Floor panel system
The present invention provides a prefabricated floor panel system used in stay in place formwork for pouring concrete floors. The prefabricated floor panel system includes a top and has walls depending downwardly at an upper lateral edge of the wall from each outermost lateral edge of the top, a lower lateral edge of each wall having a ledge extending outwardly away from the top. A first ledge of one prefabricated floor panel system is capable of overlying another ledge of an adjacent prefabricated floor panel system to allow for the one prefabricated floor panel system to be joined to the adjacent prefabricated floor panel system to form a channel. The first ledge of the prefabricated floor panel system is provided with a reinforcing bar spaced away from the wall and the first ledge of the prefabricated floor panel system, the reinforcing bar being supported by a plurality of a reinforcing bar chairs spaced along the length of the prefabricated panel system, the reinforcing bar chairs being attached to the first ledge or wall such that there are no significant interfering structures projecting from a lower surface of the first ledge. The other ledge of the prefabricated floor panel system is free of interfering structures above the ledge to allow the first ledge of one prefabricated floor panel system to overlie the other ledge of an adjacent prefabricated floor panel system to allow for the one prefabricated floor panel system to be joined to the adjacent prefabricated floor panel system to form a channel.
Shallow single plate steel tub girder
A shallow single plate cold roll formed steel tub girder member is fabricated from unheated steel plate material by a cold roll-forming process which eliminates longitudinal welds and induces camber in the tub girder member.
Hollow groove pipe structure
A hollow groove pipe structure is disclosed and includes a hollow groove pipe, first fixing sliding members, second fixing sliding members, and fixing members. The hollow groove pipe has a first surface, a second surface, a third surface, and a fourth surface for surrounding a hollow space. At least two opposite surfaces have grooves, and the bottoms of the grooves are greater (wider) than the opening and provided with trough holes. The plates having a plurality of protruding portions can be clamped in the grooves. The first and second fixing sliding members having protruding portions surround and clamp the plates with the space between the two through holes of the grooves, such that the fixing members pass through the holes of the first fixing sliding member, and the holes of the groove the holes of the second fixing sliding member fix and combine the plates into a whole.
Strut with non-structural infill
An elongated structural ceiling grid member including an open-ended upper portion, an open-ended lower portion, and first and second flanges. The open-ended upper section is formed by a floor and a first set of second parallel and spaced sidewalls extending from and substantially perpendicular to the floor. The open-ended upper portion has an opening opposite the floor and defined by the first and second parallel and spaced sidewalls. The open-ended lower portion is formed by a ceiling and a second set of parallel and spaced sidewalls that extend from and are substantially perpendicular to the ceiling. The open-ended lower portion has a second opening opposite the ceiling and defined by the third and fourth parallel and spaced sidewalls. The first flange is attached to and extends perpendicular to the third parallel and spaced sidewall and the second flange is attached to and extends perpendicular to the fourth parallel and spaced sidewall.
PROFILES
An elongate profile (1) having a first portion (2) and a second portion (3), the first and second portions (2, 3) being joined together at a first joining portion (JP1), the first and second portions (2, 3) being non collinear, the joining portion (JP1) comprising an array of raised or rebated formations (10a), each formation extending across the joining portion (JP1) in a direction which is non-parallel to the principal axis of the profile and flat lands being provided between successive formations in an array (10A) and the pitch (P) between successive formations in an array being from 2 to 20 times, for example from 5 to 15 times, the thickness (G) of the flatlands.
TUBULAR STRUCTURAL PROFILE AND CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM, PRODUCED BY CUTTING AND FOLDING A SEMI-RIGID AND FOLDABLE SHEET, WITH 4 SUBSTANTIALLY ORTHOGINAL LAYERS JOINED AT FOLD LINES AND INTERNAL DIAGONAL LAYERS JOINING TWO OPPOSING FOLD LINES, AND AT LEAST ONE TONGUE WHICH COINCIDES WITH AT LEAST ONE SLOT
A tubular structural profile and construction system, produced by cutting and folding a semi-rigid and foldable sheet, having four orthogonal layers joined at fold lines and two internal diagonal layers joining two opposing fold lines. The sheet has six rectangular sections. The cutting lines are positioned for at least one tongue, which coincides with at least one slot located on an opposing fold lines, such that, during the folding, the profile is closed by means of the coming together of fold lines and both internal diagonal layers, and by means of the insertion of at least one tongue on its corresponding slot, and wherein, in addition, the profile of the formed system can have at least one break in the second external layers and in the two internal diagonal layers, which permit the creation of an angaging area for transverse structural profiles.
CORNER ASSEMBLY
A monolithic corner encapsulates one or more panels while maintaining structural integrity and maintain hygienic properties. The corner may securely receive one or more panels and provide flexibility to easily adjust the one or more panels. The corner may simplify installation and an ability to adjust connected panels without compromising safety, installation time, and sterility.
SUPPORT MEMBER
A structural support member is disclosed. It has at least two longitudinally extending flanges spaced apart from one another by an assembly comprising a web and at least one reinforcing member. The web comprises at least one wave-shaped web portion arranged perpendicularly to the flanges, and at least one apex of the at least one wave-shaped web portion comprises at least one reinforcing member. The structural support member is typically formed as a beam.
Construction system for a module of a building
The invention proposes a system for constructing a module of a building, including core construction elements (1) that are surrounded by the surrounding construction elements (2A, 2B). The core construction elements (1) each include, in section, a cross including two main arms (6) of equal length which intersect at mid-length at right angle. Each core construction element (1) has a plane of symmetry about the axes of the arms. The main arms (6) of the cross terminate, at the ends thereof, with transverse portions (7). Each surrounding construction element (2A, 2B) is composed of four partial surrounding parts (2A, 2B, 2A′, 2B′) of a generally triangular shape which are assembled around a core element (1). Construction elements forming junction parts (4A, 4B) allow assembling panels (4A, 4B) to form a module of a building in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped volume comprising four corners.
Clearspan fabric structure
A clearspan structure including component systems, and methods of forming a clearspan structure including component systems, for mitigating hazards to personnel or equipment from explosions, fires, toxic material release, and other hazards in hazardous locations. The exemplary clearspan structure is also capable of withstanding environmental conditions such as snow loads and wind. The exemplary clearspan structure is, for example, a tent or fabric structure which includes a plurality of frame members forming a support system for the clearspan structure, and fabric roof portions and walls for enclosing the clearspan structure.
