ROMAN SHADE FOR ODD SHAPED AND/OR NON-VERTICAL WINDOWS
A roman shade for covering a structural opening comprising a tube adapted to be installed proximate to the top of the structural opening, a shade material having a first end attached proximate to the top of the structural opening, a pair of tracks each adapted to follow a contour of and be attached along one of the sides of the structural opening, a pair of master carriers attached to opposite sides of and proximate to the second end of the shade material and each adapted to travel within one of the tracks, a pair of cords each having a first end attached to the tube and a second end attached to one of the pair of master carriers, and a shade drive unit operably connected to the tube and adapted to rotate the tube to wind or unwind the pair of cords and thereby lift or lower the pair of master carriers within the pair of tracks.
Retracting means for retracting curtain cord and retractable curtain
A retracting means comprises a synchronizing wheel group and transmission assemblies, the transmission assembly at each side being connected with a winding assembly; each transmission assembly comprises a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear which are engaged with each other, and the first bevel gear is connected with at least one synchronizing wheel; each winding assembly comprises a fixing seat, a winding shaft and a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is connected with a corresponding second bevel gear, the winding shaft passes though and is coaxial with the transmission shaft, the outer wall of the winding shaft tilts outward gradually along the axis of the transmission shaft.
Cable guided shade hem bar to cable attachment
A hem bar of a cable guided shade adapted to be removably attached to a pair of cables secured along opposite sides of a structural opening. The hem bar comprises a pair of cable engaging portions disposed at two opposite ends of the hem bar. Each cable engaging portion comprises a tubular body with a longitudinal channel extending therein and a slot traversing the tubular body from the top end to the bottom end of the tubular body. The hem bar may removably and slidably engage the pair of cables by twisting the hem bar in a first direction to align each slot in the cable engaging portions with a length of the respective cable, inserting the cables through the slots into the channels in the cable engaging portions of the hem bar, and twisting the hem bar in a second direction, opposite the first direction, to capture the cables within the channels in the cable engaging portions.
BOTTOM RAIL ASSEMBLY FOR A COVERING FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE AND RELATED ASSEMBLY METHODS
In various aspects, a covering for an architectural structure includes a bottom rail assembly that can be efficiently and effectively assembled during manufacturing of the covering. Specifically, in one embodiment, the bottom rail is configured such that one or more operating system components of the covering can be mounted within and directly supported by the bottom rail. In addition, a separate cover may be coupled to the bottom rail during the assembly process.
CONNECTOR FOR A LOOPED OPERATING ELEMENT OF AN ARCHITECTURAL-STRUCTURE COVERING
A connector for coupling to a bead chain is disclosed. In use, the connector is arranged and configured so that the connector can pass over a bearing. In one example of an embodiment, the bearing is positioned in a tensioner so that the connector moves through the tensioner, which is operatively coupled to the bead chain. In one example embodiment, application of a force on the bead chain to move the covering between an extended position and a retracted position, self-orients the connector so that a top portion of the connector faces and/or contacts the bearing so that the connector smoothly passes across an exterior arcuate surface of the bearing. In one example embodiment, the top portion includes a curved surface to contact the curved surface of the bearing.
Vertical blind assembly
A modular shade includes at least one module that consists of a head rail unit, a foot rail unit, at least one intermediate rail unit, and a plurality of slat components. A top slat may be coupled to the head rail unit and the intermediate rail unit, and a bottom slat component may be coupled to the intermediate rail unit and the foot rail unit. Further, additional intermediate rail units and intermediate slat components may be added to the module to alter the shape and size of the module, and the module may be coupled to one or more additional modules to change the overall shape and size of the modular shade.
DUAL CORD OPERATING SYSTEM FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL COVERING
A covering for an architectural opening has a dual cord operating system. The covering may include a head rail, blind panels depending from the head rail, and an operating system. The operating system may include a housing connected to the head rail, a first drive assembly rotatably mounted within the housing and operable to move the blind panels between an extended configuration and a retracted configuration, and a second drive assembly rotatably mounted within the housing and operable to move the blind panels between a closed configuration and an open configuration.
Single-track stacking panel covering for an architectural opening
A stacking panel covering for an architectural opening includes a headrail and a plurality of suspended from the headrail. The panels form an overlapped stack at one end of the headrail when the stacking panel covering is opened, and cover the architectural opening when the stacking panel covering is closed. The panels are piggybacked on those adjacent thereto, so that they stack, one behind the next, when the stacking panel covering is opened, and so that each pulls the next adjacent thereto as the stacking panel covering is being closed. The panels themselves may be planar, or convexly curved in a horizontal direction and substantially straight in a vertical direction.
Adjusting means for curtain cord and retractable curtain
The present disclosure provides an adjusting device for a curtain cord and a retractable curtain. The adjusting device for a curtain cord comprises a mounting base for fixedly connecting to the lower end of the curtain body, the mounting base is provided with a first threading hole for the cord to pass through, the mounting base is provided with a mounting groove thereon, the first threading hole is provided on the groove wall of the mounting base, and the adjusting device further comprises a stopper for winding and fixing the cord, a winding hole is provided throughout in the middle of the stopper for the cord to pass through, the stopper is detachably jammed within the mounting groove, and a gap for accommodating the cord wound on the outer surface of the stopper is located between the groove wall of the mounting groove and the stopper.
DOUBLE-LAYER ROMAN SHADE FOLDING STRUCTURE
A double-layer Roman shade folding structure includes a bracket. The bracket is provided with an outer curtain fabric, a roller tube, and an inner curtain fabric. The outer curtain fabric is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped limiting members that are arranged horizontally and spaced apart at equal intervals. An opening is defined between the limiting members and the outer curtain fabric for the inner curtain fabric to pass therethrough. When the bottom end of the inner curtain fabric drives the bottom end of the outer curtain fabric to be moved up, the plurality of limiting members are pushed and moved up in sequence so that the outer curtain fabric is folded and overlapped continuously.
