Customizable inner frame and lighting for a modular wall overlay system
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes an outer frame having a pair of opposing ends and a pair of opposing sides and a customizable inner frame that is coupled to the outer frame. The inner frame includes a plurality of transverse supports that extend between the opposing sides and a plurality of longitudinal supports that extend between the opposing ends. The longitudinal supports and the transverse supports lie in a common plane defined within the outer frame. The system further includes a cover that is securely retained on the outer frame.
Demountable wall system with removable cover
A demountable wall system includes a frame component that has a base. The demountable wall system also includes a biasing element and a cover that is removably coupled to the frame component. The cover includes a cover body and an engagement projection extending outwards from the cover body, and the biasing element is configured to bias the cover such that the engagement projection engages the frame component.
Moveable barrier system to provide bullet-proof shelter
A moveable barrier system comprising a first panel having a first vertical edge and a second vertical edge, the first vertical edge rotatably coupled to a first vertical surface along a first axis, and a second panel having a third vertical edge and a fourth vertical edge, the third vertical edge of the second panel rotatably coupled to the second vertical edge of the first panel, the fourth vertical edge of the second panel removably coupled to a second vertical surface. Each of the first and second panel have a structural layer that forms a vertical plane, spanning the first vertical edge and the second vertical edge, and a projectile resistant layer that is resistant to projectile impact. The first panel and the second panel are configured to move from a stored position into an active position when in use.
Free standing sliding panel footed barrier
A free standing barrier includes two panels that slide parallel to each other. Each of the panels includes a lower outer corner portion on which is mounted a foot. The feet, in combination with each other, hold the barrier upright and make the barrier free standing. One foot engages one sliding panel and the other foot engages the other sliding panel. Each of the feet includes an outward extension that works as a stop against, for example, a doorjamb, to prevent the barrier from being pushed, such as by a dog, through the opening that the barrier is intended to close off.
DIVIDING SCREEN STRUCTURE
A dividing screen structure has at least two screens and at least one assembling member mounted on one side of one of the two screens for connecting the two screens together. Each screen has a frame with at least one magnet on each side for pairing with the assembling member; the assembling member comprises at least two magnetically attracted U-shaped securing members, and each securing member has a back portion, two side portions and an opening.
A MODULAR PANEL SYSTEM AND A WALL INSTALLATION METHOD
The present invention relates to the construction industry, and in particular to laboratories, hospitals, food production areas and other places where asepsis is required. Specifically, it relates to a modular construction system based on self-supporting panels, which have post-formed exterior surfaces and are complemented with corner components of similar construction to build hermetic, waterproof and insulating walls that have smooth surfaces. For this, there is a modular system of panels for forming aseptic spaces within an enclosure and a method of installing a clean room wall by means of a modular system of panels to form aseptic spaces inside an enclosure.
CORNER ASSEMBLY FOR A MODULAR WALL OVERLAY SYSTEM
A corner hardware kit for completing a frame corner that is defined by a first frame element and a second frame element includes a corner bracket having a first portion for attachment to the first frame element and a second portion for attachment to the second frame element. The corner bracket has an upstanding foot that protrudes rearwardly therefrom and carries a coupling member at a distal end thereof. The kit also includes an elastic corner insert that has a curved outer surface and has a pair of first coupling elements for mating to a pair of second coupling elements that are associated with the first and second frame elements to complete the corner of the frame.
MODULAR WALL COVERING SYSTEM
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes a frame; and a cover securely retained on the frame by a tensioning system whereby the cover is free of direct attachment to the frame but rather is retained under tension on the frame by the tensioning system. The frame includes a plurality of frame pieces and a plurality of corner brackets. The frame pieces are directly coupled to respective corner brackets but are free of direct coupling to one another.
OVERLAY COVER AND TENSIONING MECHANISM FOR A MODULAR WALL OVERLAY SYSTEM
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes a frame; a cover that is securely, yet detachably, retained on and along a front face of the frame by a tensioning mechanism that is configured to tension the cover; and elastic corner inserts that are disposed in corners of the frame and include curved outer surfaces that are configured to permit the cover to be stretched over the elastic corner inserts creating radiused corners and preventing tearing of the cover in corners thereof when the cover is tensioned by the tensioning mechanism.
