SYSTEM INCLUDING WORK MACHINE, COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED METHOD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING TRAINED POSITION ESTIMATION MODEL, AND TRAINING DATA
There is provided a system including a work machine, comprising a main body of the work machine, a work implement attached to the main body of the work machine, an operating member operated to operate the work implement, and a computer. The computer has a trained position estimation model for determining the position of a portion of the work implement that is a target of positional estimation. The computer obtains an operation command value causing the work implement to make a movement in response to an operation of the operating member, uses the trained position estimation model to estimate from the operation command value an amount of displacement of the target of positional estimation from a reference position, and outputs an estimated position that is a position of the target of positional estimation estimated from the reference position and the amount of displacement.
Variable load sense open center hybrid system
A load sense open center hydraulic system provides efficiency and operator feedback and includes one or more constant flow-open center valves (218); respective one or more parallel power cores (238) operatively coupled to the one or more constant flow-open center valves; a variable capacity pump (246) directly fluidly connected to the one or more parallel power cores; and a pressure compensated flow control fluidly connected between the variable capacity pump and the one or more constant flow-open center valves. The one or more constant flow-open center valves are not fluidly coupled to a fixed capacity pump.
Construction machine
A construction machine, comprising a hydraulic pump, a swing hydraulic motor, a swing electric motor, a delivery capacity regulating device, and a control unit which controls the driving/braking of the swing structure, is configured to comprise an operation amount detection device for detecting the operation amount of the swing control lever and a speed detection device for detecting the speed of the swing electric motor. The control unit includes a hydraulic pump output reduction control unit which takes in an operation amount signal representing the operation amount of the swing control lever detected by the operation amount detection device and a speed signal representing the speed of the swing electric motor detected by the speed detection device and controls the delivery capacity regulating device by calculating a reduction rate of the output of the hydraulic pump based on the detection signals.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a controller configured or programmed to perform an automatic deceleration for automatically decelerating a left traveling motor and a right traveling motor rotated at a second speed by shifting from the second speed to the first speed, and to determine a deceleration threshold that is used for judging whether the automatic deceleration has to be performed or not.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a controller configured to determine a first deceleration threshold corresponding to each of a first traveling pressure, a second traveling pressure, a third traveling pressure, and a fourth traveling pressure, to perform automatic deceleration to reduce rotation speeds of a left traveling motor and a right traveling motor, and to judge whether to perform the automatic deceleration based on the determined first deceleration threshold, the first traveling pressure, the second traveling pressure, the third traveling pressure, and the fourth traveling pressure.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a prime mover, a traveling pump configured to deliver hydraulic fluid at a flow rate corresponding to an angle of the swashplate, a traveling motor configured to be rotated by the hydraulic fluid delivered from the traveling pump so as to have a rotation speed shiftable between a first speed and a second speed higher than the first speed, a traveling change-over valve shiftable between a first state to set the rotation speed of the traveling motor to the first speed and a second state to set the rotation speed of the traveling motor to the second speed, an operation device, an operation valve configured to change the angle of the swashplate of the traveling pump according to operation of the operation device, an actuation valve provided upstream or downstream of the operation valve and fluidly connected to the operation valve, and a controller configured or programmed to output a control signal to control the actuation valve in such a way that, when the traveling change-over valve is shifted from the second state to the first state, a value of the control signal is reduced from a set value to a mitigation value less than the set value and then restores to the set value.
