Battery-powered stand-alone motor unit
A stand-alone motor unit includes a base having a first side and a second side adjacent the first side, an electric motor arranged in the base and including an output shaft, a power take-off shaft receiving torque from the motor and protruding from the second side of the base, a battery pack, and a battery module removably coupled to the base. The battery module includes a side wall and a battery receptacle for receiving the battery pack for providing power to the motor when the battery module is coupled to the base. The battery module is configured to be coupled to the base in a first position, in which the side wall of the battery module is parallel with the second side of the base, and in a second position, in which the side wall is perpendicular to the second side of the base.
Battery-Powered Work Machine with On-Demand Cooling and Conditioning of the Battery
A work machine includes a working device for generating a working motion; an electric motor for driving the working device; an electric energy storage device for supplying the electric motor with electric current; and a cooling device for cooling the energy storage device. The cooling device comprises at least one fan device for generating a cooling air flow which can be directed over the energy storage device. At least one temperature sensor is provided for detecting a temperature, and a control device is provided for controlling the fan device as a function of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor.
COMPACTING POWER TOOL
A compacting power tool comprising: a housing; a motor mounted within the housing; a reciprocating drive mechanism coupled to the motor, wherein reciprocating drive mechanism comprises a reciprocating piston movable between a first position and a second position; a compacting foot coupled to the reciprocating drive mechanism and configured to reciprocate and engage a surface to be compacted when the motor is operating; and a controller configured to cause the motor to provide a first torque when the reciprocating piston is moving from the first position to the second position and to provide a second torque when the reciprocating piston is moving from the second position to the first position, wherein the first torque is greater than the second torque.
Vibrating device for smoothing cement with direction sensor
A vibrating device includes a housing with a first and second cases that are connected to a mounting device and are connected to each other with a bridge tube. The mounting plate with the connected housing is removably connected to a blade of a cement smoothing device where the first and second cases are positioned on either side of a handle of the blade. The housing contains one or more motors to evenly impart a vibration to the blade. The housing also contains one or more sensor assemblies which are electrically connected to the one or more motors to selectively engage or disengage a circuit to power or not power the one or more motors. The one or more sensor assemblies are arranged to detect a tilt of the vibrating device to engage or disengage the power.
Hand-held work tool with decoupled drawbar carrier
A hand-held power tool has a lower mass and an upper mass. The lower mass has a tool and a working device for causing the tool to effect a work movement. The upper mass is movable relative to the lower mass and has a drive motor for the working device. A first vibration decoupling device is arranged between the lower mass and the upper mass for decoupling the upper mass from the lower mass in terms of vibration. A guide drawbar guides is provided for guiding the work tool by an operator. An electrical energy storage provides electrical energy for starting the drive motor. A drawbar carrier is carried by the upper mass and is connected to the upper mass via a second vibration decoupling device. The guide drawbar is attached to the drawbar carrier, and the energy storage is carried by the drawbar carrier.
PLATE COMPACTOR
A compactor includes a plate, a shaft rotatably supported upon the plate, an electric motor configured to cause rotation of the shaft, and an eccentric mass arranged to rotate on the shaft, causing the plate to vibrate in response to rotation of the eccentric mass. The eccentric mass is configured to translate along the shaft.
COMPACTING POWER TOOL
A compacting power tool comprising: a housing; a motor and a first electrical storage electrically connected to the motor mounted within the housing; a reciprocating drive mechanism coupled to the motor; and a compacting foot coupled to the reciprocating drive mechanism and configured to reciprocate and engage a surface to be compacted when the motor is operating; and an energy capture system comprising a second electrical energy storage and at least one generator electrically connected to the second electrical energy storage, wherein the at least one generator is coupled to the reciprocating drive mechanism.
COMPACTING POWER TOOL
A compacting power tool comprising: a motor; a housing; at least one handle connected to the housing; a reciprocating drive mechanism coupled to the motor; and a compacting foot coupled to the reciprocating drive mechanism and configured to engage a surface to be compacted; a battery carrier coupled to a vibration compensation mechanism moveably mounted on a side of the housing.
Vibrating float tool
A vibration float tool comprising a float pad, an enclosed vibrating component affixed to the top of the float pad, a switch affixed to a battery used for activating and deactivating the enclosed vibrating component, a handle affixed to a surface of the enclosed vibrating component and the battery is used for powering the enclosed vibrating component wherein the battery attached to the handle. A method of using the vibrating float tool to level and settle a semi-liquid construction substrate, comprising activating the enclosed vibrating component with the switch, applying the float pad of the vibrating float tool across the semi-liquid construction substrate, leveling the surface of the semi-liquid construction substrate and setting the semi-liquid construction substrate.
