A monolithic corner encapsulates one or more panels while maintaining structural integrity and maintain hygienic properties. The corner may securely receive one or more panels and provide flexibility to easily adjust the one or more panels. The corner may simplify installation and an ability to adjust connected panels without compromising safety, installation time, and sterility.

Disclosed is a clip and method of mounting a furring channel to a load bearing member of a drywall grid system. The load bearing member includes an elongated web having an enlarged upper portion and a lower portion from which a pair of coplanar flanges projecting outward. The clip includes a bottom wall and an end wall from which two hanger hooks project upward. Each hanger hook includes a folded over portion configured to snap-fit and entrap a portion of the enlarged upper portion of the load bearing member, with the bottom wall being disposed on one of flanges of the load bearing member. A second clip is mounted on the load bearing member in a similar manner so that its bottom wall is disposed on the other of the flanges of the load bearing member, and with the hanger hooks of the two clips being interposed. A respective furring channel is mounted on each of the clip to be supported thereby.

A plenum housing includes a plurality of construction panels and a plurality of compression seal groove connectors secured between the plurality of construction panels. A modular, reusable temporary enclosure system is particularly suited for the renovation of buildings having stacked concrete floors supported by steel and/or concrete columns. The system consists of a set of track components, one fastened to the floor, and one fastened to the ceiling. Columns assembled from rigid panels are supported and aligned between these components. The panel edges are connected to one another by an interfacing spline assembly. To ensure that the components can be brought up to the construction site by elevator, individual panels are shorter than the full distance between the floors.
