ADJUSTABLE LOCKING MECHANISM FOR BUCKET DOOR
A locking mechanism for a bucket of the type having a main body defining a cavity and an opening configured for unloading a content of the bucket from the cavity and a door pivotally mounted on the main body, the door movable between a closed position in which the opening is substantially closed by the door and an opened position in which the content may exit the bucket via the opening. The locking mechanism may include a locking mechanism having a latch bar engaged by a lever bar, the lever bar in abutment against a fulcrum, the lever bar movable between a locked position in which the latch bar locks the door in the closed position by engagement with at least one abutment surface on the main body, and an unlocked position in which the latch bar is disengaged from at least one abutment surface to allow movement of the door from the closed position to the opened position. An adjusting mechanism may be operable to move the fulcrum relative to the door to vary an overlap of the latch bar with the at least one abutment surface.
Bucket with vibrating screen
A bucket with a vibrating screen is provided. The bucket includes a bucket member having an inner volume. The bucket member includes an first portion having a first opening to access the inner volume and a tapered second portion having a second opening to access the inner volume. The second opening is smaller than the first opening. The bucket includes a screen removably coupled to the bucket member within the inner volume in a location between the first portion and the second portion. The bucket includes a vibration generation device coupled to the screen.
MULTIPURPOSE BUCKET
A multipurpopse bucket comprising a front section and a rear section rotatably coupled with the front section. As such, the bucket is configured to transition from a closed position to an open position. The bucket further comprises a single actuator configured to transition the bucket between the closed position and the open position. The actuator is centrally positioned with respect to a width of the bucket.
Swivel bucket
A bucket assembly for attachment to a machine, such as a skid steer or tractor, that includes a bucket and a mounting assembly that permits swiveling of the bucket about a vertical axis and pivoting of the bucket about a horizontal axis.
Screening bucket
A screening bucket comprises a main structure which includes a collecting portion for the material to be screened and a receiving member in which there is collected the material which is subjected to sieving and which has a discharge opening for the screened material. A plurality of rotating elements are arranged in the region of the discharge opening and are supported in a removable manner on pairs of opposing bearing groups. The bearing groups comprise a bearing and a rotatable support, to which there is connected an end of the rotating element by means of a male/female connection, wherein the rotatable support further comprises a locking portion which is capable of being retained by means of a corresponding retention device so as to prevent the rotation of the rotatable support when the rotating element is removed.
Dipper door and dipper door trip assembly
A mining machine includes a boom, a handle coupled to the boom, a dipper coupled to the handle, and a dipper door pivotally coupled to the dipper. The mining shovel also includes a dipper door trip assembly including a trip motor coupled to the boom, a trip drum coupled to the handle, a linkage assembly coupled to the dipper door, a first actuation element extending directly from the trip motor to the trip drum, and a second actuation element extending directly from the trip drum to the linkage assembly.
Face Shovel And Method Of Operation
A digging machine (1) such as a face shovel is controlled in an automated dumping sequence in which the bucket (10, 10′) is pivoted to a first angular orientation before opening and, optionally, re-orienting to a second, slightly more forwardly inclined angular orientation. The first orientation may relieve the front part (20) of the bucket from the load while the second orientation is selected to discharge the load at an optimal trajectory. The bucket may move to a third angular orientation before closing the front part (20) against gravity.
RETENTION SYSTEM FOR A LINE ON A SPOOL
A retention system for a line on a spool is disclosed. The retention system may include a base component that includes a retention receiving element within a line-side surface of the base component. The retention system may include a line engagement component that includes an engagement surface, wherein the engagement surface includes a portion that is perpendicular to the base component to engage a line, wherein the engagement surface abuts the line-side surface. The retention system may include a removable retention component that is configured to retain the line between the engagement surface and the removable retention component when the removable retention component is installed within the retention receiving element.
Dump bucket with insert for side dumping
A dump bucket, comprising a first side, a second side defining a plurality of slots, and an inner surface; and an insert installed between the inner surface and the second side at an angle to aid in side dumping out of the second side of the bucket; wherein tabs defined by the insert are received in the slots in the second side of the bucket.
