RESTRICTION MEMBER FOR PLEATED SHADE ASSEMBLIES
A pleated shade assembly includes a shade having multiple pleated portions formed transversely formed on the front side thereof. Any two of the pleated portions adjacent to each other have an overlapped portion which is a combination of two respective longitudinal sides of the adjacent pleated portions. A restriction member is located at the rear side of the shade and connected between the top and the bottom of the shade. The restriction member restricts expansion of the pleated portions so as to prevent the pleated portions from being overly deformed.
Interactive Objects Including Touch-Sensitive Cords
An interactive window treatment can include an interactive cord. The interactive cord can include a plurality of non-conductive lines; a plurality of conductive lines arranged together with one or more of the plurality of non-conductive lines to form a touch-sensitive area and a non-touch-sensitive area along the interactive cord. The interactive object can include at least one processor and at least one tangible, non-transitory computer-readable medium that stores instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations. The operations can include detecting a user gesture using one or more of the plurality of conductive lines. The interactive cord can be connected with an upper attachment point at a first end of the interactive cord.
SHIELDING DEVICE
A shielding device for opening and closing a shielding member by rotation of a winding shaft, the shielding device including a speed controller configured to control an automatic movement speed of the shielding member, wherein the speed controller includes: a housing containing a viscous fluid; and a moving member contained in the housing and configured to move by rotation of the winding shaft, and the speed controller is configured so that resistance the moving member receives from the viscous fluid varies with movement of the moving member, is provided.
Motorized Window Covering Having Electronic Port Located at Bottom Rail and Power Storage Device Located at Upper Rail
A motorized window covering assembly including a head rail, a bottom rail, and a window covering extending therebetween. Located at the head rail is a power storage device, while an electronic port (e.g., transferring power and/or data) is located at the opposite bottom rail. Electrical conductors are routed through the window covering electrically connecting the power storage device to the electronic port. The power storage device is chargeable at any position of the bottom rail relative to the head rail.
Arched window covering capable of adjusting size
An arched window covering having shade mount with a base, at least a spacer, and two rails wherein a shade is mounted on the shade mount and the width of the spacer is adjustable and positioned on the base such that the rails movably engage the base and a length of the shade mount is changeable by changing the width of the spacer to thereby adapt to a differing size of a shade mounted on the shade mount by adjusting the spacer rather than cutting the rail to fit the windows with different sizes.
MOTORIZED WINDOW TREATMENT
A motorized window treatment may provide a low-cost solution for controlling the amount of daylight entering a space through a window. The window treatment may include a covering material (e.g., a cellular shade fabric or a roller shade fabric), a drive assembly for raising and lowering the covering material, and a motor drive unit including a motor configured to drive the drive assembly to raise and lower the covering material. The motorized window treatment may comprise one or more battery packs configured to receive batteries for powering the motor drive unit. The batteries may be located out of view of a user of the motorized window treatment (e.g., in a headrail or in a battery compartment). The motorized window treatment may use various power-saving methods to lengthen the lifetime of the batteries, e.g., to reduce the motor speed to conserve additional battery power and extend the lifetime of the batteries.
ADJUSTABLE CUTDOWN ROMAN SHADE
A window covering comprises a head rail, first and second panels, and first and second bottom rails secured to the first and second panels. A position of the first bottom rail relative to the second bottom rail is adjustable. A third panel can be provided, and a third bottom rail can be secured to a lower portion of the third panel. A position of the third bottom rail relative to the second bottom rail is adjustable. A first rod can be coupled to both the first panel and the third panel to span a gap therebetween. A second rod can be coupled to the second panel. A double rod clip can connect the first rod to the second rod. Single rod clips can secure the first and third panels to the first rod. Each of the rod clips preferably includes a cord guide for guiding and retaining a corresponding lift cord.
Window shade and its control module
A control module of a window shade includes a drive axle affixed with a sleeve, an arrester assembled around the sleeve, a cord drum connected with an operating cord, a clutch operable to couple and decouple the cord drum with respect to the drive axle, and a release unit including a stick that is operatively connected with the arrester. The arrester blocks rotation of the drive axle in a locking state, and has an unlocking state allowing rotation of the drive axle. The operating cord is pulled to drive the cord drum in rotation and turn the clutch to a coupling state, such that the rotation of the cord drum is transmitted through the clutch to drive the drive axle in rotation for raising the shading structure. Moreover, the stick is operable to switch the arrester from to the unlocking state for lowering the shading structure by gravity action.

MOTORIZED WINDOW TREATMENT
A motorized window treatment provides a low-cost solution for controlling the amount of daylight entering a space through a window. The window treatment includes a covering material, a drive shaft, at least one lift cord rotatably received around the drive shaft and connected to the covering material, and a motor coupled to the drive shaft for raising and lowering the covering material. The window treatment also includes a spring assist unit for assisting the motor by providing a torque that equals the torque provided by the weight on the cords that lift the covering material at a position midway between fully-open and fully-closed positions, which helps to minimize motor usage and conserve battery life if a battery is used to power the motorized window treatment. The window treatment may comprise a photosensor for measuring the amount of daylight outside the window and temperature sensors for measuring the temperatures inside and outside of the window. The position of the covering material may be automatically controlled in response to the photosensor and the temperature sensors to save energy, or may also be controlled in response to an infrared or radio-frequency remote control.
