Provided is a hydraulic shovel capable of moving a boom, an arm, and a bucket at respective adequate speeds even during complex operations thereof, without a significant pressure loss. This hydraulic shovel includes: a first pump (31) connected to a boom actuator (24) and a bucket actuator (28); a second pump (32) connected to an arm actuator (26) and the boom actuator (24); a third pump (33) connect to the arm actuator (26); a boom control valve (54) interposed between the first pump (31) and the boom actuator (24); an arm control valve (56) interposed between the second pump (32) and the arm actuator (26); a bucket control valve (58) interposed between the first pump (31) and the bucket actuator (28); a boom merging valve (55) for speed increase interposed between the second pump (32) and the boom actuator (24); and an arm merging valve (57) for speed increase interposed between the third pump (33) and the arm actuator (26).
Hydraulic drive system
A hydraulic drive system raises and lowers an object by supplying and discharging operating oil to and from two ports of an actuator and includes a control device, first to fifth electromagnetic proportional control valves, first and second hydraulic pumps, a first and second control valve, and a lock valve. When a fourth pilot pressure is output, the second control valve causes the operating oil to be discharged from a first port in order to lower the object. The lock valve prevents the operating oil from being discharged from the first port by closing a path between the first port and the second control valve, and when a fifth pilot pressure is output from the fifth electromagnetic proportional control valve per an operating device, discharges the operating oil from the first port by opening the path between the first port and the second control valve, to lower the object.

The present invention takes a construction provided with a closed circuit A in which first and third hydraulic pumps 12, 14 and a boom cylinder 1 are connected through selector valves 43a, 45a in a closed-circuit fashion, a plurality of open circuits E, F provided with second and fourth hydraulic pumps 13, 15 and selector valves 44a, 46a that switch the supply destinations of hydraulic oils flowing out from the second and fourth hydraulic pumps 13, 15, and a connection passage 301 connected to sides of the selector valves 44a, 46a from which sides hydraulic oil flows out, and connected to the closed circuit A.

To provide a construction machine that has a hydraulic system mounted thereon in which a closed-circuit pump, and an open-circuit pump and a proportional valve are arranged as a pair, and that makes it possible to use an unused open-circuit pump or proportional valve to accelerate the speed of a single rod hydraulic cylinder when the single rod hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor are driven simultaneously. A controller (51) controls a cap-side selector valve (46) and a rod-side selector valve (47) such that a particular open-circuit pump (15) not connected to a single rod hydraulic cylinder (3) is connected to the single rod hydraulic cylinder, and controls an opening area of a particular proportional valve (49) provided on a flow line that connects a delivery port of the particular open-circuit pump to a tank, when the single rod hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor (7) are driven simultaneously.

Disclosed is an apparatus for improving excavating operation characteristic and grading operation characteristic of an excavator. The apparatus includes a solenoid valve group and a hydraulically controlled selector valve. An oil controlling output A1 of the solenoid valve group is configured in series with oil controlling input a1 of the hydraulic control valve. An oil controlling output A2 of the solenoid valve group is configured in series with a pilot control end XBa2 of a multi-port valve group. An oil return port T1 of the solenoid valve group is connected to the hydraulic oil tank. An oil controlling output b1 of the hydraulically controlled selector valve is connected to a pilot control end XAb2 of the multiplexer valve group, and an oil return port T2 of the hydraulically controlled selector valve is connected with the hydraulic oil tank. The apparatus improves operational efficiency and control comfortability.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE DEVICE FOR TRAVELING WORK MACHINE
Provided is a hydraulic drive apparatus including a specific working actuator making a working arm perform a traveling assist motion upon the slip, first and second traveling motors, first and second hydraulic pumps, a traveling selector valve switchable to a neutral position and a straight traveling position, a communication throttle portion between a working fluid passage and a traveling fluid passage in the straight traveling position, and a switching control part switching the traveling selector valve to the neutral position when a single operation action is performed and to the straight traveling position when a specific combined operation action including a forward traveling operation and the specific working operation is performed. The switching control section adjusts the opening of the communication throttle section to decrease the flow rate therethrough with an increase in the difference between the first and second pump pressures.
REGENERATION CONTROL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A regeneration control hydraulic system for an excavator, including at least one hydraulic pump, an actuator, a regeneration oil path, and a regeneration cut-off oil path. The regeneration oil path is configured to send a return oil as a regeneration oil to a cavity having a negative pressure of the actuator. The regeneration oil path is provided with a regeneration valve and a first control valve. The first control valve is configured to control the regeneration oil to enter the cavity having the negative pressure of the actuator when a working device of the excavator retracts inwards, or to control the oil to be discharged from the actuator to the regeneration cut-off oil path when the working device swings outwards. The regeneration cut-off oil path is configured to send the regeneration oil passing through the regeneration valve or the oil discharged from the actuator to other destinations.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM FOR WORKING MACHINE
Provided is a hydraulic drive system including: first and second pumps; a first main supply fluid line and an optional supply fluid line leading to the first pump; a second main supply fluid line leading to the second pump; a main manipulating device for the main actuator; an optional manipulating device for the optional actuator; a bleed-off flow rate regulating section to change the bleed-off flow rate for the second pump; and a bleed-off control section to operate the bleed-off flow rate regulating section to change the discharge flow rate of the second pump in accordance with a control operation applied to the main manipulating device and to make a bleed-off flow rate in a specific combined manipulation state with simultaneous performance of a specific main control operation and an optional control operation be smaller than that in a single main manipulation state.

A hydraulic circuit of a construction machine including center bypass passages, into which a pressurized oil from hydraulic pumps is supplied, includes a directional control valve group in tandem with the center bypass passages; a bleed-off valve on a downstream side of each center bypass passage; and a merging circuit that merges the pressurized oil supplied into one center bypass passage and that in another center bypass passage, wherein each directional control valve includes a first internal passage that flows the pressurized oil into the center bypass passages, and a second internal passage that supplies the pressurized oil to a hydraulic actuator, wherein the center bypass passages and the first internal passage form a parallel passage, wherein an opening area of the bleed-off valve is changed, wherein the merging circuit includes a merging directional control valve that controls an inflow direction of the pressurized oil to be merged.

Disclosed is a hydraulic construction machinery capable of operating a travel apparatus and a swing apparatus, when same are to be operated in combination, by means of working fluids supplied at the maximum discharge flow rate from a plurality of hydraulic pumps. A hydraulic construction machinery according to the present invention comprises: first and second hydraulic pumps; travel and swing motors connected to the first hydraulic pump; a hydraulic actuator connected to the second hydraulic pump; a main control valve comprising a first control valve and a second control valve, the first control valve controlling a working fluid supplied from the first hydraulic pump to the travel and swing motors, and the second control valve controlling the working fluid supplied from the second hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator; a first regulating valve, disposed on the most upstream side of a supply channel of the second hydraulic pump, for switching when the travel and swing motors are operated simultaneously so that the working fluid of the first hydraulic pump is supplied to the travel motor and the working fluid of the second hydraulic pump is supplied to the swing motor; a second regulating valve, disposed on the most downstream side of a supply channel of the second hydraulic pump, for switching when the travel and swing motors are operated simultaneously so as to close the most downstream opening of the supply channel of the second hydraulic pump; and an electronic proportional valve for outputting a control signal, corresponding to a control signal from a controller, to the first and second regulating valves when a manipulation signal, sensing whether the travel and swing motors are manipulated, is entered in the controller.
