Loader with improved arm path
A compact utility loader compact utility loader comprising a frame, a first track and a second track positioned on either side of the frame, and a pair of loader arms. The loader arms are configured to couple with an attachment via a hitch plate and a hitch pin. The compact utility loader is configured such that as the loader arms are raised and lowered, the hitch pin follows a path approximately defined by a curve f(x)=4.641e.sup.0.34x The value “x” represents a horizontal direction and the function f(x) represents a vertical direction.
COMPACT UTILITY LOADER
A compact utility loader compact utility loader comprising a frame including a lower portion and an upper portion. A width of the lower portion is smaller than a width of the upper portion. The compact utility loader additionally comprises a first track and a second track, with each track being positioned on a side of the frame. Each of the tracks has a width of at least 7.5 inches, and the compact utility loader has an overall width of no more than 36 inches.
Front loader and work car
A front loader is attached to a car body and includes: a boom; a mainframe fixed to the car body; and a subframe that is detachably attached to the mainframe and supports the boom. The subframe includes: a first engaging portion that engages with the mainframe, and a second engaging portion that engages with the mainframe at a different position from the first engaging portion. Both the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are formed in an attachment member that is integrally formed and that constitutes at least a portion of the subframe.
Method and apparatus for mitigating machine operator command delay
A method for machine grade assist includes determining whether user input will cause an implement of a machine to dig below a desired grade. User input to move a stick of an excavator can be blocked and/or delayed using hydraulic pressure so that movement of both the stick and the boom of the excavator can be synchronized to prevent a bucket of the excavator from digging below a desired grade when the stick is moved.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE BOOM MOUNT DEVICE
A boom mount device of a construction machine can easily align a boom with an upper frame of the construction machine when mounting the boom on the upper frame. The upper frame includes a center section including one pair of left-and-right vertical plates. The vertical plates include outside surfaces facing outside and guide parts disposed on the outside surfaces and guide holes are formed. An adapter that pivotably connects a base end of the boom and a base end of a boom cylinder is mounted on the base end side of the boom. The adapter includes one pair of left-and-right guide pins. When the boom is mounted on the upper frame, the one pair of left-and-right guide pins is inserted into the guide holes of the one pair of left-and-right guide parts.
Rotary working vehicle
A rotary working vehicle is provided with: a lower traveling body; an upper rotating body; a rotating frame constituting the bottom of the upper rotating body; a boom bracket supported by the rotating frame so as to be capable pivoting horizontally; a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate, which are raised from the bottom plate of the rotating frame; a swing cylinder provided on the opposite side of the second vertical plate from the first vertical plate and connecting the rotating frame and the boom bracket; a protrusion piece protruding toward the swing cylinder from a side wall of the second vertical plate above the swing cylinder; a hose guide provided to the protrusion piece; and first and second hydraulic hoses which pass above the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, extend downward from above through the hose guide, and reach the swing cylinder.
Boom assembly and method of assembly thereof
A boom assembly for a pipelayer includes a boom member having a first end and a second end. The boom assembly includes a first boom block adapted to be removably coupled to the second end of the boom member. The boom assembly includes a second boom block adapted to be removably coupled to a chassis of the pipelayer. The boom assembly includes a first hook block adapted to be removably coupled to the second end of the boom member. The boom assembly includes a second hook block adapted to be operably coupled to the first hook block. The boom assembly also includes a first lifting connector disposed on the first boom block and a second lifting connector disposed on the first hook block. Each of the first lifting connector and the second lifting connector is adapted to removably receive a lifting strap therethrough.
Work attachment and work machine including the same
A work attachment is capable of performing work at a high place while restricting the driving force required to lift the work attachment from its fallen posture in a folded state. The work attachment includes a main boom, a first insert boom and a second insert boom to be selectively used, an intermediate boom, an arm, and a distal working device. The intermediate boom has bendable first and second joints. The second insert boom has a fixed shape. The first insert boom is bent to project upward at a middle joint in the fallen posture, thereby making the center of gravity of the work attachment closer to a boom rotation center axis.
