DOWNHOLE POWER GENERATING APPARATUS
A downhole power generating apparatus comprising a low pressure chamber, a floating piston, a high pressure chamber, a first flow through path, a second flow through path, and a turbine. The low pressure chamber includes an inlet and an outlet for cycling tubing fluid. The floating piston separates the low pressure chamber into an upper and lower section. The floating piston is cyclically responsive to a cycle of tubing fluid and another cycle of tubing fluid. The first flow through path couples a fluid from the lower section of the low pressure chamber to the high pressure chamber in response to a cyclical response of the floating piston. The second flow through path couples the fluid from the high pressure chamber to the lower section in response to another cyclical response of the floating piston.
DRIVE FOR DEEP-WELL SUCKER-ROD PUMPING UNIT
A sucker-rod pumping unit for fluid withdrawal is disclosed which relates to the oil producing industry and may be used in other industrial and agricultural sectors. The objective of the invention is to provide an improvement of kinematics to extend the range of use of a drive for the deep-well sucker-rod pumping unit. The drive comprises an electric motor coupled through a central gearbox to differentials comprising pinions and wheels, each differential having an output shaft and a housing fixedly coupled to a crownwheel. The housing of each differential, which is fixedly coupled to the crownwheel, is coupled through a crank to a pitman arm. In the meantime, the pitman arms coupled to the cranks fixedly coupled to the crownwheels are coupled through yokes to an equalizer on a walking beam, or the pinions of the differentials engage the output shaft of the central gearbox.
PLUG AND VALVE INTEGRATED CONE VALVE PUMP WITH COMBINED TYPE MOVABLE AND FIXED THREE CYLINDERS AND TWO SPIRAL CENTRALIZERS
The present invention relates to a plug and valve integrated cone valve pump with combined type movable and fixed three cylinders and two spiral centralizers, which is applied to suction working conditions in highly deviated well sections. It comprises three pump cylinders, which are combined type including two fixed cylinders and a dynamic cylinder, two centralizers, which are combined type including a dynamic spiral centralizer and fixed spiral centralizer, a fixed cone valve, a cylinder and plug integrated springing fixed cone valve, a fixed plunger and a movable guide rod cone valve to solve the problems such as stuck pump, eccentric wear between plunger and pump cylinder and valve leakage.
MULTI-STAGE DOWNHOLE GAS SEPARATOR
Horizontal wells and multi-completion vertical wells generally have a greater performance requirement on downhole gas separators to separate a gas portion from a liquid portion of the well fluid prior to entering an artificial lifting system (or pump). Implementations described and claimed herein provide a downhole gas separator comprising a dip tube extending from a tubing inlet to an open end, a tubing section extending around the dip tube, and a separator sleeve extending around the tubing section. A liquid component of the fluid stream makes a first u-turn at the open end of the separator sleeve, an s-turn at the openings in the tubing section, and second u-turn at the open end of the dip tube. A gaseous component of the fluid stream continues upwards at the open end of the separator sleeve.
