The frame includes a right side, a left side, and a bottom side extending between the right side and the left side. The compact utility loader additionally includes an engine mount secured to the bottom side of the frame and spaced apart from each of the left side and the right side of the frame. The compact utility loader further comprises an engine supported on the engine mount.
Hydraulic system and methods for an earthmoving machine
A hydraulic system for a machine includes an implement pump, a valve, and an implement valve subsystem. The implement pump includes a load sensing control, and the valve controls the flow of hydraulic fluid to the implement pump. The implement valve subsystem includes one or more implement control subsystems to control movement of an implement. The valve is an electrohydraulic proportional relief valve and includes a solenoid configured to adjust the pressure of hydraulic fluid delivered to the implement pump proportionally to a current delivered through the solenoid.
CONTROLLER AND METHOD FOR HYDRAULIC APPARATUS
The present invention provides a controller for a hydraulic apparatus. The controller is configured to determine (410) that a mode change criteria has been met for the hydraulic apparatus. In response to the determination, the controller is configured to control (420) a valve arrangement to change a first actuator chamber of a hydraulic actuator between being fluidly connected to a hydraulic machine and fluidly isolated from a second chamber of the hydraulic actuator, and being fluidly connected to both the second actuator chamber and the hydraulic machine. Further in response to the determination, the controller is configured to control (430) the hydraulic machine to change a flow rate of hydraulic fluid flowing through the hydraulic machine to regulate a movement of the hydraulic actuator during the control of the valve arrangement.
WORK MACHINE
A work machine includes a prime mover, a hydraulic pump to be operated by the prime mover to output an operation fluid, a hydraulic device to be operated by the operation fluid, a measurement sensor to measure a first temperature and a second temperature, the first temperature being a temperature of the operation fluid at starting of the prime mover, the second temperature being a temperature of the operation fluid after the starting of the prime mover, and a controller including a determiner to determine an upper limit revolution speed based on the first temperature, the upper limit revolution speed being an upper limit of a revolution speed of the prime mover, and a changer to change the upper limit revolution speed based on the second temperature.
Hydraulic system for a working machine and a method for controlling a hydraulic system
A hydraulic system includes a first and a second rotating hydraulic machine, the first and second hydraulic machine being arranged to provide a torque via a common output shaft; a first valve arrangement for providing a differential hydraulic pressure level over the first hydraulic machine by using two sources of hydraulic fluid having different hydraulic pressure levels, a second valve arrangement for providing a differential hydraulic pressure level over the second hydraulic machine by using two sources of hydraulic fluid having different hydraulic pressure levels; and a control unit configured to control the first valve arrangement and the second valve arrangement such that different discrete levels of torque are provided via the output shaft of the hydraulic system. A hydraulic system for providing different discrete levels of torque using one hydraulic machine and a plurality of differential pressure levels, and a method for controlling a hydraulic system, are also provided.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROL OF ELECTRICALLY POWERED POWER MACHINES
A control device for a power machine can be configured to determine an operating temperature of a power machine and to derate one or more electrical actuators of the power machine to limit regenerative charging to the electrical power source. A method of operating a power machine can include controlling one or more electrical actuators, with a control device, to cause an implement of a power machine to fluctuate in orientation over a plurality of cycles, based on receiving an operator input that initiates the fluctuation or detecting an operational condition of the power machine.
Variable system pressure based on implement position
A hydraulic system for controlling an implement on a work machine may include a hydraulic reservoir, a hydraulic pump in fluid communication with the reservoir, a central valve in fluid communication with the pump and configured for controlling the implement, a load sense pressure relief system, and a controller. The controller may be configured for controlling the central valve and the load sense pressure relief system and selecting between operating the hydraulic system at a first pressure and a second pressure based on a factor relating to implement position.
Wheel loader and method for controlling wheel loader
A wheel loader includes: a front frame; a bucket; a boom having a distal end connected to bucket, and a proximal end rotatably supported by front frame; a sensor configured to measure a distance between boom and a loading target; and a controller configured to control an action of wheel loader. The controller causes wheel loader to perform a predetermined action for collision avoidance on condition that a distance to be measured by sensor when wheel loader travels takes a value less than or equal to a threshold value.
VALVE SYSTEMS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCED GRADING CONTROL
A valve system, including first, second, third and fourth ports, a first flow path connecting the first and second ports, a second flow path connecting the third and fourth ports, with valves connected in the first and second flow paths, and energizable to block the same. A third flow path connects the first and second ports and a fourth flow path connects the third and fourth ports. The third and fourth flow paths are more restricted than the respective first and second flow paths. A fifth flow path connects the first and fourth ports and a sixth flow path connects the second and third ports. When the third and fourth flow paths are open, the first, second, fifth, and sixth flow paths are blocked. When the first and second flow paths are open, the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth flow paths are blocked. When the fifth and sixth flow paths are open, the first, second, third, and fourth, flow paths are blocked.
Utility loader with high lift loader arms and unifying hand grip for dual traction control levers
A compact utility loader is operated by a standing operator at the rear of a frame. A loader arm assembly comprises a scissors linkage on either side of the frame nesting around the prime mover. Each scissors linkage has an upper loader arm that is pivoted at its rear end to rears ends of a pair of lower loader arms such that the pivot connections to the upper loader arm move upwardly and forwardly relative to the frame during elevation of the loader arm assembly to provide a high lift capability. The frame is self-propelled by a differential drive and steering system that is operated by dual levers. A hand grip extends between and unifies the operation of the levers to permit the operator to more easily move the levers in the ways that are needed to provide either straight motion of the frame or turns of the frame.
