Structural member with an anti-rotational feature
A structural member with a central portion that has a first piece and a second piece which form a cross-sectional L-shape configuration along a longitudinal axis is disclosed herein. When fastened to a horizontal bar, the first piece of the structural member may come into contact with a portion of the horizontal bar, thereby preventing the structural member from rotating. The structural member includes a connection component that extends from an end of the first piece, and the connection component extends substantially perpendicular to the first piece. The connection component may be configured in at least two different embodiments in that the connection component may include two holes or three holes. The implementation of more than one hole on the connection component allows the structural member to be universal in that it can be implemented on varying sized storage racks that employ different sized horizontal bars.
BRIDGE TUBE SUPPORT
A floor support system for a grain bin having an elevated floor formed of a plurality of planks and supported by a plurality of floor supports is presented. The system includes a plurality of support members and a plurality of holding members. The support members are formed of an elongated member that provides structural strength and rigidity. The holding members fit over the support members and engage the upper end of the floor supports. The support members and holding members are quickly and easily installed by placing the support members on the floor supports and placing the holding members over the support members. Once the support members and holding members are in place on the floor supports, the elevated floor is assembled over the holding members and support members that provide support to the elevated floor when spanning increased distances between adjacent floor supports.
Elongated Composite Profile
An elongated composite profile comprising a first flange and a second flange, the first flange and the second flange together forming an L-profile, and each of the flanges, inside the L-profile, having been given a first rib and a second rib, respectively, and the first flange, the second flange, the first rib and the second rib forming a longitudinal closed channel in the composite profile and a method for mounting the same.
Pergola Roof Support Attachment
A roof structure support allowing roof shingle having a partially tubular mounting bracket having an upper plate for securing a roof structure joist and a lower plate for securing onto a wall plate, wherein a base tube is received by a collar affixed to a roofing deck and an associated boot.
Panel junction attachments for use in a structure with integrated insulation
A structure with integrated insulation. The structure with integrated insulation includes a steel frame. The steel frame includes a first support beam and a second support beam. The structure with integrated insulation also includes an assembly with integrated insulation. The assembly with integrated insulation includes a first building panel with integrated insulation, the first building panel with integrated insulation being attached to the first support beam on the first surface of the first building panel with integrated insulation. The assembly with integrated insulation also includes a second building panel with integrated insulation. The second building panel with integrated insulation 4 includes an indentation in the first surface configured to receive at least a portion of the first building panel with integrated insulation. The second building panel with integrated insulation being attached to the second support beam on the second surface of the second building panel with integrated insulation.
Elongated composite profile and method for mounting the same
An elongated composite profile has a first flange and a second flange. The first flange and the second flange together form an L-profile. Each of the flanges, inside the L-profile have a first rib and a second rib, respectively. The first flange, the second flange, the first rib and the second rib form a longitudinal closed channel in the composite profile. A method is for mounting the same.
CARRIER FOR A LINEAR CEILING PANEL
A carrier for mounting linear panels on a ceiling, the carrier extending in a longitudinal direction and having at least one recess formed therein, the recess being for receiving a linear ceiling panel, the recess extending through the cross-section of the carrier, the recess being defined by a surface comprising at least a first wall portion and a second wall portion, the recess separating the first wall portion from the second wall portion, and the second wall portion, defining a flange which partially extends into the recess, thereby providing the recess with a neck portion and a main portion, and wherein the neck portion has, at its narrowest point, a distance d1 of less than 9 mm separating the first wall portion from the second wall portion.
HIGH STRENGTH GRID MEMBER FOR SUSPENDED CEILINGS
A high-strength grid member is provided that comprises two standard Tee-shaped grid members that are vertically aligned to form an I-beam configuration with the strengthening bulbs of each being spaced apart. A plurality of clips is secured to the spaced-apart bulbs by means of fasteners to secure the two grid members together.
DECK FRAMING SYSTEM
A deck framing system includes a ledger that has a joist support wall, a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall, and an overhang wall extending perpendicularly from the web wall and disposed parallel to the joist support wall. Each of a plurality of joist support brackets is configured to be coupled to the web wall of the ledger and includes at least one ledger attachment wing and a joist support portion that includes a pair of opposed lateral walls and a bracket web wall. Each of a plurality of joists includes at least one lateral wall and a deck support wall that extend from the at least one lateral wall. The at least one lateral wall is configured to be secured to one of the opposed lateral walls of the joist support portion.
HOTEL BED FRAME
A bed frame system for use particularly in hotels that includes side rails and cross rails that include extruded plastic panels that extend downwardly to the floor to block the space underneath the bed frame. The cross rails are connected to the side rails by corner members with a system that allows the entire bed frame to be assembled without the use of tools. In one embodiment, the bed frame is a platform style bed frame that is constructed of an upper bed frame section and a lower bed frame section that are interlocked together to raise the height of the bed frame and eliminate the foundation. The bed frame may have a deck made up of a plurality of individual slats that are supported by the side rails to support the mattress.
