System and method for load control of a lift arm
11898326 · 2024-02-13 · ·

An arm load control system for a work vehicle including a controller comprising a memory and a processor. The controller is configured to determine whether a lift arm is in a maximum load configuration based on a position of the lift arm relative to a chassis of the work vehicle and output a control signal to a propulsion assembly of the work vehicle indicative of instructions to adjust a tractive effort of the work vehicle based on whether the lift arm is in the maximum load configuration.

Wire locking structure for boom extension
10246314 · 2019-04-02 · ·

A boom-extending wire locking structure has a wire locking tool, provided at a base end side of a first boom member and/or a base end side of a third boom member, that locks an extending wire by winding a lock part of each wire member. The wire locking tool includes: a pair of fixing pieces provided on both sides in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to a boom-extending direction and fixed to the first boom member and/or the third boom member; and wire locking parts, provided between the pair of fixing pieces, including arch-shaped grooves for winding the respective lock parts of the wire members. The wire locking parts are arranged in a central axis direction of the arc shape between the pair of fixing pieces. Central axes of the wire locking parts are arranged at different positions in the orthogonal direction from respective adjacent wire locking parts.

SAFETY SYSTEM FOR MOBILE APPARATUS

A boom lockout device for use with a hydraulic front shovel comprising a first half and a second half, each of which comprises a flat ceiling and two flat side walls. The ceiling is situated between the two side walls and is joined to the two side walls along a longitudinal edge of the ceiling. The angle between the ceiling and each of the two side walls is approximately ninety degrees. The first half and the second half are bolted together around the cylinder rod. The boom lockout device is installed between the barrel and the mount of the boom cylinder to prevent the rod from retracting into the barrel.

Work vehicle boom lock

A work vehicle may include a chassis, linkage, and locking pin. The linkage may include an upper link pivotally connected to the chassis, lower link pivotally connected to the chassis, and boom. The boom may include an upper arm pivotally connected to the upper link, lower arm pivotally connected to the lower link, front arm pivotally connected to a work tool assembly, and locking tab affixed to one of the front arm and the lower arm and protruding from one of the front arm and the lower arm in a direction away from the work tool assembly. The locking pin may be connected to the chassis and extend laterally relative to the chassis from a retracted position outside a travel path of the locking tab to an extended position intersecting the travel path of the locking tab.

LATCH ASSEMBLY FOR SERVICE PIN OF MACHINE

A latch assembly for a service pin of a machine includes a housing, a first member, and a second member. The housing is configured for rotatably receiving the service pin. Further, the housing defines a sliding structure for axial movement of the service pin at a rotational position of the service pin. The first member is pivotably attached to the housing and is adapted to selectively prevent rotation of the service pin. The second member of latch assembly is configured to be slidably attached to the housing and movable to a bottom position to retain the first member.

Articulated operating arm with swivel joint mechanism

Articulated operating arm (100) on which one or more implements are or can be mounted, comprising substantially three articulations (101,102,103) which are pivotally connected to each other, which substantially three articulations comprise a first articulation, a second articulation and a third articulation which is intended for connection to the one or more implements, which second articulation is pivotally connected at a first end to the first articulation an at a second end to the third articulation, wherein the substantially three articulations are rotatable adjacently of each other in order to form a shortened arm, this such that during the rotation a mechanical locking of the third articulation occurs between the second and the first articulations.

Control system for actuated pins

An actuated shear pin includes an actuator and pin body coupled to the actuator. The actuator selectively configures the pin body in a locking configuration or a stowed configuration. In the locking configuration, the pin body is placed in a travel path of two components configured to move relative to each other, to inhibit such relative movement. In the stowed configuration, the pin body is out of the travel path, thereby allowing the two components to move relative to each other.
