Planetary gearbox system
A fire door operator for a rolling door includes a housing defining an axis. An outer main gear in the form of an annular ring is mounted within the housing for rotation about the axis and formed with exterior gear teeth and radially inwardly spaced interior teeth. Planet gears are meshed with the interior teeth and a sun gear is meshed with the planet gears for rotation about the axis. A carrier is secured to the planetary gears and coupled to the shaft. A lock normally locks the main gear in relation to the housing. A drive selectively rotates the sun gear and the carrier to transmit rotational power to a rolling door shaft when secured to the carrier. A releasing device selectively releases the lock to allow free rotation of the main gear and the carrier to allow a rolling door to be lowered under its own weight.
EQUIPMENT PROTECTION SYSTEM AND PROTECTION DEVICE THEREOF
A protection device is provided, including a first fixed member, a second fixed member, a supporting member, a roller, an awning, an electromagnetic device, and a power supply unit. The supporting member connects to the first and second fixed members. The roller is movably disposed on the supporting member. The power supply unit provides electrical power to the electromagnetic device, so that the electromagnetic device attracts the roller, and the awning remains in a received state. When the power supply unit stops providing electrical power to the electromagnetic device, the roller moves along the supporting member, and the awning is expanded to cover the equipment.
Magnetic quick release shade system
The quick release device may comprise a shade tube, a gear wheel engaging with the shade tube, a pawl removably engaging with the gear wheel and a solenoid configured to activate the pawl. The activation of the pawl disengages the pawl from the pawl wheel and allows the shade tube to rotate. The quick release device may also include a shade tube, a rotating brake plate engaging with the shade tube, a spring configured to apply pressure to the rotating brake plate and a magnet configured to apply magnetism to the spring. In response to the magnet applying magnetism to the spring, the spring contracts and releases pressure on the rotating brake plate and allows the shade tube to rotate.

INTELLIGENT SENSING EDGE AND CONTROL SYSTEM
A sensing edge is made in segments that can be used to determine at which point along the edge an obstruction occurred. Data collected can be used to determine a point in a process that the fault occurred by addressing each segment individually or as a whole. A programmable controller can be operatively coupled to the sensing edge, and can include logic to control the door and/or other equipment using data collected from the sensing edge.

OPERATING CONTROL METHOD OF A MOTORIZED DRIVING DEVICE OF A CLOSURE OR SUN PROTECTION HOME AUTOMATION INSTALLATION, AND RELATED DEVICE
A method for operationally controlling a motor-driven device for driving a home automated closure or sun-shading apparatus includes at least the following steps: —measuring (E21), via a measuring device, a first value of the strength of an electrical current passing through an electric motor; —determining (E24) a difference in strength relative to the first measured strength value after a period of time starting from the moment that the first strength value is measured has elapsed; —selecting (E25) one of the first threshold strength values on the basis of the elapsed time period; —comparing (E26) the difference in strength determined relative to the selected threshold strength value; and—determining (E27) the presence or absence of an obstacle or end of travel on the basis of the result of the comparison step (E26).
Door having a flexible curtain and a wireless emitter inside the curtain
A flexible curtain has a ballasting and sealing element and a reinforcing element, and is able to move between an open position and a closed position. The door comprises a detection unit configured to detect an encounter of the ballasting and sealing element with an obstacle. The door also comprises a wireless emitter arranged inside the curtain, close to an upright, in a lateral region of the curtain. The emitter cooperates with the detection unit and emits a radio signal when the obstacle is detected by the detection unit. The radio signal is received by a receiver which cooperates with a driving unit so as to stop or reversely move the curtain.
