WATERPROOFING AND SAFETY-INCREASING PREFABRICATED BUILDING FRAMING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A waterproof and safety framing system is disclosed. The framing system includes a building defining an opening, a wall panel, and a framing assembly. The framing assembly includes receiver and a bottom track. The receiver is installed along an edge of the opening, with the receiver including a receiver bottom wall that defines a receiver ridge extending along a length of the receiver. The bottom track is attached to an edge of the wall panel and including a track bottom wall that defines a track ridge, with the receiver and the bottom track matingly engaging such that the bottom track overlays the receiver and the receiver ridge and the track ridge are proximal one another. The framing assembly is structured to prevent the wall panel from passing through the opening in a first direction.

Cantilevered and Decoupled Framing
Steel Framing members for use in load bearing and non-load bearing applications which use less steel, yet provide structural integrity with increased acoustic, thermal, and moisture control performances while supporting cantilevered loads outside of the wall assembly and having higher pull-out and strip resistance of fasteners.
END BRACKETS
An end bracket for a wall system includes a body member having attachment structure to join a horizontal strut to a vertical strut. The end bracket further includes attachment structure in which the horizontal strut is slidably attached for moving and positioning the horizontal strut relative to the vertical strut in forming the wall system.
Composite stud wall panel assembly
A composite stud wall panel assembly, which can be used alone as a blast panel or as a module for wall or roof structures, comprises a frame including a plurality of spaced apart metal studs and metal crossbars interconnecting the studs; and a cementitious aggregate panel, one side of the metal studs being embedded in and permanently connected to the panel along the length of the studs.
SOUND DAMPING STRUCTURAL SUPPORT SYSTEM
An acoustic damping structural system includes studs, tracks, and acoustic damping members. The studs and tracks include a first wall, a second wall, and a third wall that define a channel. The third wall includes a first portion perpendicular to the first wall, a second portion perpendicular to the first portion, and a third portion perpendicular to the second portion to define a ledge along a length of the third wall. The tracks are coupled to a support, such as floor joists and roof beams, in parallel. Opposite ends of the studs are received in the channels of the tracks, with the acoustic damping members received on and coupled to the ledges of pairs of the studs and pairs of the tracks. The acoustic damping members are planar with the ledges and the studs and tracks, respectively.
UNITARY DOUBLE STUD ASSEMBLY FOR SOUND DAMPING WALL
A wall assembly includes tracks structured to be coupled to supports and wall studs coupled to the tracks. The wall studs include a first sidewall, a first web coupled to the first sidewall and a second sidewall coupled to the first web to define a first channel. The wall studs further include a second web coupled to the second sidewall and a third sidewall coupled to the second web to define a second channel as well as a third web coupled to the third sidewall and a fourth sidewall coupled to the third web to define a third channel. The second web is offset from the first web and the third web to isolate each of the channels and attenuate sound waves. Further, the studs may include one or more openings for further isolation and to reduce the amount of steel in the studs, which reduces cost.
PARTITION SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a partition system comprising at least one pivot joint, each at least one pivot joint comprising: two pivot structures having partial circular cross-sections centered on a pivot axis, each pivot structure for engaging with a wall panel and permitting an engaged wall panel to pivot about the pivot axis; a linking structure extending between and joining the two pivot structures; and a stop member extending outwardly from a proximal end at the linking structure to a distal end spaced apart from the linking structure, the stop member limiting the range within which wall panels engaged with the pivot structures can pivot about the pivot axis, the partition system further comprising a plurality of wall panels, each of said wall panels comprising a pair of parallel tabs extending substantially perpendicularly from at least one end face of the wall panel, at least one of said parallel tabs having an end flange extending inwardly toward the other of said tabs, the end flange being adapted to engage one of the pivot structures of the at least one pivot joint, each of the plurality of wall panels being pivotally connected to the at least one pivot joint.
Wall system
A wall system includes at least one of a stud assembly, a top connector assembly, and a leveler assembly. The stud assembly is defined by a first and second upright that are attached by at least one web bracket. The web bracket includes a main body with extension arms on opposing sides. A notch is located at or near a free end of each extension arm. The notches are to be removably inserted over an edge of a respective aperture located on each of the first and second uprights. The top connector assembly includes a holder member to effectively raise and lower a top portion of the stud assembly. The leveler assembly includes a threaded rod to effectively raise and lower the first and second uprights relative to a base.
Water pipe retainer
A retainer for securing conduit or wire to an opening in metal stud includes a pair of outer retaining portions for securing the retainer to the metal stud. Each outer retaining portion includes a groove for receiving an edge of a panel of the metal stud. An inner retaining portion includes a base connecting the pair of outer retaining portions to one another. The inner retaining portion further includes a pair of retention members defining a retention area therebetween in which a conduit can be secured. Each retention member includes a flexible arm. Each of the outer retaining portions extends away from the base to a free end.
