant operational features such as dual (top and bottom spool locks), quad spool locking pins and a dual attachment for the fabric security barrier to the screen lock strip that includes both gluing and plate riveting.
QUICK-ACTION ROLL-UP DOOR
A quick-action roll-up door (1) for a cold storage room has a flexible door panel (5), which is windable onto a horizontal shaft (4) in a vertical running direction for purposes of closing a door opening (2) bounded by a door frame (3). A winding drive (6) opens and closes the door, together with a pressure application frame (8), subjecting the door panel in a closing position to force, transverse to a planar face of the door panel, in the direction of the door frame. Furthermore, device features are provided, which apply force to the pressure application frame in the direction of the door frame when the roll-up door is closed, and relieve it when it is opened. The device features have a traction drive (14), which is functionally connected to the winding drive for the door panel, and which controls the movement of the pressure application frame.

HIGH PERFORMANCE DOOR
With a high performance door, preferably high speed door, for closing an opening (11), preferably in a wall (12) comprising a flexible curtain (13) to be wound and unwound on a shaft to open and close the opening (11) with a rigid bottom beam (15) attached on the lower end of said curtain (13) the risk from the bottom beam to the environment upon opening is reduced in, that the rigid bottom beam (15) comprising at least one flush side (20) at least almost flushing the curtain (13).
