Display system for machine

A display system for displaying image data of an environment of a machine includes a display screen and a plurality of imaging devices communicably coupled to the display screen. Each of the plurality of imaging devices generates image data of the environment of the machine and has an associated operating parameter. The plurality of imaging devices stores the image data in an uncompressed form. The plurality of imaging devices compresses the image data and generates signals indicative of the compressed image data. The plurality of imaging devices receives the operating parameter associated with at least one another imaging device. The plurality of imaging devices transmits the compressed image data to the display screen based on the associated operating parameter and the received parameter of the at least one another imaging device. The plurality of imaging devices displays an image on the display screen based on the transmitted image data.

A valve system, including first, second, third and fourth ports, a first flow path connecting the first and second ports, a second flow path connecting the third and fourth ports, with valves connected in the first and second flow paths, and energizable to block the same. A third flow path connects the first and second ports and a fourth flow path connects the third and fourth ports. The third and fourth flow paths are more restricted than the respective first and second flow paths. A fifth flow path connects the first and fourth ports and a sixth flow path connects the second and third ports. When the third and fourth flow paths are open, the first, second, fifth, and sixth flow paths are blocked. When the first and second flow paths are open, the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth flow paths are blocked. When the fifth and sixth flow paths are open, the first, second, third, and fourth, flow paths are blocked.

WORK MACHINE WITH BUCKET MONITORING
20180313063 · 2018-11-01 · ·

A work machine includes: a chassis; a backhoe assembly carried by the chassis, the backhoe assembly including: a boom pivotably linked to the chassis at a boom pivot point; a boom angle sensor associated with the boom pivot point; a stick extendably linked to the boom; a stick extension sensor associated with the stick; a bucket pivotably linked to the stick at a bucket pivot point; and a bucket angle sensor associated with the bucket pivot point. A controller coupled to the boom angle sensor, the stick extension sensor, and the bucket angle sensor is configured to: determine a boom angle of the boom; determine a stick extension of the stick; determine a bucket angle of the bucket; and output a bucket location signal corresponding to a current bucket position and a current bucket orientation, relative to the chassis, based on the determined boom angle, stick extension, and bucket angle.

Back guard attachable to a bucket, method of forming the back guard, and bucket assembly including the back guard

A back guard for a loader bucket is removably mountable to the bucket and can accommodate buckets having different widths. A bucket assembly that includes the bucket and the back guard can accommodate stacked items, such as wood, for transport on the loader bucket. It has a back plate sufficiently strong to hold debris, while not obstructing the vision of the tractor operator. The back plate is slideably disposed relative to left and right supports that are mountable, respectively to the left and right sides of the bucket to provide a sliding mechanism. Each side of the back guard can accept additional implementations, such as left and right side guards useful for further containing the items in the bucket, so that more items can be transported. A method of forming the back guard includes welding components thereof.

POWER OPERATED LOCKING SYSTEM EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD

A power operated locking device for securing for example a tooth or an adaptor, to a ground engaging system, the lock having an internal motor, and sensing system operated by remote wireless technology to unlock and lock the locking device, and a wireless transmitting handheld device for the locking, and unlocking of the power operated locking device, wherein the motor and drive and electronic response circuits are all contained within the power operated locking device.

Payload management system

A payload management system embodiment may include a force sensing system operatively associated with a bucket of an excavator. The force sensing system senses a magnitude of a force required to hold the bucket at a defined position with respect to a reference datum. An angle sensing system operatively associated with the bucket senses a direction of the force with respect the reference datum. A processing system operatively associated with the force system and the angle sensing system processes data relating to the magnitude of the force and the direction of the force to determine the amount of the payload in the bucket.

A CRUSHER BUCKET WITH JAWS
20180221885 · 2018-08-09 ·

A crusher bucket comprising a casing in which there are mounted crushing means comprising a fixed jaw and a movable jaw, in which the movable jaw is supported on the casing by means of a pair of eccentric shafts, wherein at least one of the eccentric shafts is directly fixed to the side walls of the casing.

Excavator tooth retention apparatus
