Drainage for a Telescope Section of a Landing String
A drainage device is for a tubular, telescopic pipe-landing unit having a through pipe bore partially formed of a center pipe extending from an upper end portion of an outer pipe-landing section and with a free end in through an upper end portion of an inner pipe-landing section, which is axially movable in the outer pipe-landing section. The center pipe has a fluid-communication opening arranged for pressure equalization between the pipe bore and an annulus between the center pipe and the outer pipe-landing section. The annulus has a drain passage arranged to be opened by the axial movement of the inner pipe-landing section into the outer pipe-landing section away from an extended, operative position, in which an abutment portion on the upper end portion of the inner pipe-landing section is resting sealingly against a seat portion on a lower end portion of the outer pipe-landing section.
Method of subsea containment and system
A method and system of subsea containment which includes the steps of lowering the running tool into a subsea containment system, wherein the subsea containment system comprises an annular preventer, engaging the running tool to a target, closing the annular preventer, pulling up the target, and circulating fluid about the target. In a preferred method, rotating the running tool, cutting tubing, circulating the fluid at of the circulation line through the outlet, pulling the running tool out of the subsea containment system, and/or opening the annular preventer also performed. The target may be any item found in a subsea environment including a tubing hanger, a casing hanger, a tubing, a seal assembly, a component of a wellhead, or a component of the downhole completion.

ONE TRIP BLOWOUT PREVENTER CLEANING AND PRESSURE TESTING
A bottom hole assembly (BHA) has a plug below a debris catcher and an optional telescoping joint. A cleaning tool is above the debris catcher with another cleaning tool further up the BHA that is designed to clean the riser that extends up from the BOP. The plug is spotted and released to commence the BOP cleaning and the riser cleaning. The cleaning tools can be reconfigured to allow through flow after the cleaning is done so that the rams can be closed around a drill collar and a pressure test take place. With the BHA above the BOP the rams can be closed against each other for another pressure test from above. In a variety of options for the method, the plug can be retrieved after released or left in the hole in the set position.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FULL BORE TUBING HEAD SPOOL
A system includes a tubing head spool (THS) installed in a non-plugged wellbore, the THS having a bore diameter to permit passage of one or more wellbore components corresponding to one or more wellbore components that pass through an associated blowout preventer (BOP). The system also includes an orientation sleeve arranged within the THS and installed, the orientation sleeve being positioned and aligned within the THS via one or more engagement features mating with one or more orientation features within the bore.
Continuous drilling system
A lock plug (7A) is inserted into a plug installation position of an insertion hole (5a) of a tool stem (5) connected to a drill string (10), and when a fluid has flowed to the insertion hole (5a), a stopper (62) protrudes radially outward from a tool body (6) and is locked to a subsea wellhead (4) and an internal stopper (66) protrudes radially inward from the tool body (6) and is locked to the tool stem (5) in a lock state. An unlock plug is inserted into the plug installation position of the insertion hole (5a), and when the fluid has flowed into the insertion hole (5a), the stopper (62) is separated from the subsea wellhead (4) and the internal stopper (66) is separated from the tool stem (5) to release the lock state.

Adjustable mudline tubing hanger suspension system
An adjustable mudline suspension system, including a tubing hanger having an exterior profile, a clamp having an inner profile to mate with the exterior profile of the tubing hanger, a biasing element to bias the clamp radially inward into an engaged position where the inner and exterior profiles are mated, and a piston to bias the clamp radially outward into a disengaged position where the inner and exterior profiles are not mated when hydraulically actuated. The weight of the tubing hanger is supported by the adjustable mudline suspension system when the interior profile of the clamp mates with the exterior profile of the hanger.
Process for constructing a well for exploiting a reservoir under a sea-bed or ocean-bed
A process for constructing a well (1) for exploiting an oil or gas reservoir, comprising the following operations: (A) drilling a formation submerged by a water head, at least 3,600 meters deep or more, reaching the formation from the surface of the water with a drilling riser (7), and a drilling tool which passes internally through the drilling riser; and evacuating through the drilling riser (7) at least one of the circulating drilling fluid, the oil or natural gas coming from the formations and the resulting drilling materials. The drilling riser (7) has an external diameter equal to or smaller than 17 inches and reaches a wellhead (3) having an internal diameter equal to or smaller than 18.75 inches, and positioned in correspondence with or close to the seabed submerged which covers the formation.
