LIGHT-MODULATING MEMBER
An object of the present invention is to provide a light-modulating member which restrains incidence of sunlight into a room in summer and does not restrain incidence of sunlight into a room in winter, and is also easily used as a member for window. The present invention relates to a light-modulating member produced by arranging one or a plurality of shaped resin sheets having projections on one surface, wherein the projection has a height of 1 m or more and 1 cm or less and a pitch interval of 10 m or more and 10 cm or less.
ROMAN BLIND
A Roman blind incorporates an upper beam, a rolling tube, a Roman blind body, and a rolling body. Both ends of the rolling tube are connected to both ends of the upper beam respectively through a connection piece. An upper end of the rolling body is wound on the rolling tube. An upper end of the Roman blind body is fixed on the upper beam. A lower end of the rolling body ascends or descends synchronized with a lower end of the Roman blind body. A surface of the Roman blind body facing toward the rolling body includes a plurality of equally spaced limiting pieces. The lower end of the rolling body includes a drive piece cooperating with the limiting pieces to fold up the Roman blind body layer by layer from bottom up. The folding/unfolding of the Roman blind body is driven by the winding/unwinding of the rolling body, so that pull-rope-free winding/unwinding avoids potential safety hazards, the structure is simplified, the number of parts is small, assembly efficiency is higher, problems of the pull rope being easy to knot and to hook and break are solved, smoother usage is achieved, and the overall structure is neater and cleaner.
Master/slave shaft assembly for fire door and curtain
A master/slave shaft arrangement includes: a motor having an output shaft; a master drive barrel, the first end of which being rotationally driven by the output shaft of the motor, the master drive barrel having, at a second end thereof, a master drive sprocket; a synchronizing shaft that is rotationally driven at its second end by a first coupling assembly, the rotational driving of the synchronizing shaft being synchronous with the rotational driving of the master drive barrel by the motor; and a slave barrel, the slave barrel being rotationally driven at its first end by a second coupling assembly that rotationally couples the synchronizing shaft with the slave barrel to rotationally drive the slave barrel, the rotational driving of the slave barrel being synchronous with the rotational driving of the synchronizing shaft and the rotational driving of the master drive barrel by the motor.
BOTTOM RAIL ASSEMBLY FOR A COVERING WITH ADJUSTABLE ROLLER POSITION AND RELATED METHODS
In one aspect, a covering for an architectural structure may include a shade panel and a bottom rail assembly coupled to the shade panel. The bottom rail assembly may include a rail housing and a roller extending within the rail housing, with the shade panel being looped around the roller such that the bottom rail assembly is vertically supported by the shade panel as the panel is moved between extended and retracted positions. In addition, the relative positioning of the roller within the rail housing may be adjusted, as desired, between the top and bottom ends of the bottom rail housing.
Balcony Shading and Power System
A balcony shading and power system including one or more track assemblies, one or more movable panel assemblies positioned within at least one of the one or more track assemblies, and one or more driving assemblies to move the one or more panel assemblies. The one or more movable panel assemblies include one or more solar cells to convert light energy to electrical power and one or more wind power assemblies to capture wind and to generate electrical power from the captured wind. The one or more solar cells are attached to an outside surface of at least one of movable panel assemblies. The one or more wind power assemblies are integrated into at least one of the one or more movable panel assemblies.
Fully Re-sizable and Re-mountable Window Shade
The invention is a window shade that can be easily mounted without the need of screws or installation of any mounting fixtures. Additionally, this window shade can be moved from one window to another window of different dimensions. Also, the product does not require the consumer to cut or destroy any parts of the window shade to move from a larger window to a smaller window. The shade can not only be moved from a larger window to a smaller window but can also be moved from a smaller window to a lager window.
Triple-shade roller blind
A triple-shade roller blind includes a reel shaft for reeling a curtain having front and rear shade layers and a plurality of shading strips interconnecting the front and rear shade layers, and an adjusting assembly having a rotatable coupling member journalled on a pivot pin and coupled with the reel shaft to rotate the same, and an adjusting rod extending downwardly of and rotatable relative to the coupling member. A movement converting mechanism is disposed to convert rotation of the adjusting rod into the rotation of the coupling member as well as the reel shaft so as to adjust the distance between the front and rear shade layers and the shading areas of the shading strips.
Reversible Roller Shades with Light Reflective and Heat Absorbing Roller Fabric
We disclose a roller shade which may move the roller fabric to position either a light reflecting section or a heat absorbing section of the roller fabric toward a window. The two sections may be on opposite sides of a sheet of roller fabric which is connected to the roller tube at one end. The roller shade may wind the roller fabric around the roller tube then reverse the side of the roller fabric which faces the window. Alternatively, the roller fabric may be a continuous loop of fabric that includes a light reflecting section and connected to a heat absorbing section. The roller shade may move the continuous loop of fabric to position either section toward the window. The roller shade may include sensors, a motor, and a controller. The controller may be programmed to reverse the roller fabric in response to a sensor measurement.
Winding device for covering of building openings
A winding device for the covering of building openings, comprising a sheetlike, flexible cover element for at least partial covering of the at least one building opening and a winding element driven by a drive unit for adjusting a cover surface of the covering, wherein the cover element can be wound and unwound with the winding element. According to the invention, in addition to a first cover element, there is provided a second cover element), which can be arranged overlapping with the first cover element in the covering state, wherein the cover elements can be wound and unwound with a winding element.
